We really enjoyed our three night stay while visiting Universal Studios Orlando. A real stand out was the comfort of the beds - they really allowed a good nights sleep and recovery from a full day theme park visit. The manager was very hands on and available in the morning during the breakfast - chatting with folks and making sure all was going smoothly. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating - always cheerfully greeting us when we came through the lobby. Also very convenient t... Read more

Simon at the front desk was VERY accommodating for myself and my colleague upon check-in. He allowed us to check in early, was hospitable and offered us water. As a Marriott Rewards customer, I am loyal to the brand, and have stayed in this area during my trips each year. As a Marriott Visa customer, I also appreciate everything people like Simon do! Thanks again.

It was my daughter's birthday and I requested that they put something in the room for her. They gave her a little gift box with a key chain and a balloon and a card signed by all the employees. We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. The area is in an exclusive village of the Marriott compound. Very clean and nice outdoors and lobby. We were upgraded to a family room with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Size of the room is just okay since we are just a couple with an infant. As a family of six, finding a hotel that can comfortably accommodate our family can be difficult. Although these rooms aren't the most spacious we've been in, our two queen bed suite with a pullout sofa was a comfortable fit for us. Pros and cons are: Pros -The room, and hotel, we're clean and we'll kept up to date, including two flat screen TVs in our room. -Adequate space for a big family. However the pullout sofa couch could be better placed. -Nice kitchenette area and desk for work related... Read more

Awesome property, good service, this area is SUPER busy, all the time, just know that going in, but they still deliver service during the chaos. Only knock on the Location, not the Hotel, is Vineland is REALLY backed up during busy season and during most of the day, dont plan on making a left hand turn out of here if traffic is heavy, and if you are returning be patient if its during the day or early evening. Theres only 1 way in our out.

Checking in was great. The young lady at the desk by the name of Seastar was very friendly and helpful in my room selection. The rest of the staff always greeted me on the property. I did have a small problem that the room was looking west towards the pool. There were shear drapes which I wish I could have closed as the room had a pool spotlight on making the room a little hard to get dark to sleep. I thought off changing rooms but did not

But I found this place average in every aspect. Was given a room that smelt like cigarettes so asked for a new room. They changed our room. Having said that, Staff .. Average at best. Not the type of staff who appear to go above and beyond, nor were they overally friendly. Room is clean, and a bit dated. Can get noisy if people talking in the halls. Probably depends where your room is stayed along the corridor. A few restaurants within walking distance, outlets 5 minute walk away.

Booked over six months ago, yet they put us in an "accessible" room ten steps from noisy lobby. Room was run down, carpets and tile dirty and stained, small sink. Mattress and pillows were thin and flat. First floor parking lot view. Friend's car had window smashed in the lot which according to police is frequent enough. We were sort of forced to book there because it was an overflow hotel for an event, but next time will do what another group did: buy the mandatory room but stay elsewhere.

One of the main reason that we chose this hotel was the free shuttle service to Disney World's transportation center which have multiple pick up time in the morning and return time at night. If you want to be on your own schedule, lyft and uber is reasonably priced to get to surrounding attractions. There are a few options for dining in the area within walking distance which was convenient for late night quick take out after a long d... Read more

We arrived way earlier then check in time but front desk was kind enough to let us check in early. When we arrived in our room, we were greeted by a ceiling lamp that some how fell from atop. We called front desk, a manager came to see and not only brought up our new room keys but was apologetic and walked us to our new room to make sure everything was fine. Thank you! The room was quiet small but did the job. Bed I thought was comfy so that is a plus. Didn't take a dip but they did have a po... Read more

Check in was easy, friendly staff and room was clean and ready. Breakfast was good, standard continental breakfast. Gt there about 8:30 and plenty of room to sit. We left the en hotel about 9 a.m. and returned at 3:15 to on nap, shower and head back out. Unfortunately our roo had not yet been cleaned, called to desk and she said someone would come clean it. I did expect a "sorry" but didn't get it.They did come within a minutes to clean and we went to the pool area while they cleaned. D... Read more

My lady and I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Orlando on Sept 22-23, 2016. We booked on-line based on location advertised amenities. We were NOT disappointed. When we arrived we were met by Christina with a very bubbling personality, very cheerful, informative and a grand sense of humor, especially after a very long flight. Our room was even better than I could have imagined, and the bed was the most comfortable I had slept in at any other hotel, motel or in. Check-in and... Read more

Had problem with air con but staff were very efficient. Breakfast can get quite busy! Location is convenient for Disney and Universal. Free shuttle bus to Disney park but Tickets on Disney desk concierge are more expensive. Hotel charge for Parking!

