"Great location to DIsney.if your driving. There is only one shuttle time to go to disney which was at 10:40am and only two returning trips. The Breakfast buffet is not worth the money it would have been better to go to a restuarant. but for a place to sleep and relax after the park it's a great place to stay."

"the hotel offered free shuttle service to the disney parks, bus driver said to arrive in lobby 10 min prior to depart time we were in lobby 20 min before and the shuttle was already gone. The hotel offered to call us a cab so we obliged thinking they would take care of the bill well we ended up paying 60.00 for a ride to the park. the shuttle doesn't just stop at this hotel and take you to the park, it goes to 4 other hotels in the area and you're on the bus for at least an hour your lucky if you even get a seat. the toilet would not flush unless you held the handle down until the toilet paper went down, staff was told about it and did nothing the whole 6 days we were there. i asked for an extra pillow the first night we arrived and didn't get it until two days later when i went back to the lobby and complained. outlet plugs were very outdated we were afraid to plug anything in.would not stay again"

"Straighter to the point... DO NOT STAY THERE!! My room overlooked the pool which was suppose to close at 11pm! Well every night for a week it closed anywhere from 12am to 2am!!! I made SEVERAL calls to the front desk with NO success!!! It was VERY noisy!!! Electrical devices (curling irons, blow dryers etc WOULD NOT stay in the sockets!!! The stairs and common areas were dirty! Staff was rude, they would see you standing at the front desk and walk away. The shuttle for the park was suppose to leave at 730am and left before that, leaving me to drive there ( thank goodness I drove) I would NEVER stay there nor would I recommend it"

"My stay was a total mess not the experiance i expected to have, the room to start bathtub was clogged I called the front desk and noone ever showed up, my tv contol dod not work called about that and nothing was done the front desk it took about 40 minutes just standing in the front desk waiting for the employee to even try to help me, the housekeeping was not Great even with the do not disturb sign the house keepers tried to open the door while I was changing. No privacy never again horrible experiance and far from dining locations, breakfast was about $27.00 a person for scrambeled eggs rediculous. Thought I was going to enjoy my booking experiance at the hotel but it was a total mess."

"I am usually not a complainer, BUT, this resort SHOULD NOT be classified as a resort. It is just a cheap hotel room. I had reservations for 6, 2 adults and 4 kids, three were ages 9 to 11. Beds were okay, but the DELUXE sofa bed was nothing but SPRINGS! The mattress was sooo thin, I wouldn't let my kids sleep on it. Instead, I endured the pain. I thought the sofa would be in a semi/separate area, but it wasn't. The room was so crowded. Water pressure was very weak, shower, and toilet. Sink took forever to drain. Cheap weak coffee/maker. And I found bugs in the room. Never again!"

"This hotel was the WORST we have stayed in in a long time. The beds are terrible to sleep in (suffered from back pain & lack of sleep the whole stay), the 'available outlets' all TWO of them are in the bath ? and had to unplug the coffee maker to use both? This is the FIRST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN THAT DID NOT HAVE ANYPLACE TO PLUG IN YOUR CAMERAS OR PHONE TO CHARGE EASILY? Two cameras and two phones to charge and no place easily accessible to do it? We had to unplug the alarm clock ( WHICH DID NOT WORK ANYWAYS ) and the microwave to charge our devices on the trip, PLUS the outlets were so old and worn out that anything plugged in without a ground would just fall back out in the middle of the night ( never seen this before- EVER ) so our cameras did not charge - so much for the 'memories' of the parks. We stayed for three nights and requested a wake up call every day and NEVER GOT ONE until the last day - glad my phone has an alarm clock especially when the clock in the room did not work nor did we get our wake up calls. The 'Safe' in the room did not work and did not really matter anyways as you could just pick it up and walk out with it because it was not mounted down ? The 'safe' just sat in the nightstand. Our beds were made with the bottom two feet of the bed not covered by the sheets? The 'service' at this place was NON-EXISTENT the staff could care less about you and your stay - just call the front desk after about 20 rings they would FINALLY answer- EVERY TIME . THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN - IT IS AN OLD HOTEL WITH SORRY SERVICE AND WE WANTED TO CHECK OUT THE FIRST DAY BUT DIDN'T WANT TO WASTE OUR VACATION TIME RUNNING AROUND TO FIND ANOTHER HOTEL. LIVE AND LEARN - THIS PLACE RUINED OR TRIP ."

"Know before you go... upon entering the lobby we were greeted by a really FUNKY smell, not sure what it was... Service was ok and check in was a breeze. The Outside of the building smelled liked a giant pot of boiling eggs, not sure what it was. Got to the door of our room and could not get in, the key worked but the door was jammed (can you say FIRE HAZARD). The room was a little out dated and stale (probably because they couldn't get the door open) The entire hotel is in desperate need of some serious repair/remodeling. But, you get what you pay for....."

