The service at this hotel is phenomenal! My request for a certain room location was honored, and at every step of the way all the employees were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. The transportation staff got my family a taxi to Disney Springs since we wanted to go earlier than the shuttle. The bartenders at Calypso's were all very friendly, and the drinks were amazing! We used to stay at Disney resorts. Now we will always stay here!

We (parents and 2 children) stayed here June 2 - 6, 2016. Had a GREAT time. Hotel was lovely, modern, very clean with a beautiful lobby, hallways, elevators. Pool was INCREDIBLE with a waterfall, a curving slide with a hotel employee supervising, plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs and a poolside bar as well as a separate children's shallow pool swimming area with playground. Lighted tennis and basketball court in parking lot. There was an arcade for children adjacent to lobby. The BES... Read more

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 8 days at the beginning of June. From the moment we arrived the staff was extremely friendly and no issues with check in. We stayed in tower 1 on the 10th floor and we were able to see the Disney fireworks display from our window every night. This hotel itself is very well kept and extremely clean. Our room had exactly what we needed for our stay, a decent size refrigerator as well as a microwave. The location itself is very convenient to all of... Read more

Got home at 2:30, -I am so glad to be home. Our stay at the so called 5 star hotel Caribe Royale Orlando, was anything but that. Our very first night the card keys didnt work and we had to go all the way back to the lobby. The hotel has 3-10 floor towers ours was the furthest away from the lobby. The towers encirle the pool. I ended up having to replace my card key 4 times each time the desk implied it was my fault it didnt work. I heard from at least 7 guests that they had the same problem. O... Read more

I've stayed here a few times, and the hotel is pretty consistent. Rosalene, on the housekeeping staff, is GREAT (she went far and beyond, when cleaning our room)! This hotel is family friendly and the rooms are very spacious. The onsite restaurants are good and there are many eateries nearby. The pool area is a fun spot for children, and I like the fact there are two beach chair areas (one a little further from the pool, in case you prefer to relax in quieter area). One thing I really like about... Read more

We stayed in two king deluxe rooms for 2 nights and had a decent enough stay. Reception was busy but we checked in quickly. Reception staff were fine although lacked sparkle. The "tower blocks" were plain compared to the reception and the lifts could get busy at times. Our rooms were good but rather dark as the only sections that had a window was the sleeping areas. The lounge area had no natural light so was dark and resembled a doctor's surgery with a large wooden desk and swivel chair. ... Read more

Our neighbors and us wanted to get away for the Fourth of July weekend, and since we had been at the Caribe Royale one other time, we decided to go there. It was rather crowded, but the service, the staff, and the rooms were great. I stayed at the Caribe during July 4th and it was awesome. The check in staff was amazing and check in took no time even though they were busy. We checked in about midnight. I visited the coffee shop morning in Tower II and let me just say the staff was very nice and accommodating. They anticipate your every want and need. This made our vacation seamless (there were 6 of us). The suite (double queen) had more than enough space. The only bad thing I could say was that the wifi was kind of hit or ... Read more

Very nice, large, well equipped room. The bars and restaurants were good though quite pricey. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a very large pool in the middle of the hotel complex with pool towels provided. Our main problem was that the pool was overrun with kids! It would have been nice if there had been an adult only area. We enjoyed our stay but this is definitely a hotel for families.

It's hard to judge the Caribe Royale, because it's low by Orlando standards, but great by standards in most other places. Orlando has resorts out the yin-yang. This is one that is not far from all the theme parks and convention center, and is targeted to attendees of either. (It has a "Disney Good Neighbor" certification, whatever that is, and it offers shuttle service to the parks.) Given that, it's not the best "resort." I'm not sure what exactly qualifies a hotel as a resort. It does have t... Read more

I have very little positive to say about my stay at the Caribe Royale. I stayed for one week while attending a conference and from start to finish my experience was relatively negative. The hotel is impressive. The room was clean and big (besides the bedroom there was a living room). It had a microwave and a refrigerator. The bathroom was standard size. The room keys did not work in the evening. After going to the lobby to get new ones, they still didn't work: the door latch was broken. It was replaced quickly and afterwards it worked like a charm. We stayed this past weekend as a mini vacay and first time to Orlando, and was pleasantly surprised. The photos online, plus the pink coloring, makes it look dated which is why I overlooked it at first but decided on it at the last min anyway. Pros: the price is great to be a suite, its on the same street 2miles from Disney entrance, down the street from the premium outlets, and about 15mins south of Universal and I-Drive attractions, 24hr café, huge resort pool with waterslide and 2 Jacuzzis ... If all you care about is the room and the service then this is a knock off of a resort - everything is made cheaply like they expect it to last for only a few years and then sell or go out of business - but the service was good. The big let down was in the food especially for breakfast. You can have an omelet made if you have the time but if you just want to go through the "Buffett" so you can get to your meeting then things are not very good. I liked the lobby and the main entrance, it makes you feel like you are in a fab resort in the Caribbean! Check-in was straight forward. Hotel shuttles were free, but there was often a 2-3 hour wait. The hotel is on the corner of an 8-lane highway so forget about trying to cross the street to get munchies. The... Read more

Great location and loved having the space of the 2 bedroom villa with our full kitchen. It was located towards the back of the property so very quiet. Beds very comfortable and bedrooms very dark and restful.... did not have the opportunity to use any of the restaurants on site but the decor was very welcoming and festive with the holidays.

Stayed in King Deluxe which was a nice size room, clean, and had two separate rooms. These would be great if you have kids with you for some separation and the Jacuzzi tub is nice feature. Pool area is great for kids of all ages. They have two separate areas, one for toddlers, and one for everyone else. Little coffee shop is nice, but should be open longer hours. 2 Story gym is a nice touch. 2 Arcades, and one is on the pool deck..again great for that 10-13 age group. Breakfast buffet was n... This is, like most hotels around Orlando, good enough for the kind of trip people do when coming here...Rooms are spacy and comfortable. By only comment would be that housekeeping isn´t exactly great and that for those thinking of a taking a day off from the parks to relax by the pool should think again about this hotel, the pool isn´t that great. Price vs value is ok.

The line to check-in took forever although once there the staff was quick and friendly. The room had cheap furniture and was outdated. The bathroom was so tiny the toilet almost was in the tub. The room was laid out nicely though that there was a spacious sitting area separate from the room which most suites have.

The hotel is beautiful and very close to the parks. Tere is a 24 hour restaurant that makes everything extremely convenient. My daughter loved the pool with the slide and the waterfall. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at the Caribe Royale for 7 days for a conference. The check-in process was fast and without any hassle. The suites are big and comfortable however the rooms are a bit outdated. There are 3 towers and in each tower they have 3 floors where they have laundry facilities where you can wash your clothes. The cost is about $2 per load and $1.50 for the detergent. The wifi coverage reasonable however you can connect to up to 2 devices at a time and the connection speed was just enough to ... Read more

Upon checkin could not get into room in tower 1. Walked back to reservation desk, where I was given new keys. These keys worked after several attempts. Went back to reservation desk and received 3rd set of keys which also took several attempts to work. Created maintenance ticket through hotel app, but that ticket was closed out after a few days without a comment and the lock still not work correctly. Went back to front desk which offered to put us in another room, but we decided it was wort... Read more
