"Hotel was just ok. Too far from downtown Disney to walk with our 5 year old so we decided to take the shuttle. It is supposed to run on the hour and half hour, never showed up and no one from the hotel seemed to have any explanation. (NOT a hotel shuttle btw). Pool was about ninety five degrees. I was charged a 'resort fee' when i checked in, didn't know about that. The hot/cold in our shower was backwards and the hot water was SCALDING!! This is NOT a 3 star resort by any means. Will not return."

"This hotel is near downtown disney but that is were the positives end. This hotel is dirty and musty and is in great need of a total renovation. The rooms are old and musty as are the carpets and floors. I would not walk on them with bare feet. Check in was not friendly as well as check out. Left behind a pair of shoes went back to get them and we were told that there was nothing in lost and found. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again. This hotel is a 1 star at best."

"Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel dated and old. the room was fine, but the bathroom was falling apart and the hallways smelled and carpets and wall stained. Door lock on door was loose, so we used the security latch. As well door jam as off the wall with the wall that was coming apart at the base board. resturant and pool were decent. "

"The staff was wonderful. The hotel was in a great location, convenient to everything. Room was bigger than expected with a nice view. The only complaint was that I had to keep calling for extra towels."

The glass closet door was just leaning against each other, and with a two and three year old this was very concerning. We arrived at 11 am and used the bus the go to the Disney World and stayed at the park to 9:30pm; we checked in at 10pm with two sleeping babies, had I seen the room earlier I would not have stayed. I have to say the staff was excellent and friendly, yet I do not recommend this hotel."
