"This was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen, two full baths, and three bedrooms made it extra special for my wife and kids, along with my mother. We told our friends about it and they booked a unit as well and were very please. The staff was always friendly and there when you needed them. The only thing I would have liked to see is more utensils and pots for the kitchen. But we made due with what we had. Also, we were on the bottom floor, which was great other than someone's little ones running around causing noise. All in all this was one of the best vacations we've taken and will come again."

"After reading all the reviews ... I must say that this resort was absolutely worth every penny we paid. Although it is off the beaten path you are still close to everything.. disney, shopping areas and excursions. The unit we had was in building #7 near the tradewind restaurant, pool right behind building and a dock and bay area. There was also a sandy beachy area for sunbathers with lounges, a nice touch! We did find the restaurant a little over priced for food and drinks. They post a sign that says no drinks allowed however that was not the case everyone brought coolers and none of us were ever approached about it. The pool areas are nice but we found the best to be around building 7. There are ponds with nature walks that are quite enjoyable for a nice stroll. The decor in the apts was average, some pieces of furniture show their age however it is clean and well maintained as are the beautiful grounds. Washer and dryers are a bonus so packing light was great. Everything u need to live like being at home is in the condo. There is an internet area on the second floor of the lobby for anyone who wishes ( a time card buy but reasonable u could even print out your boarding passes there no charge) Disney is about 15-20 min away by car and not once did we ever get snagged in traffic. We highly reccommend the Airboat excursion with Wild Willys Airboat .. you must book it on your own and get to it yourself ..a good half hour away in St Cloud. Along the way there are lots of flea markets and shopping such as Macys and K mart and plenty of restaurants of all types. We had such a blast on the swamp land getting really close to the gators and blue herons etc... it is an experience to remember.. The cost $40 per person for an hour well worth it!!! The disney shops along the I-92 are generally all the same merchandise and the same as Disneys only a little cheaper... however Walmart is the place to go for all of it and so much cheaper for the exact same thing.. insane!! Overall a great place to stay and we will definetly be planning a big Family vacation in the very near future back here.. no regrets just great memories!!!"

"The condo was very nice and had everything we needed except no Bar-B-Q for grilling. We purchased a George Forman to cook our steaks on for the trip, so if you have one bring it. Balconly was very small and could only hold two people for sitting and since we are smokers this was not ideal. One big issue we had was that we had to purchase drinks at the pool areas per the sign placed at the entrance. On a daily basis we purchased a few drinks from the bar and flet like we were having to smuggle drinks into the pool area so we were not spending 100 per day just on drinks at the pool. Beside these facts this was a nice place and we made a great vacation in Orlando/Davenport. Just like everyone to know what I didn't, be prepared for these little inconveniences. JR"

"Worst stay ever. Bugs in the first bed and hair in the second bed. They also billed me for a cleaning fee and resort fees. I wish i had known this upfront. The only downside to our suite was the location on the third floor, which I had not considered when making the reservation. "Great place to stay with family or friends. Keep in mind that this is not a four star hotel but privately owned condos. The linens are not the best nor are the pillows the best quality but they are comfortable for the price. You will not recieve fresh towels or linens every day or any day you stay. There is however a washing machine and if you like nice towels or pillows then I would advise you take your own. Otherwise, you will love your stay with its many pools and beautiful grounds."

"Everything was very nice on the resort. The only grip I have is that the showers were not clean. Hair was all over the shower wall in both showers which made me wonder if the sheets on the bed were clean as well. The soap to shower with was about 2 inches around, very cheap and only good for washing your hands, not your body. They did not provide any dish soap to wash dishes throughout your stay. So I guess with the inexpensive rate you shouldn't expect quality cleanliness...Bring your own body wash, hand soap, dishsoap and buy a bag of ice if you plan to use any the moment you get there. Also if your traveling on the turnpike...take lots of quarters for tolls.."

"I traveled with my husband 3 kids and 1 grandchild. we stayed in a 3 bdrm condo. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The first morning there we noticed the toaster didnt work we called the front desk that night when we came back from park. They not only responded quickly but they showed up with a brand new 4 slice toaster. We also had a problem with the garbarge disposal, which they sent someone over right away to fix it. "What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be. Not only was the property very well maintained and the rooms clean and spacious, the surrounding area was beautiful. It was hard to believe we could be in line at any of the Disney parks in a maximum of 20 minutes yet feel so far away from the commercial bustle of Orlando. The resort is set back at least a mile from the main thoroughfares and is interspersed with a variety of wildlife reserves. The buildings are elegant three story villas that quietly blend in with the tropical surroundings. There is minimal contact with hotel staff - it truly feels as if the place is yours - and therefore none of the sometimes unwanted pressure of service. And the many pools were ideal. If we return to Orlando, we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else."

"The carpets could use a good shampooing, but we were very pleased with the resort. The first view is a beautiful waterfall and lighted sign at the enterance. There is a security guard on duty and the front desk was quick to take care of loud tenants above us. There are multiple pools and hot tubs a small library, free video games, dvds, and computers available for use. The kiddie pool was very cold, which was a bummer, but the main pool had a nice temperature so they were ok to play in that. Would definiately come again. Its about a 10 min drive from Animal Kingdom and about 15-20min from the other Disney parks. Just off the main road with lots of restaurant options!"

