Our experience was the best by far. We have stayed on International drive a lot in the 25 years going there. The hotel staff we great communicators by text and phone. The room was very stylish and very clean. The breakfast buffet was tremendous. The evening get together was fun. Close to everying. I will be returning there soon.

Check in was fine. You do have to pay for parking which self park is $12. That should have been included in the fee. The room we stayed in smelled like smoke when we first arrived. They sent housekeeping up to the room & they delivered a scented spray. We really didn't want to go through the trouble of changing rooms so we just dealt with it. It was very loud through the night with the highway sounds, cars, trucks etc. Breakfast was ok, staff was helpful. Probably won't be staying there again.

First of all let me start by saying that customer service was outstanding! Ashley, Mrs. Dee, and Jesse were Awesome! Thank you all for making our stay fabulous. It really makes a difference when you arrive and the valet workers are excited about being helpful and they go out of their way to assist you. My family loves Embassy Suites and this visit was great as usual. We will definitely stay her again.

Pro´s: Staff is nice and polite, breakfast and complimentary happy hour is good and location is only 10 min shuttle drive from conference center. Room is clean, so are the beds, shower and toilets. Con´s: The hotel looks and feels really outdated. The pool is really tiny and during my stay I did not see anybody going in, and reason being is probably that it is not only very small but once you go outside it smells and it is very noisy with cars passing by. So definitely not your typical Orlan... Read more

Hubby and I selected room #811 via Hilton Honors which is the highest floor at this facility. We stayed for 3 days prior to our cruise out of Port Canaveral. It was a good room location, and our view was of part of the highway and part of International Dr. Very beautiful to see at nighttime. Location was great for us and great restaurants are walkable (Uno's, Fogo de Chao, Longhorn Steakhouse, Outback, etc.). Even Walgreens is about a 1 block walk, if you're so inclined. This location just completed a renovation. All new carpet, furnishings, paint, etc. I received a free upgrade to a corner suite. More space was great, but bedroom was a bit warm due to all the corner windows (which had view of interstate). Sliding door between bedroom an "living room" is mostly frosted glass, so light pours in if one person is watching tv while someone else is trying to lie down. That said very clean, nice staff, and got to love the free breakfast, and free wifi.

I arrived at this hotel on a Saturday night to find it in a slight state of chaos. It is not surprising to find a hotel in Orlando full of children and this was full of families and very giddy children. Children in hotels usually find it fun to ride the elevators and run down the corridors and this is what I was treated with after being on the road for over 12 hours. However, I was greated by a very helpful front desk clerk who quickly checked me in and gave me information about the hotel. The... Read more

Upon arrival we were "upgraded" to a corner suite. 4 people were crammed tight in here. The parking fee is outrageous and the surrounding hotels in the same parking area have no fee. We also requested an I-drive view and got a parking lot view. No big deal, but a bad 1st impression. Speaking of the parking lot, the room key never worked for anyone.
