"We arrived after midnight on Saturday Feb. 23. As we drove up to the gate, there was an intercom box but no one was in the office. It had closed hours prior to our arrival. The code t use after hours did not work so we couldn't get into the complex.
A a result we had to sit in our car until someone else came to enter the complex. That took about 1/2 hour. When they opened the gate we drove through. We then went to the office building to find no one there to direct us to our unit. Finally, we found a box on the wall outside the office. It had two envelopes in it. One had our name. It stated which unit we were in so we drove to the unit . When we arrive at the unit there was no lights on and we didn't have a key to enter. Finally we found a lock box. The code was on the paperwork so we finally got into the unit around 2am.

Prior to leaving for the trip I called the resort to ask how we would get in because of our late arrival. I was told that there were no special instructions and if there were someone would call and let us know. That never happened .

The next morning we went to the office to inquire about towels for the unit and pool and was told that they didn't handle that. They could give us no information because we were told that they were not the management company and only checked people in and out

Not the way we way we expected to begin our vacation. inside the unit there was no information on the area.

Although the unit was lovely I will never book a vacation there again."

"Well everything was great the unit was large enough for our family. The frontdesk staff if great they are very helpful and friendly. I would definetely come back and stay at coral cay. The people that live there though some of them would play really loud music that was the only downside."

"We spent 11 nights at Coral Cay Resort. We were very happy with our stay. The condo was clean and nice. Mattresses were a little weird, but comfortable enough. Some teeny tiny bugs in the master bathroom, but those were the ONLY bugs we saw. It was spacious, enough bathrooms, nice kitchen... the hot tub didn't work all the time, but when it did - it was nice!! The staff was great! No complaints. Would definitely stay there again. :)"

"the area had a lot of attractions and everyday places in a close driving time...the condo was clean and great services...it is a condo so you already gotta know you have to be self sufficient"
