"Our whole family stayed at all star movies resort . it was our first trip to disney world and we would do it again in a minute . it was a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and very helpful in anything we wanted to know. we were very pleased we didn't have to look for staff they were all over the place and we can't get over how clean the grounds were. we lost our cameras and they made every effort to find them and mail them back to us in canada at no cost to us thank you ever so much "

"we stayed at the all-star movie, this was such a huge disapointment! we had joined rooms and in one room the closet was falling apart, the shower dripped non-stop, and in the other room there were stains on the bathroom wall, and the sheets on the bed were not changed for the 2 of the 4 days we were there. both rooms were so dirty, the floor, dressers, etc. i will never go back to this hotel, and don't recomend it to anyone. when we called the front desk to reach housekeeping personel they said no one was available, well, then we had no idea what to do. my kids did'nt mind leaving a bit! so sad, we had such high hopes for disney."
