"First and foremost I recommend this hotel. Remember you get what you pay for and my group got exactly what we were expecting and more. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They get a 5 out of 5; from the front desk to the cleaning staff all did their job.

The room was simple and clean. We received the two (2) queen beds as requested and they were cleaned daily.

You are not paying for a 4 star hotel so do not expect one. Overall, the hotel is clean; it is not brand new. The pool is fine and the staff at the outside bar do their job very well.

You will be very happy for the price you pay."

"The staff was very friendly. Our room was small, clean and quiet but the bathrooms need updating. The beds were very comfortable. It would have been very helpful if there was a refrigerator in the room. Room service was AWESOME!!! The shuttle going to Universal was great and convenient."

"This hotel is amazing 7ft deep pool bar and food poolside wet and wild 2min walk universal studios 15 min walk 3 min drive food Denny is cheap and 2min walk ihop 2 min walk rooms are clean and bathroom we loved it and it's right on international drive 1 mile from the outlets four points is the best free parking and wifi is amazing shuttle service to all theme parks"

"For the most part this hotel was clean and comfortable, close to universal and shops. Nice big tv in the room. Would have preferred a frig in place of a safe.The only thing I didn't like was the hidden fee of $50.00 charged to my cc for possible damage to be returned if no damage."

"The hotel was great - good location, excellent view, close to restaurants. We got good quality free coffee at the lobby every morning. The shower worked great. Room size was good. Employees of the hotel tried their best to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Just a few small things - the TV was excellent quality but several times we had to ask the hotel staff to fix it by 'remote control'. The full length morror was in the bathroom and I think that there should be one near the entrance.Many of the ice machines didn't work so we had to go to different floors to get our ice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"This was a great place to stay for Universal Parks. Takes a bit longer to get to DisneyParks, but, the shuttles were FREE, and that was a bonus for us. The room was clean, however, the carpet had a big 12' to 15' burn hole in it?! Not sure what happened there? The beds were comfortable. If you're looking for a lot of space in these rooms, don't. There were 3 of us and nowhere to put your suitcases. It got a bit cramped, but we didn't spend alot of time in our room. The biggest complaint I had was having to call the desk for more washclothes. The maid only left one or none at all?!? "

"The hotel was my first choice because of price, location and shuttle availability. The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. On the days you feel like staying 'local' you can cross the street and go to Wet 'n Wild or walk right next door and feed alligators and play mini golf. Laundry room was a plus. Game room is small and there is no place to put your luggage, but overall great experience."

"Most unsafe electrical outlets in a hotel room I had ever experienced. room 1016 had no working oulets in bathroom. only one outlet at bedside would hold a plug. outlet at tall mirror nearley pulled out of wall when removing plug to hairdryer. This was the most unsafe room I have ever stayed in."

"This hotel is so close to Universal you could almost hear the 'Roller Coaster Screams'! The rooms were beautiful and so clean. The service at the front desk was a wonderful experience. The beds slept like we were at home. Would definately stay here again."
