You charged more than we usually pay but advertised a handicap accessible room and I am wheel chair bound. The bed is so high I could not get into it. No shower seat, so I had to use my own. We were quoted one price but bill was $70 more than that price.

I am a fan of Marriott and a rewards member. I was completely disappointed with this property. It is dirty, old, smelly and damp, badly in need of a renovation. I was there only one night and laid awake all night thinking that morning couldn't come soon enough and I could get out of there, I slept with a blanket I brought from home and covered my nose all night due to the musty, damp smell. Mold in shower, crumbs on floors, hair on countertops. I did alert the front desk of the condition of the r... Read more

To begin, we stay at Marriott hotels numerous times throughout the year and we are usually very pleased. Upon arrival, the supervisor was unfriendly and not welcoming at all. The next day, after a day of meetings, we went to the pool to relax when we smelled cigarette smoke on a smoke-free facility. We looked and realized the person smoking was the (lady) supervisor. There are signs posted all around the facility stating the nonsmoking policy and the threat of $250 fines if violated. Most importa... Read more

I stay at this hotel multiple times a month on business, and it is very nice. Recently updated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is also good. A nice hotel in a busy college location. It is very enjoyable laying by the pool and taking in the sights.

Average Courtyard, nothing out of the ordinary. Great location, very close to UCF and within walking distance to several restaurants. Room was clean and the staff was average. Would stay again for a business trip.

Staff is very nice; service was great. Overall, hotel is old and needs to be better maintained. Shower curtain had mildew, etc. Rooms are large. The coffee bar has a decent selection. The included breakfast is not great, but passable.

We reserved 4 rooms including one suite. The hotel staff was very warm and welcoming and the rooms requested were what we got. The rooms are dark with very limited lighting and the TV in 2 rooms did not always work. The rooms were clean, but definitely in need of upgrading. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. The hotel is well located and there are lots of restaurants in the area. It is very close to UCF as well.

When you first walk into the lobby you are greeted as if you are family. All the Courtyard Marriotts are the same design inside so you are never disappointed. We had a light evening snack at their bistro which was very good. They offer a nice selection of beers and wine and you can watch private tv at your table.

Very nice hotel on the East side of Orlando. We were in the process of moving and this hotel gave us easy access to the areas in which we were looking. Clean, friendly staff, and near a lot of dining. The pool was great after a long day of apartment searching. Courtyard and Marriott properties are always my first choice.

Check in was a breeze, staff very friendly. Room was clean and ready. Bathroom had a couple of hairs on the floor but otherwise clean. Beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable, made sleeping very easy. Offered a free shuttle service to and from Full Sail-loved that! Hotel is small compared to others and pool needed some cleaning. Was fair for the price.

This place is a bit older, but its location makes it great if you're visiting your UCF student. The breakfast is pretty good, the service is pretty good, the rooms are decent -- but some of them could use a refresh (our shower had some broken tiles).

This hotel is located close to UCF and Full Sail University and Hwy 417. There are plenty of restaurants close by. This is not my favorite Courtyard but it met our needs for one night. The Room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Typical Marriott Courtyard layout. Staff were very helpful. Great service at the bar. Room faced the back of the hotel, and was quiet. I was able to turn off the air conditioner and open the window to sleep. One comment relates to the water. I'm not used to the sulphur content present in the Orlando water system, and for me the taste and smell is overwhelming. Recommend using bottled water to make coffee.

We fully understand that hiccups can happen. It is how a business handles those problems that sets them apart from a place we will recommend or visit again. In this case, the management of the Courtyard fell short in so many ways they have lost our business forever. After a night of zero sleep because of plumbing noise problems, the front desk was very hesitant in moving us. We gave them the option to fix the problem and when we came back at the end of the day they said they fixed it. Within a... Read more
