"We had a great family trip to Orlando staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. Everything was in walking distance.Water taxis were great too. Early entry to parks and skip the line passes were an excellent bonus to staying on site. We checked out all 3 resorts while we were there and we loved the Hard Rock the best! Portafino Hotel was too quiet (for older crowd) and Royal Pacific was nice, but pool was crowded and smaller than HR. We loved the live music and evening movies for the kids at night. Just fun and upbeat! Our kids loved it! Ages 8 and 11.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got early checkin and late checkout with no problem. Would definitely recommend. We got a great deal through bookit. Book early for best deals!"

"We have stayed at all 3 hotels and I must say, the Hard Rock was our least favorite....our room was not ready and literally waited 3 hours --I guess they were short on Housekeeping that day but hey, for the price I paid, NOT MY PROBLEM!!

We are 'pool' people- we love to swim while the teenagers are out and about in the parks, but this pool was WAY too small for the amount of people there and
the pool was heated!!!!!!Nothing like jumping into 80' water when it is 88 degrees out!! Also, it is not very deep-- pool caters to little kids. We were very disappointed ...As a travel agent, I won't recommend this hotel. Loved Royal Pacifica the best!"
