"We had booked a room for 5 nights originally online. My husband got sick the day we were leaving so we decided not to go until the next day. I called the hotel to tell them that we would not be in that first night, but that we would be there the following day. When we got there the following day, the guy at the front desk could not find our reservation. After he finally found it, he said it had been cancelled. I was pretty upset trying to figure out why. He called his boss who said our travel agent must have cancelled it when we didn't check in the day prior. I then had to call them who said that they never cancelled any reservation and that the hotel must have done it. Anyway, it took over 2 hours in the lobby of the hotel to get checked in. Once we finally got a room, it was clean and looked fairly decent. The only problem was that we paid for a room with 2 queen sized beds and were put into a room with 2 full size beds. Apparently they gave away all the queen size rooms when they cancelled our reservation. Aside from all that, the stay was fair. The shuttle van that takes you to the Disney parks was not very good considering the driver didn't speak English so when we asked him where to meet in the afternoon for pickup, he didn't know what we were asking. The shuttle was not labeled with hotel markings and we could not find it in the afternoon so we ended up taking a taxi back so we wouldn't have to wait in the freezing cold for a van that may or may not ever come. We drove ourselves every other day. The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast."

"The location was great came down to go to HHN. It was not that far from the hotel lots of places to eat that were really close. There was one problem when we checked in to the room. It had look like the sheets hadn't been change. So I when down to the front desk. They sent someone right to our room an clean the whole thing it was quickly takin care of."

"we had a great time, very busy location.The room was great right by the pool,just think they need to make each room a gate to enter to the pool. Now the breakfast no way, the set up was not good, need to improve the free food from the paying food.It was not worth 4.50 could have gone to mcdonald's for that,other than that all was good."

"Hotel is somewhat convenient to the parks. Up International to University and then across. About 5 miles or so. Hotel itself is comfortable. Next door to IHOP. Quiet and clean with friendly staff. Stayed an extra day and chose to stay there instead of finding something else....."

"We have stayed here before and the location is great. The pool is nice and big. The hot tub this stay was not hot for some reason but we didn't care. It says that the rooms are renovated but ours didn't look like it was but it was still clean and comfortable. We will stay here again for sure."

"our trip was a complete disaster at clairon inn on hawaiian court..nothing was like pictures on interent. had to pay 3.50 per day for each room,besides the room rate too far from disney parks .had to drive and pay parking at parks could not eat at hotel . food was horrible. this list goes on."

"The location was great. Close to alot if restaurants and attractions (Sea World, Universal Studios). With that being said there are alot of hotels in the area. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We got the queen suite. It was alright. Seen better. Alot of dust bunnies everywhere. Looks like the just do the bare minimum. The continental breakfast leaves something to be desired. You can choose from coffee, tea, toast, and two kinds of cereal. They do offer a breakfast buffet with eggs, juice, bacon, ect.... but you have to pay. I would probably not go back. The only reason I would would be the staff. Super nice and helpful."

"What can I say? We had a fantastic time at the clarion. Staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. Location was great, 5mins from Seaworld and Aquatica. I trolly stop is close by. We spent a couple days by the beautiful pool and there is lots of places to eat near by. The Clarion is very clean and excellent value, the rooms have everything you need. Fridge, coffee maker ect. ..We have stayed at a few hotels over the years in International Drive, this has to be the best. I will be definatly be back next year. Thank you for a great two weeks."
