Fairfield is located in a touristic area with other 2 hotels and close to several other hotels and restaurants. It's 15 min drive to Disney parks which is convenient and support transportation to their as well. Still got few accommodation problems that should be fixed.

We really enjoyed our three night stay while visiting Universal Studios Orlando. A real stand out was the comfort of the beds - they really allowed a good nights sleep and recovery from a full day theme park visit. The manager was very hands on and available in the morning during the breakfast - chatting with folks and making sure all was going smoothly. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating - always cheerfully greeting us when we came through the lobby. Also very convenient t... Read more

I would stay here again definitely. We had a pool view room which was very nice. The pool area was large and clean and the hot tub worked well. The rooms were clean, updated, and provided a great night's sleep. The room had a mini refrigerator. Free breakfast provided....large breakfast area. This is a great location for large groups.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel while visiting the area. Our room was spotless and well maintained. The rate includes breakfast. Breakfast items include eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, hot and cold cereal along with juice and coffee. The breakfast items were kept well stocked. There is a free shuttle to Disney from this hotel. The pool area was also very nice. There are two other Marriott properties in the same gated complex. This hotel is also close to restaurants and outlet shop... Read more

Simon at the front desk was VERY accommodating for myself and my colleague upon check-in. He allowed us to check in early, was hospitable and offered us water. As a Marriott Rewards customer, I am loyal to the brand, and have stayed in this area during my trips each year. As a Marriott Visa customer, I also appreciate everything people like Simon do! Thanks again.

It was my daughter's birthday and I requested that they put something in the room for her. They gave her a little gift box with a key chain and a balloon and a card signed by all the employees. It made it extra special. They were very nice and we enjoyed the free breakfast and cookies everyday around 4pm. Across the street from universal, island of adventure and citywalk.

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. The area is in an exclusive village of the Marriott compound. Very clean and nice outdoors and lobby. We were upgraded to a family room with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Size of the room is just okay since we are just a couple with an infant. They have a Free shuttle service to Disney. 7-10min walking distance to a premium outlet store. 5mins walk to Queen of Peace Church (if you're a Catholic and want to hear mass), and 3 min walking distance to Pollo Loco... As a family of six, finding a hotel that can comfortably accommodate our family can be difficult. Although these rooms aren't the most spacious we've been in, our two queen bed suite with a pullout sofa was a comfortable fit for us. Pros and cons are: Pros -The room, and hotel, we're clean and we'll kept up to date, including two flat screen TVs in our room. -Adequate space for a big family. However the pullout sofa couch could be better placed. -Nice kitchenette area and desk for work related... Read more

Awesome property, good service, this area is SUPER busy, all the time, just know that going in, but they still deliver service during the chaos. Only knock on the Location, not the Hotel, is Vineland is REALLY backed up during busy season and during most of the day, dont plan on making a left hand turn out of here if traffic is heavy, and if you are returning be patient if its during the day or early evening. Theres only 1 way in our out.

Me and my wife and two friends stayed whilst on a road trip around Florida. I must say, this place is in a great location, so to Disney and Universal. Great hotel, clean, very spacious rooms, and although we didn't have our children with us, Imust add its the perfect family hotel. Seeing all the families at breakfast each day, was testament to the popularity of this hotel. We would definitely stay again...

Checking in was great. The young lady at the desk by the name of Seastar was very friendly and helpful in my room selection. The rest of the staff always greeted me on the property. I did have a small problem that the room was looking west towards the pool. There were shear drapes which I wish I could have closed as the room had a pool spotlight on making the room a little hard to get dark to sleep. I thought off changing rooms but did not

Me and my friend stayed here for 6nights left yesterday and I cannot compliment the hotel enough. Rooms were lovely for the price and all staff really friendly and would greet us all the time with a smile. Breakfast was great especially before hitting the parks. Very happy and I will definitely be back here in the future.

