Please Note:
A mandatory hotel-imposed fee of $19 per night, per room are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out Fee applies for up to 4 guests for standard rooms. This fee includes: Four (4) water park passes valid from arrival date until departure date Children's activities in the water resort Free parking and transportation to Sea World, Universal Orlando, Wet n Wild and Aquatica.
Seasonal Water Park Hours begin December 1 through February 16 2012. Water Park Hours will be extended Thursday through Saturday; new hours are 11AM- 7PM and Sundays 11AM-5PM. The Water Resort will be closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays the Tradewinds Restaurant will be open for our guests for Breakfast and Dinner or Room Service, but the Callaloo Grill and Pizza Hut Express will be closed. January 26 and February 2 the Water Park Pools will be closed for annual maintenance.

"The second day we were at the hotel we went out shopping for the day and when we returned our room reaked. I phoned the front desk to complain but no one every came to check it out. Two days later our room reaked of smoke (all rooms are non smoking) we had to put towels at the bottom all the doors to stop the smell from coming in. Two days in a row we had a puddle of water in our bathroom. We never received our I trolley passes. Half way through the week our door keys didn't work. On our last day we went to the water park. My daughter went back to the room to get something and they wouldn't let her back in. They told her she had the wrong bracelt on and had to go wait in line with eveyone who was just there waiting to get in the water park. Lots of inconveniences and some apologies."

"This was an excellent hotel and we would go there again if ever in Orlando. It was only minutes from Disney and located around great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our time there and our girls (ages 7 and 10) loved the water park. The room was clean and upated. I just wish the waterpark opened earlier in the day and was open later at night (if I remember right, it opens at 11am and closes at 7pm). Highly recommended."

"The lifeguards are very efficient at watching the children in the pools. My kids enjoyed the waterpark and the hotel locations is great. It was close to everything including Universal. The room was a bit shabby. The bathroom sink was clogged and the cleaning service left much to be desired. I requested an extra blanket but I never received it."
