"The hotel was very nice; the room was clean and well-equipped. The only problem was that we requested a king size bed but were given a room with 2 doubles. When I called the front desk, at midnight when we arrived, I was told that the king size rooms were $20 extra per night!! I was told that my request was not a 'guarantee'."

"I have not had such a wonderful trip in a long time!! The hotel treated us like we were royalty!!! They assisted us with anything that we needed. All personnel were overly cordial and went out of their way to be helpful. I can not say one thing that went wrong during our stay!!!! The hotel is kept meticulously immaculate. The grounds were amazing. The rooms were spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The pools were kept very clean and everyone we met were also complimentary of this hotel. Thank you and I hope we can come again soon to Orlando to visit. Our stay was definitely NOT long enough"

"Only this that upset me about the trip, was we asked for King size bed, and when we arrived were told by staff that when we reserve the king size bed it doesn't guarantee us that option. Sleeping in separate full beds, was NOT an option we enjoyed."

"Overall, this is a nice hotel. We did have a few problems during check in. At first they tried to give us a non smoking room but we had clearly requested a smoking room - so they changed that - only for us to walk 4 buildings over carrying luggage to find a room with 2 double beds instead of a king. So we lugged everything back over to the main office where we were told they had absolutely no king bed smoking rooms left in the entire hotel. (which we didnt believe because it was a Tuesday and after staying there a couple days the place was not busy at all) So we settled for a nonsmoking king room. The pools are lovely...the scenery is awesome. Max's Deli was the go to eat place for us...but be prepared to pay $20 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. The bamboo grille was a little pricey but the food is very good. I highly reccomend the Village Inn family restaurant directly across the street. It's open late til 12pm and the food was good! staff was so nice! Reasonably priced and they have the biggest selection of yummy pies I have ever seen! If you have a sweet tooth - its a must! Back to the hotel...I must say I was dissappointed in the bathroom in our hotel room...VERY SMALL. Yes, separate vanity area outside the bathroom but you couldnt sit on the toilet and close the door because it was THAT small. Housekeeping was good except something strange on the last day...the housekeeper moved all of my toiletries and personal hygiene products to the other side of the counter laid out on a towel. I didnt appreciate someone touching my toothbrush, make up, hairbrush etc. Lastly, the free shuttles provided to the hotel (The Disney World one) were always late. 45 minutes late at the park one night...everyone was furious! The hotel doesnt operate them (I guess they lease them through a company) but they should seriously consider a new company! Bus to Seaworld had no Air Conditioning and the bus driver told us to suffer like he had to all day."