But I found this place average in every aspect. Was given a room that smelt like cigarettes so asked for a new room. They changed our room. Having said that, Staff .. Average at best. Not the type of staff who appear to go above and beyond, nor were they overally friendly. Room is clean, and a bit dated. Can get noisy if people talking in the halls. Probably depends where your room is stayed along the corridor. A few restaurants within walking distance, outlets 5 minute walk away.

This hotel is located in a great spot, just watch, as it's always busy. The grounds are kept very clean as well as the rooms. Only complaint I may have, the ac in my room didn't work well, and some hairs in the sink and bathtub upon check in.

We will definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando. It's very close to Disney attractions and lots of restaurants and shopping. It felt very safe, had a great outdoor pool and was very clean. We especially loved the gated entrance where you have to use your room key to gain entry.

Arrived late at night to our two rooms. One room had water so deep in front of the ac unit that husband made a splat when he stepped on to the floor off the bed. Second room also damp, both rooms with absolutely horrific chemical smells. Had to switch rooms, which was down very graciously by the staff, as the smell triggered my child's asthma. We moved to a different floor . Smell not as Bad. Rooms were not cleaned well, however, so I don't understand why there was such over-powering smell,of ... Read more

We stayed in a king guest room. Spacious, and quiet. We had a mini fridge, but no microwave. Bathroom was very clean, and well stocked. The desk was on wheels which made it easy to get comfy. The bed was soft, and cozy. The staff was very helpful. The Marriott village has some great advantages. Breakfast was very good, but super busy. We will absolutely be staying again!

My friend and I stayed at the hotel on a birthday trip to Universal. Right from the start, the stay wasn't pleasant. The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. When we complained, we were accused by the staff of smoking. During our stay, the staff was rude and unpleasant to deal with. Upon checkout, we were told our final bill would be emailed. A few days later we received our bill, and it was incorrect. We have called the hotel and have left a message for the front desk manager several times an... Read more

Fairfield Inn and Suites Orlando Marriott Village is a good stay for the money. Everything about it is average, except the breakfast, which, for FREE, is great. VERY slow elevators. If you want the help of a concierge, you better decide before 3, because she's only there 7-3.

Booked over six months ago, yet they put us in an "accessible" room ten steps from noisy lobby. Room was run down, carpets and tile dirty and stained, small sink. Mattress and pillows were thin and flat. First floor parking lot view. Friend's car had window smashed in the lot which according to police is frequent enough. We were sort of forced to book there because it was an overflow hotel for an event, but next time will do what another group did: buy the mandatory room but stay elsewhere.

I've always loved marriotts due to GREAT price for what they offer. Hotel was clean but could use some updating. Rooms were comfortable but no fans in the bathroom. Pool and hot tub were nice! Friendly staff and nice free breakfast (wish there were potatoes included). They offer a FREE shuttle to theme parks. GREAT loacation... 15 mins to Universal studios and about 10 to Disney! We were recently in Orlando for the Irish Dance Nationals. We stayed at this hotel as it was part of the host hotels block list. The hotel is part of a 3 building Marriott Village close to the competition. The Fairfield Inn was a very nice hotel for the price. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint is the bathroom area of the room is too small. The hotel offered a great breakfast, nice pool area, and complimentary foosball and pool. There was als... Read more

My family and I really enjoy our stay at the Fairfield and the pool was huge. The kids loved the free breakfast and the staff was very helpful. The management really needs to work on managing the flies. The Flies around the food areas and the Flamingo Restaurant are very aggressive. I'm from Florida and have never seen this amount of flies in restaurants. Most hotels, restaurants, and even school cafeterias have vents or blowers at the entrances to keep the flies to a minimum. Our stay began with inoperable elevators ( repaired) , an exercise room with no air conditioning ( not repaired), and a steady stream of loud teenage females in the adjoining suite. Smart set up of three hotels relative to shopping. attractions, restaurants. Redeeming factor were several desk employees that could not have been more inviting and helpful. Free breakfast primarily geared toward business clients, but vacationers are welcomed.
