"It wasn't a bad place for the price however what they don't tell you is that they charge for EVERYTHING most places give to you i.e. Continental Breakfast, WIFI, Dishes, cooking utensils. Taking all the extra charges I incurred into consideration it wasn't as good of a deal as I thought I was getting. That was the only disappointment I had. The location was great within walking distance of Old Town and Fun Spot."

"Lets put it this way, you get what you pay for. It was my fault for not investigating better since it eas a lst minute vaca. The place was right next to a carnival that runs daily til 1 am or so. My wifes first words to the driver were, 'is it safe here?' , then she looked at me and said 'am I going to hate you?'. It was noisy but thankfully we had two loud wall AC units to mask the noise from the rides etc less than 50 yards from our room. The pools we not heated!.. my girls lips turned blue and she started shaking within minutes. The shuttle service and local buses that take you straight to the Disney World gate/tram were very limited and inconvienient, or off schedule so I ended up renting a car the next morning. (didnt plan on that) That said the room seemed clean (as long as you dont look too close)no funky smells, and beds were comfy to my surprise. It is very old however and needs lots of updating. Also, if you want Iron or kitchen dishes you need to go to office to put down a deposit and lug the stuff back to your room! That tells ya something about the type of place and customers they tend to get. The staff and one female manage were very nice! We just laughed it off since only there for a quick 4 night spring break trip... and now we have a great story to tell about our first Lampoonish Disney Vaca!"

"We arrived late evening with 4 very tired kids (2 teens and 2 babies)The room they first placed us in was a nightmare. To look at the floor you could not tell it was dirty, so I let my 10 month old down to play. Big mistake, in just a few short mins his hands and legs were covered in dirt. The door did not have a working lock and the cooling system was not working. I went to the office first thing in the morning and demanded a new room, which they did give us. The new room was cleaner but the air condtioner went out and the bath tub licked non stop. When I reported these problems I was told someone would take a look at it, but that did not happen before our stay was over. The only thing this place has going of it is the staff. They were nice, but that does not make up for the very poor room conditions. I will never use this hotel again and have told all my friends and family about it. There is simply no excuse for being that dirty."

"The kitchen and bathrooms had sugar ants. They quickly camed and sprayed when we complained, but they returned within 12 hours (and we made sure not to have open containers of food around). The ac units didn't get too cold either. You get what you pay for, this place was not expensive, and showed. The restaurant they had connections with (Tex Mex), was horrible, and the bus to Disney had odd hours for take and pick up and they picked up way too many people to be considered safe (and from other hotels too)."
