Located across from Lake Eola in downtown Orlando, this hotel is perfect for those with business in the downtown area or attending a conference locally. It is an attractive, commercial building. The lobby is what one expects in an Embassy Suites hotel: a soaring atrium lobby, a bar, restaurant and comfortable seating area under the atrium skylight. Checkin is easy, especially if you have their app and can checkin before arriving. The rooms open off of the atrium and look like the standard Emb... Read more

The hotel was very clean compared to other Embassy suites that have been extremely ran down. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. The hotel was also perfectly centralized to anywhere you wanted to go. Just be prepared to pay for valet parking, because the hotel does not offer self parking.

Location is perfect, hotel looks nice, room was clean. Staff could use a shake up, evening reception was in such closed quarters you have to reach over people at the bar to order. Breakfast was chaotic, not like the other embassy suites. Food was cold, Chef walked over to buffet to make a plate jumping ahead of the line, he looked like he just woke up and came into work. I was originally suppose to arrive Sunday night. I missed my flight and did not check in until Monday evening. I had book a total of 5 nights and even though I missed the first night, I had expected to pay for 5 nights anyways. It wasn't their fault. But when I checked out, they only charged me for 4 nights! I am most definitely staying here again. Clean, friendly staff, walking distance to everything. Thank you again!

For a downtown location, great place to stay. Able to walk to everyplace needed, all sorts of dining options available nearby. Yes it's a bit noisy with street noises sometimes, but it's in a city - what do you expect. Staff was friendly and pleasant - especially Joseph at the bar. We chose this hotel based on location. We had an event at Amway and it was close enough to walk (hotel also offers shuttle service). The suite was clean and comfortable. The complementary happy hour is a nice touch. As was the breakfast service with the omelette station. Downside would be the additional fee to park/valet your car.
