Tanya Tanner from orange park, FL had this to say:
"This place was great! Close to everything, discounts given on places to eat inside theme park and shuttle ride. The staff was outstanding. They even suggested a few restaurants and gave us a coupon for all you can eat Lobster for my husband, son and me. There is an indoor sky diving location just next door and a mini golf in front of the hotel. Free parking, free bottle of water, AC worked great, clean linens. I will be going back for my birthday to try the indoor sky diving. Thank you Four Points for a STELLAR time! "

Vesta West from Towson, Maryland had this to say:
"The staff at this hotel went out of their way to provide service to our group. They went far and beyond what I expected for my money. The room was large enough for two queen beds, plus a plush roll away. The bathroom is roomy. The shower head is great. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Try the chicken wings. You do not need to rent a car if you stay here. If you feel up to it you can walk to Universal. Eateries and Walgreens are near by. Public transportation takes you to the malls, and the airport. You can really feel safe and secure in the area. I can`t wait to go back."

"I just came back from one week vacation. Staff is very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is clean; their guest service is good and good security. Supervisor went an extra mile to assist guests. I recommend it, rate is a good value. It is in an excellent location. "

Tanya from ST LOUIS, MO had this to say:
"I'm rating my entire stay a 3. If you're looking for some space, don't stay here. Our room was small for 3 people. Maybe it is good for 2. We had to ask for face towels every day, and the cleaning lady didn't have any on her cart each day we saw her. She told us to call the front desk. I didn't understand that. We made reservations for 3 and we only had 2 big towels in our room. I had to call downstairs for that as well. Our internet didn't work on 2 days that we where there. The game room is very small and doesn't have fun games, plus it felt like a sauna in there. Breakfast was okay, but the syrup was like water with no flavor. We ordered food at the pool: pizza, quesadillas and chicken wings; they were all good. And the drinks weren't bad either. We were in the center of action. Wet & Wild is practically across the street. Universal Studios is right around the corner and the Sea World is not far at all. Cocoa Beach is about 45 minutes away. Daytona Beach is about an hour away. Hope this review helps."

DONNA from ORLANDO, fl had this to say:
"Thank you so much for a wonderful time and excellent staff. From the engineers who fixed our room bathroom vents, to the maids and the waitress, even the front desk was superior. We will definitely refer others to your hotel. Next reunion, we will book this hotel for the occasion."
