Once again had a pleasurable stay at HBC. We stayed this time in early April to surprise my daughter who just turned 10 with a day trip to Disney's Hollywood Studios (poor kid got sick on our last trip to WDW in December and missed the last park day at her favorite park) so for her bday we decided to surprise her and all our kids with a stay at HBC and visit to DHS. As HH Gold members we were upgraded to Disney view rooms and had a wonderful view of the Star Wars fireworks the first night of... Read more

We stayed here for two nights - great front desk staff, so we were in our room in very short time. Accommodations are excellent, breakfast buffet is included for kids (up to age 12), so we ate there both mornings. Food was good - omelets made-to-order plenty of variety including imported meats/cheese, fresh fruit, waffles/pancakes and cereals/bagels/pastries. Pool is mostly a lazy river - only 3 - 4 feet deep with plenty of inner tubes to float along. Lots of lounge chairs, but not able to l... Read more

I stayed in this Hilton 1 night on a business trip. They sent me a SMS when I landed in Orlando, asking me if I needed anything, what is awesome. The room was very nice, perfect for my needs, although I think it would probably be small for a family trip. They have a very nice pool that I didn't use, but I saw other people enjoying it, and I heard they liked it. The gym facilities are OK. Big enough, although a bit obsolete. Location was superb. The views from my room were beautiful.

So close to the "world of the mouse" without staying on a Disney property. The pool area is wonderful, but the drinks are a bit weak. Rented a cabana one day, that is well worth the upcharge! Food on property to wonderful. A bit pricey, but then, your in the "world of the mouse "

The pool / lazy river is great! My six year old loved the slide (parents, they have one employee at the top of the slide and one at the bottom to ensure kids do not get run into by the next slide goer). Jeff was our server (as much as possible) his service is as good as the Disney servers on the cruise ship. The shuttle was convenient and we were there during Memorial, so...it was busy! The staff is awesome and it has a Disney store for those last minute souvenirs! They play movies at the pool, ... Read more

We spent 3 nights in the hotel during memorial weekend. The room was beautiful, great view of the pool, fun to see Fire works from the huge window .. it is a long walk from the elevator ... oh well. Room was perfectly clean on first day ... less on second .. less on third ... oh well...The pool area is great specially for young children, fun lazy river, great shallow water, the chance to find a shady spot or even a sunny chair next to the pool is poor ... oh well, you can clime and go to the fa... We stayed at this hotel for a week from 30th May - 5th June and it was definitely rank this among some of the best Hilton properties. We were treated excellent from pre-arrival with getting best advice around travel to hotel and getting around town. At checkin I was greeted by name and my HHonors stats was recognised. We were upgraded to a suite which had gorgeous views overlooking the pools, golf course, DisneyWorld (Hollywood Studios, Boardwalk area) and beyond. At night had perfect views ... Read more

Just come home from an amazing 10 days in Orlando. Chose the Bonnet Creek for its location and swimming pool and was not disappointed. The Hotel was spotless, the pool was great, the kids loved the lazy river and the pool area was safe so we could relax and watch the children enjoy the pool. The bars and restaurants were great. We had HHonors points to use for a trip to Disney with 4 kids and 2 grandparents. This is a clean Hilton with a great pool and very good food options (coffee shop, breakfast and formal restaurant). Very near to the parks and you can watch fireworks in the evening. We spent the money we saved compared to a Disney hotel on fast passes and character meals; strongly recommend the fast pass option!

Had high hopes. Been a Hilton Diamond member for years and traveled the world in Hilton hotels, but this place was terrible on so many levels. First, the room. After one night, woke with bed bites. Complained but as the hotel was full, couldn't get another room. Went out, bought our own spray and solved the problem. Also, they refused to give extra blankets or pillows. Asked several times. Also, the refig promptly turned everything to ice. Good if you wanted a large freezer. Ruined everything el... Read more

The Jr. Suite seems to have been an after thought. There was no dining table but a nice desk. No lighting over the wet bar single sink in bath Overall ok but not what I'm used to for Jr suite Room service very fast but somehow food was cold. They did offer a credit for inconveniences we experienced House keeping kept knocking at the door even though we has the do not disturb sign on.

