"This hotel was awful. They almost canceled my reservation and thinking about now I wish they would have. The rooms were very old but that was not the problem. The shower drains were clogged and very dirty. It even had hairs and the tub floor were gray. The toilet still had some stains. The fridge did not work. When we called for maintenance, the maintenance guy used a wire hanger to fix the clog and the fridge he changed with froze all of our drinks. But this was not all, there was a part of a carpet by the closet that was ripped off and when my nine year old stepped in that area he stepped on a nail. I spoke to the guest service the next day and nothing was done. That room was a safety hazard. Whoever reads this, if you get room 424 do not accept the room. As a matter fact, do not stay in this hotel. There are plenty of room in Orlando as we figure that out."

"My stay here was terrible and I would not recomend this hotel to any friend. The room I got was not the room online when I booked it. I was told it was a 3.5 star hotel and when I got to my room ,it was in all a 2 star from the looks of the room. Mold was on the refrigerator and there was no bathroom handle on the door. It was broke off and had not been replaced. When I called front desk and asked if I could have another room because of the issues, I was told they do not switch rooms. I asked for a manager and was told manager was in a meeting. Maid service came around and took all dirty towels about 9am one morning and she told us that someone was bringing more towels and we did not get any more towels until about 2 hours laterafter 3 calls to the front desk! Also hair was found in bedsheets. I will definitely not stay here AGAIN!!!"

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn Hotel over New Years, bringing n 2012. We stayed 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the high cliber of hospitaliity at the hotel..
Everyone was very polite, helpful and friendly.
The atmosphere was safe, friendly and professional
The staff was helpful with making our Universal plans.
The breakfast everyday was SUPER.
We hated for our 3 day stay to end and hope to get back again."
