Have been staying here every year for the last 9 years now, for the seminars in the hotel. A pretty decent hotel located in International Drive, which practically has everything. The room is quite OK, and the facilities in the room is basically cover common needs, including security box. There are many options for restaurants, shopping centers, souvenir shops, and convenience stores, including the 24 hours one. Disney and Universal Studios are nearby. Love the I-Ride, the small green buses which... Read more

The staff was very friendly upon check-in and at check-out. We just stayed for one night before checking into our resort. The room was basic, the bed was fine, the carpet had holes and was quite worn. The hotel overall was average.

It was not completely terrible, but I have been traveling a lot and this hotel could use a lot of renovations. First, the carpet was old, room had old fashioned air conditioner unit that appeared to be filled with dust, bathtub had mold growing under soap shelf, entire place was outdated/kind of dark inside, workout area was very small, breakfast was $16 for buffet so get vouchers in your package if you want to eat at hotel. I booked the hotel for friends visiting Orlando for the theme parks, and they wanted to stay close to International Drive this trip. I stayed with them for one of the evenings, so got a first-hand look at the overall experience. Check-in for them was quick, easy, accurate, and friendly. The wifi connection for their (and my) mobile devices was strong throughout much of the tower building. The place immediately looks and feels dated, and the plastic trash cans in the lobby to catch ceiling leaks... Read more

Great place to stay on I drive- within easy reach of all the parks, in particular Universal. The kids loved the pool which we seemed to have to ourselves most of them time- even in the middle of August. Friendly staff, who were always happy to help. Great stay- would return without a doubt.

The hotel is located at a busy intersection. They will charge you $15 fee for parking. Considering its Four Points, the stay was decent, and room was very clean. This is the only SPG category 2 hotel in the area; therefore, best point redemption value. I'd rather stay elsewhere next time; but I would be OK to stay there again if I had no other choice.

Recently stayed here for a weekend vacation. The check in staff was great, and I appreciated them taking time to tell me about the hotel, the pool bar, and nearby attractions. If you are taking the included shuttle to Universal, it's not run by the hotel - but a 3rd party vendor that you need tickets for - and need to sign up for them ASAP as the bus spots fill. We ended up Ubering because it was faster than going to 4 other hotels first (about an hour total before you get to the park that's ... Read more

I wouldn't rate this hotel as "terrible" which is one star but it's not really up to a "poor" which is 2 stars. If I could give a 1.5 I would. Now the location is very convenient if you want to go to the water park or universal. That's the best thing going for it. Unfortunately it's all down hill from there. I wish I took pictures of th... I'm unsure how this place has suffered bad reviews! The staff are all friendly and greet you as you walk in. The hotel features a nice clean pool and also provides pool towels if needed-which is great. The food in the hotel is great one flaw would be the high prices! In line with the rest of the Starwood hotels, the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to assist with our needs, and carried themselves professionally at all times. The hotel itself, however, was dated. Older carpeting and wallpaper, dated bathroom, etc. Could use a good (major) face-lift. It is only a easy 20 minute, 1 mile walk up to Universal. There is a free bus to the parks but we elected not to use it as the schedule (and required boarding pass system) seemed somewhat complicated and constraining. That was fine, that's not my issue. We were only here for one night, but we had an okay experience. The hotel isn't really very close to too many restaurants, but we found a few places to eat in the nearby strip malls. My friends and I stayed in room 905 the room were spacious and comfortable, and beautiful views from our window overlooking to the city. Staff were really nice and helpful too (Specially Edward). The Hotel has a great location minutes away from the parks. Breakfast had a great choice, I definitely recommend this hotel.

I really don't believe that this could happen in a such short period... I have just evaluated a staying at the Sheraton Vistana Lake Buena Vista as I had a bad experience there. Please find it on my file. Now, I have just checked-in at the Four Point at the International Drive region and am facing a similar problem. I have 100% sure that the housekeeping had not exchanged the bed sheets. For both beds. I won't complain (as I have not complained at the Sheraton Vistana) expecting that someone ... Read more

The hotel location is convenient, right next to I-4 and wet n wild. The room is ok, size and bed are average big. Staff was nice and willing to help, shared free bottled water. However the hotel gives us a feeling of old, from the room door to closet to bathroom. Two other complaints: The first room we stayed in there was a puddle of water next to the AC, so we had to switch to another room; The shower took a while to get hot, as we complained the situation did not get better.

Overall this was a very decent hotel. Upon entering the room we noticed the pleasant smell. The room did not stink like your average hotel. The ac was set very comfortable. This is one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. Shower was amazing and they have pumps with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy and great view! Within walking distance of IHOP and other restaurants and store.

I stayed here in August. To my big surprise, this hotel stopped charging the non-sense $15/$20 parking fee. It is still free to park, right?! If so, good move. By no means this is a resort hotel. It is a little dated but descent enough. It is within walking distance to Universal and about 15-20 min to Disney. There is water and coffee/tea in the lobby - I am not a fan of that Bold brand coffee at all but when caffeine is needed, I guess this could work if you want something..... I think this ... Read more

We were on the 21st floor and the view was wonderful, excellent service and above all, we would love to thank Mr. Jose Arguello from Management, without his wise advise in regards time to go back to the airport we would miss our flight. We look so much forward to stay here again, the location is super convenient to everywhere, parks and shopping malls are very close and very easy to get, we rented a car and... Read more

If we'd not gotten a Hotwire rate and split it with other people, I'd have been sorely disappointed. Hotwire considered it a 4star hotel but I wouldn't rate it above a 3.5. The first room we were in smelled horrible like the carpets had been cleansed and then it was shut up and mildewed. The front desk was great though. Gave us a new room which smelled just fine and didn't make us pay the resort fee. The room decor looked just fine, was clean and tge bed slept well. The bathrooms are where I r... Read more

The front desk agents were so nice and helpful when we got there. Our flight was super early in the morning so we arrived by 10am. Our room was not ready but they took our bags while we went for a walk and then allowed us to hang out in the pool while our room was being cleaned. The bartender at the pool bar named Osama was great! He made us a few drinks that weren't on the menu that were amazing. The drinks and food is also reasonably price. The agent at the front desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. That is where the pleasant experience ended. The hotel has not been updated in many many years. Our room had torn curtains, the bed mattress dipped down on one side and obviously needed to be replaced, the room looked clean at first glance however when I had to move a stool under the night stand to plug in my phone it was clear the floor had not been vacuumed in weeks, the wall was stained and the plug was filthy. We got a very nice room, great facilities within the hotel including a pool and restaurant. The food was good, but the steak was very fatty, not so much meat as we expected. The calamari was great though. Ample parking available. They say they refunded me and my bank is to blame...its been over a week. This must be their "added income." Stayed at the hotel while in town for a convention. The hotel is older and could use some serious updates. Decent lower tier SPG option if you want to see Universal Studios. Basic amenities, like 10-yr old spring mattresses and generic shampoo and soap in built-in dispensers. Had horrible time with room keys - they had to reprogram them 10+ times over our 3 night stay. Mechanic seemed very inconvenienced by us needing to access our room (to figure...). But for 3k points a night, the lack of served was on par with our low expectations.