Hilton has got a great property with large conference center, great outdoor pool with lazy river, nice restaurants, bars and close to Disneyland. Hotel is next to Waldorf Astoria and beautiful golf course. Hotel is close to Disney and you can take the shuttle for free. Great location and beautiful grounds with nice running trails on sidewalks.

Stayed at the property for 2 nights. The pool is really nice and the lazy river was fun for the kids. Room Service was a bit pricey but then again it is Room Service. The resort captializes on that fact that they are far away from any restaurants and with 2 kids I didnt want to get in the car to drive as the parking lot is bit far from the room. Overall I would recommend the property to my friends and will stay there again.

I recently spent a weekend at the Bonnet Creek Hilton for a convention. The property was attractive and well-kept, and the resort had every amenity. Most notable, however, was how kind and accommodating all the members of the hotel staff were. I would definitely stay again.

They are very organized and handled several hundred parties arriving at the same time with many staff at the entrance directing people to the parking and plenty of staff for the large number of people checking in. The conference facility was probably the best I have ever been to. The rooms were very nice and clean had a refrigerator. There was reliable internet in the rooms and through out the hotel and con... This is a great family hotel, especially if you plan on going to any of the Disney parks. The pool is simply amazing. The staff were lovely. Our Disney view room provided a view to the nightly Disney fireworks show. I'm only giving it a "4" because of the reservation staff, which are located either in the Philippines or India. I had to call and make a change. I was immediately quoted a much higher rate. I later found a cheaper rate online through their own website, which they honored. Als... Read more

We stayed for two days a week ago. The valet was a little chaotic and upon arriving there were 3 guest made lanes, few valet personnel, no real instruction. Kind of a mess considering it was not busy when we arrived. After waiting for about 5 minutes and not being acknowledged, we were told to pull forward and ultimately became frustrated, so we got directions for self park which was faster and easier. Great hotel in a disney property, rooms are big and has a lot of activities in the resort. Lazy river is great and a big plus, however you have to hold on to your tubes because there are not enough for everyone compared to other hotels with the same feature that i know of in orlando. I feel like the pool is not exclusive for the guests coz i see a lot of locals coming in from the back gate to use the property which again makes the pool more crowded.

I have stayed with my wife (it was our honeymoon) at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek (Orlando, FL) from November, the 5th to November, the 22nd, 2013. I didn't have a chance to write at that time, but felt now I should since there were some points that were much below our expectations and we believe should be addressed by the hotel (even though they may have since). I have only written one other review ever on tripadvisor and it was also in reference to the wonderful treatment my family received by the pool staff at the Bonnet Creek Hilton. My stay during the Fourth of July weekend again demonstrated how amazingly caring and conscientious that entire pool staff is. In this instance, my 4 and half year old son was injured in the pool (not through any fault of the Hilton). His older sister accidentally hurt him with her foot while playing. In any event, i... I have stayed in many hotels in the Orlando area for many different reasons. Sometimes business, sometimes pleasure and sometimes for soccer tournaments. A soccer tournament over Labor Day weekend was the reason for this Orlando trip. The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is a middle tier hotel trying to be the quality of the J.W. Marriott Or Omni Champions Gate. While the rooms are adequate to make that comparison, they miss the mark on one of the most important areas, SERVICE. Our check-in process ... Read more

had deluxe room overlooking pool on 8th floor, fireworks seen every night from epcot. Hilton bonnet creek gave us connecting rooms with our daughters family. in the early morning we got to see hot air balloons from our windows.. very nice!! one disappointment was the pool restaurant wasn't open the week we were there except for one day and not very accommodating, the manager did send us a room gift for problems occurred and a credit toward food. cannot say enough about all the desk people,... Went there for the Florida state SHRM conference in late August, 2016. Very nice hotel, located very close to Disney (which we didn't go to), and had excellent facilities, such as a Lazy River pool, fitness center, restaurants, etc. However, the restaurants were very expensive (over-priced) and the place (hallways and conference rooms) were freezing all the time. Also, you couldn't take your own luggage carts to the garage, valets had to do it, and they always had their hand out for a tip.

