"Please get rid of the cats!!! Would have been a decent hotel if not for the cats. They started howling and fighting around 2:30 am. I turned up the a/c to drown out the noise. Every time the a/c kicked on it smelled like something burning and then it was pretty loud. At 4:15 am I tried to call the front desk using the room phone and the phone was completely dead. No dial tone..nothing. Dialed front desk from my cell and they said they would get security on it. Since I had to get up in a half hour I quess they took care of the cats. Had to leave before free breakfast so I can't comment on that. Read those reviews!"

"I loved this hotel. Its a easy 10 minute drive away from Universal and about a 15 minute drive from Disney. The road that the hotel is on has lots of 24hour shops and 2 petrol stations. At night it is a very quiet hotel for a easy nights sleep and there is a good continental breakfast selection in the morning. When i go to Orlando again... I will be booking this hotel, FACT."

"I could not ask for better service, cleaner, nicer room. The staff was friendley, cleaning staff went beyond cleaning your room, making your stay as comfortable as anywhere I have ever stayed. I would recommend this Inn for anyone going to the Cherokee Area. Everything was excellent. We are looking forward to going back next year for the Cherokee Native American Celebration of the Native Peoples. WE LOVED IT! RATES WERE LOWER THAN MOST OF THE MOTEL/HOTELS IN THE AREA."

The staff was polite and friendly, I needed more pillows and a change of towels and there were no issues, the staff brought extra pillows and I brought the towels to the front desk to switch out. Overall good experience, would stay here again and recommend it to others. "
