"We live onthe east coast of Florida, so we have visited DisneyWiorld a lot. This was the first time we stayed in Downtown Disney. Very nice. I agree with the others who were critical of the parking fees...self or valet. The costs were too high. The room price for one night seemed reasonable, especially for being in the Disney area. For our short stay, all was very goodl. We don't us a lot of the hotel amenities like the restaurant, etc. because we just go to Downtown Disney, Very nice hotel, good staff."

"nothing to complain about. Close to Downtown Disney was good. Pretty average overall. Sending the hotel bill on the internet and not at check out is a huge negative. I would go back but I would check out the competition first. It should never be expensive here. If it is look elsewhere."

"Wonderful! This is a clean and comfortable resort. Everyone was so friendly and professional. There are a lot of nice features such as the Disney store, 24 hour small grocery and food stores, pool, exercise center. It was across from the Downtown Disney shopping/ activity area with things like a Lego store and a little dance party for the little kids at night. It has a shuttle every half hour to DisneyWorld - more tiring to make the trek than if you stayed on the grounds at Disney but I guess that is the tradeoff for a lower price."

"Stay was good. Liked being close to Downtown Disney. Pepole were helpful and friendly. Poor policy not to be able to get hotel bill at check out. Sent through the internet doesn't make things easy. Still haven't found bill. Unsure what e-mail address I used . May have gone into span, any case wasting too much time on such a simple thing. This policy alone will make me book d different hotel next time. There are many to choose from."

"This hotel was awful. Food was cold and prices were very high. We usually stay at a Disney Resort, and will from now on. The Disney resorts are cheaper, rooms are cleaner, and food is better. Our bathroom had very dirty grout, housekeeping staff seemed to enjoy banging on doors early in the morning, breakfast buffet was cold, service was slow, and not worth the price you paid. We didn't eat there again. If this is any indication what other Hiltons are like, you can bet they are crossed off our lists for good. I would tell people to stay at a Disney resort for a really great experience and stay as far away as possible from the Hilton!!"

From Orlando International Airport
Exit the Airport North and follow to 528 West. Follow 528 West until I-4. Take I-4 West to exit # 68 and make a right. Take to the next traffic light and make a left onto Hotel Plaza Boulevard. Follow for 1/2 mile and the Hotel will be on the left.
From I-4 West
I-4 West to Exit 68 (SR 535). Right on SR 535 to first light (Hotel Plaza Blvd). Left on Hotel Plaza Blvd. Hotel will be 1/4 mile down on the left.
From I-4 East
I-4 East to Exit 68 (SR 535). Left on SR 535 and follow to 2nd traffic light (Hotel Plaza Blvd). Make a left on Hotel Plaza Blvd. Follow for 1/4 mile and Hotel will be on the left.
Taking Florida Turnpike from Miami
Left on Exit 249 (Osceola Parkway). Take Osceola Parkway until SR 535 Exit. Make a right on SR 535 and follow until Hotel Plaza Blvd. Make a left on Hotel Plaza Blvd and hotel will be 1/4 mile down on the left.