Stayed here over the Labor Day week-end 2016. This is one of our favorite hotel areas near Disney. It is a little set back from all the mayhem of Disney, however, the hotel is always bustling. Make sure to take time to use the lazy river. We got up early and had a nice leisurely trip on the river with literally no one else using it. Later in the day it gets busy. Breakfast is very nice but a little pricey if you are on a budget. Make sure to sit in the enclosed veranda...even comfortable in Sept... Read more

This hotel stay was AMAZING!!! The hotel staff from the valet to front desk to severs at harvest restaurant and beech cabana bar were SO accommodating! We used the motor coach shuttle from the hotel to Disney to only pay one parking fee....very convenient. We had a fabulous time and will be back soon!

We had a variety of family members meet up at this hotel for an evening to celebrate my aunt's 60th. Most of us are scattered around Florida so this was nice and central. The lazy river kept old and young alike entertained while we spent time catching up and enjoying each other's company.

Checked in late on a Sunday night and didn't have the best interaction with a staff member at Muse. However, many other staff members where very nice and welcoming throughout the stay. We used in room dining multiple times, and food was always on time and good (at little pricey though). The breakfast buffet is great with lots of options for everyone. My favorite place was Beech. Spencer was exceptional and the drinks were fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, clean and updated. The outside is s... Read more

We ended our anniversary trip with a night stay here before we left town. Rooms and staff were accommodating. We had a great view from the 15th floor overlooking Disney and a golf course. We liked it so much we asked to stay another night!!! They had a texting service that we used to book our room while we were at Disney. Such convenience. We'll return again for sure!

We stayed here from 4th-14th September 2016 and I honestly don't have a bad thing to say. Very clean. Very accommodating (this place has a Disney shop!!) Very friendly. Everybody is so happy to help. Huge shout to John the waiter, and all the amazing staff in the Harvest Bistro! And the guys on the bar in Myth Bar - Made us feel very welcome! The hot tubs are amazing, the lazy river is perfect, and the location is a stone throw from Disney. We had a brilliant view of the fireworks on the 8th flo... Read more

I travel extensively for work and often stay at Hilton hotels. This experience exceeded any I've had over the last 10 years - especially the helpfulness, caring, and communication of the staff. Thank you, Bonnet Creek Hilton, for a wonderful and enjoyable experience and a fabulous upgrade!

The Hilton Bonnet creek represents the best in resort hotels. From the exquisite grounds to the wonderful quality of service to the first class amenities. The price is quite reasonable also. We enjoyed the first class restaurants especially the Harvest Bistro with their delicious breakfast buffet. The pool area with the lazy river is very nice and has a wonderful poolside bar and restaurant.

I hope they have more free floatees during high season. We were there before Labor Day and most of them were in use. We go for the pool. I think we would uber next time from the airport and skip having a car since they offer a free shuttle to the parks.

Recently I stayed at this fantastic hotel with my family, from Sep 16th thru Sep 18 , what an amazing experience, the Hotel, the luxury, the staff, the Restaurants, the food, the quality , the property is immaculate . My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a conference. Despite the hotel being extremely busy, it never felt crowded and the service was excellent. The room was clean and quiet and we enjoyed having a drink and meal by the pool. The hotel is in a quiet "suburb" of hotels within short driving distance to the Disney parks. It was also an easy drive to visit the Kennedy Space Center and the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge.

We were told that there was bus service to and from the theme parks at the time of booking. We were heading to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween and were told we couldn't take the bus back because that don't bus from special events. We had to take a cab back. We could not take a cooler to the pool to keep our daughters epipens at temps below 77 degrees and our friends cooler was searched 3 times because their daughter has epilepsy and she must stay hydrated. Great restaurants, I loved the Asian food at Zeta, abd previous experience at Harvest for breakfast Great pool (for kids) although not a place to do laps. Gym has everything and not crowded View of Disney allows you to see the fireworks in the evening Nice for Disney but also good for business meetings No real jogging path which is sad considering all the green sourrounding and the golf; the path suggested is not really appropriate for jogging, better go in the street nearby but it's a deadend; ... We stayed here using points for a trip to Disneyworld. The property has the digital key which is nice. After arriving and unloading my friend's cab, I had to ask for assistance from a bellman. There were several valets standing around and none took it upon themselves to ask if I needed a luggage cart, which I found a bit off putting. Once inside, front desk and concierge were very helpful. My room was large, clean, and quiet. I know this because I could hear the neighbors when in the... Read more
