Good Hotel to stay at, Large pool and area. Most of the Lounge chairs need to be replaced as they are cracked. I had a King room reserved, but when checking in all that was available was double queens, I asked what happened to my reserved King? I was upgraded to a Suite, Thank you.

Front desk professional. House cleaning ok. Rooms way past remodel stages. Filthy dirty. Copied my credit card and license and refused to give me my copies back. Prostitues out front and in hotel. Bottoms literally hanging out. I couldn't get my $$ back because pre book. I slept on top of covers and covered pillows n blankets. Parking lot says not responsible for things stolen or cars but state they have security. I never saw security. Lots of prayers. Lord help them. Open their eyes.

Ok, now for all those reading this review, I know you must be thinking I have to be making this up. NOPE! When you walk in the room, better find the chart that chronicles what they will charge you(or rip you off depending on vantage point) and take inventory to make sure all the stuff that is supposed to be in the room is in fact there. All be it that their price chart is somewhat inflated (i.e. $20 for a trash can that you can pick up for $5 at wal mart). Plus, who goes into a hotel and says "... Read more

We saw the list of charges for stolen items do we felt like we had to make a list of items not in the room when we checked in like a trashcan in the bathroom or a luggage rack in the closet area. Also the floor of the bathroom was not very clean. The staff was great very friendly and informative. We had 3 rooms booked about 4 months prior. The hotel is on a very busy street. The grounds are kept well, the rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. One of the rooms on the main floor seem to have a leak near the patio door as the carpet was wet. We had requested a new room but it never happened. The maintenance man was awesome. The staff was friendly. The rooms and grounds need a lot of work. The tub in my room felt like it had lost support underneath the floor. The room could've been a little cleaner on check in. The toilet seat was partially broken, and didn't stay in place. An entire building of rooms was closed off due to severe repairs and updates occurring in that building, which is good, but I never saw a single construction worker entering or leaving. All of this would have made it average, except for the "work... Read more

Pros: The hotel price was economical. Baymont is centrally located. My room was clean. The king size bed was comfortable, hot water worked, and room was large and cool. Continental breakfast was available. I can tolerate a 1-2 night stay due to comfy bed and clean room. Cons:The hotel is a bit outdated and the front building looks abandoned. Sketchy characters noticed roaming around and on grounds. Musky carpet scent was present in the hallway leading to room.

We did not have the opportunity to stay the night here because the girl at the front desk was quite rude. She said they were booked and yet there were few cars in the parking lot. Before we could ask her another question she was almost back in the other room where she was when we came in. We asked for recommendations for a Wyndham hotel and she had none. Only problem I had was getting towels. The excuse was they were short on towels. So after room is cleaned, only one set is left in a room for two people. That left me waiting waiting so I could shower after my spouse. If a hotel is short on towels and they are aware of it, they should buy towels. I stay at this hotel quite often. Always have the same issue. Otherwise, a very nice and clean hotel. Bathroom good use some extra attention. Hair on floor and tub.

For a $50 a night you can't really expect much, but you should feel safe. I didn't! The hotel is in a very busy and shady part of town, so the security doors should work.
