"The bed was uncomfortable, the room was hot. Could not adjust room temperature, it was cooler in the hallway than the room. Not a nice stay for the price. Will never go back. Very disappointing."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel needs to be updated badly! We were moved to 3 different rooms before I demanded the almost $485.00 I spent for only 2 nights! I paid $209.00 plus fees b/c I thought I was getting a nice room. Well I was wrong. The first room just reaked of cigarettes and cleaner. The 2nd room reaked of the same thing and did the air work. The 3rd and final room was just as bad...we were gonna tough it out since it was almost 11am and we have 2 kids who were really tired from the 6 hour trip we had just made. But our air didn't work and we had no hot water nor water pressure in the tub. I was beyond furious. The hotel front desk & maintence were very nice and said that housekeeping should have noticed this."

"12/28/2011 My husband and I surprised our 2 boys ages 9 & 13 and took them to Universal Studios & Island of Adventure we always stay at an Embassy Hotel were ever we travel we find the Hotel to be perfect for a family and the free full breakfast is unbeatable. This Embassy Hotel needs a little TLC in the rooms. The rooms were clean, sheets were cleaned non smoking room smelled cleaned. and all We had a 1 bedroom suite with a King bed, everything else was wonderful. The staff at the visitors desk were very helpful. We will stay again."
