"For the price, it was great. An older hotel with some upgrades and remodeling.The outside of the hotel was less desirable, but the room had been remodeled and upgrades with large screen TV, and the fridge and microwave was very convenient. The bathroom was not as up to date as the rest of the room. The lobby area was nice and breakfast was sufficient. Was disappointed in the shuttle hours, but the attractions were close enough to drive. Plenty of parking, but may not be able to park near your room. Overall, was pleased with our stay and would return again for the price we paid (around $45). Anyone planning to use the shuttle needs to know the shuttle times prior to booking as well as the $5 per day service fee that is required at check in."

"Place is old but my room was clean. If you didn't get up ant the crack of dawn, the room didn't get clean so you had to chase down the housekeeper. Free breakfast was limited. Other than that , room had plenty of closet space, little bar, fridge, micro, and a great 42 inch tv. Beds comfy and back off the major hiway yet around everything you need within walking distance. About 1 1/2 mi to entrance of parks. Extremely convienent Going back in April to spend time with grandkids."
Posted: Tue, Mar 13, 2012"We arrived at the hotel and were not very impressed with the way the hotel looked on the outside. The lobby looked nice. They have a very irritating time share booth in the lobby that tries to sell you a timeshare every time you go into the lobby. We had to give a credit card at check in to pay a service fee of five dollars a day. Total $50. When I asked what it was for the clerk Shane said it was to help pay for the complimentary shuttle and breakfast. How is it complimentary if I had to pay for it? The breakfast consisted of eggo waffles and bagels and muffins. It was only open from 8-9 am too. The shuttle was convientant and the driver was amazing! Great tour guide. The rooms were decent however they put us in a two bed room on our honeymoon and when we asked for a move we were told there were no single bed rooms avaliable so we stayed the whole 10 days in the two bed room. It was very close to some gift shops and resteraunts which was nice. For the price we paid, about 40 dollars a night it was an ok hotel. If the staff had been more willing to help us and the breakfast was open longer and we didn't get charged service fees for a complimentary service I would have been happy. I wouldn't tell someone not to go here but I wouldn't set the bar to high."

"Hotel was nice. There was a show of upgrades done to the rooms, some stuff not yet updated. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay, only problem was curtains cant close for privacy. Dont understand the deal with that, but nice and cheap quality room."
Posted: Wed, Oct 26, 2011"I was lucky enough to pick this hotel on-line the first time I took my grandaughter. It was great. The desk clerk gave us the kiddie suite, even though it was just two of us, The next year, we stayed again. This time myself, my son, grandaughter and grandson. Kiddies suite again. Its a nice clean hotel. Every restaurant you would want to eat at is within walking distance. The room was clean. Breakfast is continental so don't expect full menu. Mcdonalds is really steps away. This will be my third time in a row going to Disney. This hotel is not five-star but your'e gone all day, you come back, relax and wake up to do it all again the next day. Shuttles are good but if you want to stay in the parks late there is no late return shuttle back to the hotel. Taxi's are very expensive. It was Great.......... :-))"
