"The toilet in our boys room over flowed (due to the people the night before us) and they didn't have any other rooms to move our sons. They called us about a 12 midnight to try to move them (I don't think so they and us where were asleep). The room smelled so bad on day four but they where to fulll to move our boys to another room......The Internet NEVER worked. The breakfast was overly crowded and the food was a joke ALL carbs. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WOULDN'T WANT ANY ONE ELSE TOO EITHER."

"Overall this hotel was decent. I was satisfied with the room, for the price it was fairly better then I expected. The staff was 50/50. There were 2 persons who helped me that were extremely nice and helpful and the other 2 were HORRIBLY rude!! The pool was nice but too cold. The hot tub, however, was just that, a tub with luke warm water. NOT a jacuzzi!! Very disappointing!! Also the staff said that they provide a free shuttle service that takes you to 'The Magic Kingdom' . This is NOT true. The shuttle takes you to 'Downtown Disney', and then from there you have to take 2 different buses to get to the park. We left the hotel at 9am but didn't get to the park until 11am!! There were definitely both pro's and con's, so I am still undecided whether I would stay in this hotel again."

Posted: Tue, Apr 10, 2012"WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS THERE FROM 2-6 APR. FIRST THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ROOMS THAT WE REQUESTED AND PAID FOR. ONCE THEY FIXED THAT. ONE OF THE ROOMS HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE TOILET IN THE BATHROOM. THE TOILET OVER FLOWED AND THEY HAD TO FIX AND CLEAN THE ROOM. WELL WE LEFT SEAWORLD THAT NEXT MORNING AT 8:00AM. I STOPPED BY THE FRONT DESK TO MAKE SURE THEY FIX AND CLEAN UP THE ROOM. WELL WE GOT BACK AT 5:30PM AND THAT ROOM SMELT LIKE A SEWER!!! SINCE IT WAS SPRING BREAK ALL THERE ROOMS WERE BOOKED AND WE COULDN'T GET A REFUND BECAUSE WE USED A THIRD PARTY. THEN THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. THE WI-FI ONLY WORKED ONCE!!!! THAT WAS THE FIRST DAY. EVERYTIME I CALL THE FRONT DESK TO TELL THE LADY ABOUT IT. SHE'D JUST SAY 'WELL IT WORKS UP HERE.' AS A CUSTOMER THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO HERE ALL THE TIME. WE PAID TO HAVE WI-FI IN THE ROOM NOT IN THE LOBBY. THEN THEY CHARGE $12.00 A DAY FOR A FRIG. WHEN ALL THE OTHER HOTELS GAVE THEM TO YOU FOR FREE. I'M SORRY BUT I WOULDN'T RECCOMMEND THIS DAYS INN TO ANYONE UNLESS IT WAS THE VERY LAST CHOICE. "

[2.] Take I-4 West to Exit 55.
[3.] Turn Right off Exit [27 South] and cross over I-4.