"when we first arrived we were placed way in the back of the hotel 3 buildings away from front office by a stinky crud filled pond hotel was empty and we could not get the internet back there had a daughter that had 2 online classes she needed to get done so they moved us to same building on the other side farther from office the girl on that night was not helpful at all no matter what we said so we went to bed next morning went back to office to find out about the internet not to complain about room but the girl on said she would move us closer to office no questions asked i cant remember her name but i filled a card out on her and said she went beyond to help us out and this made are stay more comfortable and fun so it went from bad to real good and yes we will stay again oh and it was located perfect for disney and old town and great food spot as long as you have a car"

"You get what you pay for. The room smelled horrible, the phone never worked, there were yellow stains on the comforter, the wireless Internet rarely worked and you had to keep checking/ messing with it to get it too work at all. The noise was so loud it was difficult to sleep until two a.m. And then after being up lat they had a man come in with a jack hammer to fix a ladder by the pool. I tried to speak to the manager, but after being told over and over tha t she was not around or would all back.....I gave up. Will not recommend it for anybody and will never return there!!!!!!!!"

"My husband and I just returned from a 8-night stay with this resort. For about $350 I was very pleased with the rooms, the facilities and the staff. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were surprisingly clean. I have to admit when you first drive up to it you're like 'What did I just book' but when you walk into the lobby it's very nice, as well as the grounds behind the hotel, which include a baseball field, a tennis court, as well as a walking path that was really nice for sunset strolls. I would recommend this hotel if you don't have a lot of money to spend or you can't afford the luxury hotels...And the fact that it was All Star Weekend and Winter break (busy season in Florida) made this an excellent choice, because even the crummiest of crummy places were charging over $80 per night."

"Well The price was really good but this was one of those ' YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR' The hotel is old and of course has the ugliest color scheme going but that I can live with.There was a musky smell when we first walked in but appeared clean. The problem for us was on our last day there we had an oppurtunity to watch the staff clean a room next to ours and the problem for us was they take off the bed sheets GREAT but the blankets are not washed after they are used when they put clean sheets on the same blanket goes on. and def wasnt just that room either when you look around and watch all of them all they do is take the sheets off the bed and never wash the blankets. I know we used our blankets especially since we had the A.C going. We were not happy with that. We never used the pools cause Of timing and the kiddie pool was on the other side of the hotel so it was not worth it to us to bother using it. I will say since we booked our vacation last minute this was a good find but now that we know what we know WE WONT BE RETURNING THERE DUE TO CLEANLINESS ISSUES! The website makes it appear great BUT YOU WILL FIND OUT OTHERWISE..... anyways good luck to those who ignore THESE WARNINGS!"

"Good value. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing failed to meet expectations. Just needed a clean place to bed down before continuing our trip next morning, didn't use any of the features or amenities outside the room. It served the purpose."

"It was an average stay. Pool wasn't open all the time by the room we stayed in, we had to walk to other pool. Internet was only free if you had a laptop or phone with internet capability. It was reasonably priced so I can't complain too much. Our rooms were clean and got enough clean towels to use everyday. I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars."

The trip to Universal is $15 return and the is only one trip there and back and they are not at convienent times. No coffee maker in the room. Buses available to Disney World for free, but you must stay at the park for 12 hours or call a cab for an earlier pick up. $15 per person round trip to Sea World, but parking is only $14 if you have a car. Close to the parks and restaurants."

"While it may not be the cleanest place around, if you are just staying there at night and showering, then its perfect! Since my boyfriend and I got our first yearly passes nearly 2 years ago, every trip we have made to Orlando, we have stayed here. It's super cheap (and only charges a $3/night resort fee), so really, it's probably the cheapest hotel in Kissimmee, as all the other resorts have about $10/night resort fees. The pools are clean, it's a safe place, have never had any problems!

The shuttle is kind of a hit or miss. Only 3 miles from Disney and close to... EVERYTHING!!!

"Im a frugal MOM and Belive me this time I score a home run with this one! We got a room with 2 beds, refrigerator, microwave and free transportation to disney and universal which we save $17 in the parking at each park.

"This was our very first Family trip to Orlando Florida. And we actually stopped at another hotel before coming to this one. We were so very disappointed at the other hotel that we searched for another hotel and found a world champion resort and now when we plan a trip back to Florida (which will be next summer) we would not stay anywhere else except the WORLD CHAMPION RESORT in ORLANDO FLORIDA. The hotel was very clean; the staff was number one in EVERYTHING. They truly made our very first trip to Florida a most memorable one.
