"just got home from a magical Christmas visit at this hotel. .This place is just amazing...from beginning to end...we didn't want to leave...they helped celebrate my sister's birthday in grand fashion...SPECTACULAR...JUST SPECTACULAR.

every minute was wonderful...the staff so caring and sincere...i just love it...and look forward to many more return ahhh visits!"
"I booked the Gaylord Palms as the 'Mystery resort' on Bookit, so I got a great rate! What you should know is that they do have an airport shuttle, however it is reservation only and is not included (keep in mind that a taxi will cost you over $50 from the airport and the shuttle is not much less depending on how many people you have). Because of a mix-up with that information the hotel upgraded us to a suite and paid half of our cab fare upon arrival. I had mentioned in passing that we were there in part due to my birthday, so the hotel surprised me one night (12am on my birthday, we found it upon returning from the park) with the most beautiful birthday cake, card, candles and table/china set up! It was amazing and so over the top I almost cried. That kind of guest service equals the best hotel to me, we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again :)"

"My husband has a convention that has been held the last 4 out of 6 years at the Gaylord ( whom ever was incharge made a big mistake and committed to another hotel for 2 years. Alot of people complained and did not show). I have stayed in elegant hotels but was not prepared for what I saw when I walked thru the hotel doors!!.Wow---You have to see it to understand. It is so beautiful and relaxing. While my husband is attending the convention I like to sit in one of the comfortble chairs in the atruim with a cafe latte and read a book. Then grab a bit to eat at one of their fabulous indoor restaurants.
It is a perfect place for the handcapped. They have rooms and excellent service to handle any of their needs. I took my Mother ,that is in a wheelchair which will probably be the last time she can go anywhere. To see the smile on her face when she saw the resort was priceless! She acted like a child again--giggling and smiling the whole time.
It is convention time again and I cant wait!"
"This place is awesome! I really do recommend it to everyone. My family didn`t even want to leave the resort. The amenities they have their are amazing including their gigantic pools. This is a must see resort and must stay!"
