"First of all it took awhile (2hrs)to find this place, they still had the Clarion sign up no one would think to look at the ground for a small sign with their new name! Check in was great efficient and quick ! Even though on our reservation it states that the waterpark is included..IT IS NOT ! that was the main reason I chose this hotel . As for being close to all theme parks, no way ! Too get anywhere you had to pay tolls on the Fla turnpike ..each way.. so too get to anywhere we trekked the long way to 192 west to 4, going out daily adds up in tolls ! There was no gym available, out of order sign was on the door the whole time we were there.The one morning we wanted breakfast it wasn't available because there was no one there to work! The room itself wasn't too bad , a basic room, but on the bed frames there were steel bars sticking out and I continually kept banging my shins on them ! Game room was okay it amused my 11 yr old. This place is okay but needs a lot of work . The one day we did the waterpark she had an okay time but I only wanted to sit and watch her but was told they had a $5 watching fee ! so I sat outside the fence . I am sure that our next stay will be on Westgate area instead of Eastgate , the only issue I had with this place was the proximity to area parks, cost of waterpark and lack of amenities on property.Tobe honest I probably would not stay here again."

"First of let me explain from the first day I arrived at the hotel. The first day I arrived which was Saturday morning, when I went to check-in which I already booked it online there was more fees that I had to pay and I was never aware of this. I had to pay 50.00 deposit plus a 6.00 per night and again was never informed. Now I have to admit that the room looked well taken care of and looks like they are slowly remodeling which is good. Lets talk about the water park, well on top of that we had to pay another 7.00 per day if we wanted to use the water park. The slides were not that great cuz I kept getting stuck, not enough water pressure. The lazy river was super small and to be honest I felt to tall for it. The jacuzzi was okay just that the timer didn't work. The normal pool right next to it was free but I tried to relax and get a sun tan when all of a sudden I was attacked by flies! It was so bad I had to go to another water park at another resort where I had a great time, it's called coco's key water park resort. The stay was okay but on the way to check out the front desk staff seem very confused and not helpful at all. The clerk at the desk didn't even bother to remind me for my 50.00 deposit I had to show proof cuz if I didn't say anything I would of have them extra money. I really think if you decide to book here please look for a better place for your money's worth.

"First we arrive the motel not resort looks horrible and the so call water park was and extra 15 dollars per day. Took the kids to the pool only 5 people in the pool however no more pool towels. It gets better we are in our room relaxing and so are the roaches the room was infested with roaches and I was afraid to stay because I did not want to travel back with roaches I did not come here with. I will not recommend this place to anyone"