We have just had 2 rooms here for 14 nights from 22/9 - 6/10, booked through expedia and fully paid in advance. They took a swipe of my card for 'incidentals' when we checked in but said it was fully paid for. On checking out we were told that there was nothing to pay and we were good to go, I have now checked my credit card statement and have found that on 24/9 they took 66.38USD. Haven't got a clue what this is for and cannot find an email address anywhere that I can contact them on. Check... Read more

We stayed here for just one night when we needed to add a day to our Orlando vacation, but I would definitely consider staying here again. It is a fairly standard Fairfield Inn with free hot breakfast, etc., and a small outdoor pool. It is in a touristy neighborhood - similar to International Drive, but closer to Disney. The two main things that make it a nice choice are (1) the price, and (2) the proximity to a variety of restaurants. We like that they also have bunk bed rooms - although we did... Read more

I made reservations for this hotel the day before I came to Orlando on 10/30/16. The price for the room was great, checking in was fast, and the staff was so polite. It did take about an hour and a half for them to bring a crib and extra blankets to the room, but the room was so clean and nice and housekeeping was so nice that it really made up for it. The hotel is close enough to Disney, close to good and shopping outside the park, and it also has a cafe and gift shop area in the same "village... Read more

This is a very good hotel. I stayed 5 nights and was comfortable, and it was quiet. I was on the 5th floor away from the elevators. I was able to purchase my Disney tickets at the hotel, and there are free buses to and from the Disney parks. The morning breakfast includes many hot and cold items, waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and yogurts. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel was nice, rooms clean, breakfast was good. However, they charged $10 a night to park at the hotel. This is why I hate Orlando. Everything is a charge and total rip-off! Across the street was a shell station selling gas for $5.99 a gallon!

We had a great experience at Fairfield Inn. Everything was clean and their service was amazing!! It was our anniversary week and they sent us chocolate strawberries and champagne per request by my husband. The beds were very comfortable and their free breakfast in the morning was delicious. We will definitely be staying again.

A very nicely appointed facility centrally located to most attractions. First impressions are important and approaching this hotel says a lot. The building is very attractive and the grounds were nicely maintained. Check-in was easy and we learned that we were given a room upgrade at no added cost. While the upgrade was nice, it only gave us a bit more room in that the extra space was for a bunk bed with a trundle pull-out. We used that space to lay out some of our clothes as there was not suffi... Read more

Location is very good being close to Disney, and in a "village" with a few shops, ice cream shop, etc., but leaving the hotel puts you out onto a street where traffic backs up at one street light, and there's no other option to get to Disney. Newer hotel, nice clean rooms, free coffee in the lobby, and free breakfast.

I stayed here for a conference for five nights. The hotel was exceptionally clean and all staff very helpful. Clear focus on customer service here. There was complimentary breakfast each morning, which was spacious and busy at peak times due to the # of families here. Variety was good and food was plentiful. I stayed here for 3 nights as the over flow hotel for a conference. Usually any Marriott affiliate hotel is good, but thus one was disappointing. Check in was easy and no problem. When I entered my room on the 5th floor it looked okay. When I walked into the bathroom the disappointment started. There was there usual soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There problem was the shampoo has obviously been used, the sides of the bottle were squeezed in and the bottle was half full. I had no plans of using ... Read more

The room was facing the highway and at times the traffic din was annoyingly loud. We were in a king room, and the area with the desk had no light/lamp and even during the day, it was too dark to use. The couch in the same area also was without a light. Impossible to read or utilize the space. The television's HD was pixelated and would loose signal repeatedly. Staff is really friendly and helpful, breaksfast is fine. I would have liked to have more fruit (just bananas and oranges everyday). Desk staff were so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated that. The pool is near the dumpsters, so if the wind blows the right way you don't have a very pleasant experience if you're lounging on the patio. The hallways were clean and brightly lit. My room was not as clean as I'd like; it hadn't been vacuumed and there was some trash on the floor. Also the drain in the bathroom sink was stuck closed, so I had to push the lever down on the back of the faucet to drain the water in the basin (l... Read more

Stayed one night this week. Room had a mini fridge that woke us up all night as it went on and off, Air conditioner sounded like an airport as it went on and off. Paper thin walls. Family and I stayed here for 11 nights. It is very convenient to all the Disney parks with a free shuttle service and also only a $20 cab ride to Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and Sea World. Walking distance to premium outlets for some shopping and the best buffet you've ever had at the Golden Corral. The beds are very comfy but the pillows are debatable. Free breakfast is very basic.
