The Resort affords travelers all the comforts of a fully furnished home. The One Bedroom Villa sleeps up to 4 guests; the two bedroom/two bath villa sleeps up to 6 guests. Each villa features a separate living room with sofa bed and separate dining area, and a color TV with DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen provides oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dinnerware.

"Nothing fancy here. We took a shuttle van from the airport and got to the resort in about 20 mins. I totally missed that this was a villa and did not offer any restaurants onsite (my own lack of research). Luckily, there were restaurants within walking distance (about 7mins walking) and a Walgreens across the street so we could get the basics.
Unfortunately, it was really cold in Orlando so the walks were not that pleasant. We also were not able to spend time in the pool because it was so chilly at night but during the day you can take your chances as they are heated.
They do offer free shuttle vans to the parks and shopping center but very limited (in the morning and at night to bring you back). Again, I thought I could schedule the van on my own time but you have to go with their schedule).
I would probably not go back but not because it was miserable, only because I didnt do enough research and unfortunately the resort wasn't what I was looking for.
If you are planning to spend a week or more and have a big family, it's difinitely the way to go as it's pretty inexpensive. Be sure to rent a car!!

"We spent almost 2 wks at Blue Tree Resort at the end of July/ 1st wk of Aug. and had a great time. Our condo was a one bedroom, well maintained and fine for us as we spend most of the time at the parks. The kids (4 and 6) just slept on our floor on the couch cushions, though there is a pull out couch. We would pay the little bit extra to stay in a 2 bedroom next time to have the extra space more for all of the things we bought and would suggest it to others who have more than 2 guests. They supplied little things like a box of laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, cleaning sponge, paper towels, which was appreciated. There was no additional cleaning fee or recreation fees at this resort, but we enjoyed lots of options, swimming, mini golf, basketball, ping pong, shuffle board, games at the pool, activities organized for the kids each day some cost a dollar or two (we didn't get time to do). Helpful front desk with printing directions and looking up information for us, there is an activities desk and a shuttle to parks though we didn;t use it. We were very pleased with the location of this resort, 15 mins to everywhere, many restaurants nearby, outlet malls less than 5 mins., Walmart and Target 10mins drive. The only downfall of being on the main drag is the traffic at some points during the day, but you get to know which lane to drive in to sail by it. Grounds well maintained, staff always friendly, and several managment staff walking around discussing the property and doing safety checks, even had a security guard who would go around each afternoon to ensure we were getting out of the pool for the thunderstorms. Would definatley recommend, overall great experience and no confusion with SPM/ West Gate we just checked in, and have never had anyone approach us about time share at any condo we have stayed at in Florida."