"Our stay was fantastic. We booked a two bedroom suite and were upgrated to a three bedroom for free when we checked in. The suite was spacious and clean. The screened in boucany was small, but had a nice view of trees between the builings which gave you some privacy. The pools and play areas where very nice, we used several of the pools and the kids play area and enjoyed all of them. The only thing negative I can say about the resort is the food quality is very poor, we received a sandwich on moldy bread. But the staff was extremely nice and took care of the problem immediately. Also, be aware there there no elevators when you book your room. Our room was on the third floor so there was a lot of walking up and down stairs. This did not bother me, but it may not be appropriate for everyone. I can't wait to go back!!"

"I don't usually review places to stay but thought I had to because this place is unique. We booked it for $93 a night which was very cheap around there. Plus it is huge, two bedrooms, a whirpool bath, kitchen, room, tons of space so that is a big benefit over the hotel room. But when you get there it is actually $100 more- $65 is the cleaning and then $9 a day resort fee or something like that. It still ends up being a decent deal but not an amazing deal like I thought. Also we asked for extra towels and sheets and they don't do that there, they don't do any housekeeping. I would still recommend the place, hot tub was great, its a quiet place (not very close to Orlando though, that part is tricky its far with traffic). "

"We just got back from Orlando where we stayed for a week...we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom villa...very spacious we were amazed at how friendly the staff and everyone was....the Master bedroom has a Queen size bed 2nd room also had a Queen size bed...3rd had twin beds in room....sofa is a sleeper and fits 2 adults not sure if it was Full or Queen size but kiddos enjoyed while watching free movies they give you a blue card where you can check out 1 movie a day for free....they offer free coffee or Tea @ front desk...they have several pools and hot tubs....we were upset that we were unable to utilitze all the ammenties they offered...we had such a tight schedule...Pool closes @ 10pm...we were only 15mins from all the Disney Attractions...cost for parking is $14.00 a day but if you have hopper tickets it can be used at all attractions for the day...lots of gift shops around we ate at the Panderosa great breakfast special $3.99 all you can eat for a family of 5 great deal....easy access to Walmart & Target .....other local grocery stores are Publix & Isla Fiesta...we would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. We had a wonderful experience....Great JOB!!!!!"

We will stay here EVERY time we go to Orlando (2 bdroom deluxe). We know what to expect when we arrive; it's like home away from home. Private and quiet. Even the other guests have been very nice, unlike other places we've stayed where kids are not being watched and bullying, rough splashing or using foul language has been a problem. Splash pad area and playground are a BIG plus. If you need to go elsewhere, it's 15 minutes to DISNEY and 35 to SEAWORLD & UNIVERSAL. The ONLY down side... the beds, although new, could be more comfortable."

"We arrived in the evening time. My children were ready for bed. Upon opening our room door the fire alarms were going off and on. It took them a half an hour to send someone to fix them. The pool that has the restaurant in it DOES NOT stay open til 11 instead they close at dark. Leaving the clubhouse pool open til 11pm. Not adult friendly at all. When purchasing drinks from the bar and restaurant located on the resort property you can not take any drinks back to your room where you can relax and have a cocktail when you have a 1 year old that doesn't belong at the bar past 7pm It was a nice resort but they need to look into modifying these inconveniences."

"Wow! I cannot say enough about this place! We have 4 children, ages 17 to 4 and they all enjoyed the stay and the pools. We were conveniently located to Disney, yet out of the hustle and bustle. Units were clean, not immaculate, but clean. Bedding and towels were fresh, and having a washer and dryer within the unit was wonderful. Only had a brief problem with the A/C but the staff took care of it quickly. Had all the kitchen supplies that we needed, though a nonstick skillet would be a nice addition!! The grounds were clean and well maintained, even witnessed staff power washing siding and patios while we were there. Nice tropical atmosphere and family friendly, I will be telling all of my friends that this is the place to stay. Great Value!!"

"I called and asked for a first floor by the pool, we were on the third floor as far from the pool as they could put us. They would not change us, the table to sit at was in the middle of the walkway to the living room, we had to move two chairs just to be able to go thru. The TV was so small, I have not seen one like it in about 15 years. The master bath was not as you see in the photos of the place, it was very small and the 'on site' restaurant is just pizza but is very clean and has real napkins!! We will go back there and NEVER stay here again. Well, good luck if you choose it, the price was cheap but now we know why."

"My family liked the resort even though most of our time was spent just sleeping. I did have a problem the first night that I didn't but should've complained about. THE BED I worked in hotels and one of the first things you check is the bed's sheets. These sheets were POPPED, this means that the housekeeper didn't change the sheets on the bed for whatever reason. There was hair on the bed and the sheets were wrinkled and not as clean as they should've been if they were washed. This is my only compliant and as upset as I was at the time I just changed the sheets myself and called it a day. We would return. Maybe next time we will try somewhere that doesn't have so many fees and a deposit hold of $200."

"Overall, I was very pleased with the facility. Check-in staff was very friendly. It was easy to get to the theme parks. Having read the reviews about supplying extra toilet tissue, dish soap, etc. prior to getting to Florida was very helpful. The only negative was the kitchen. The floor was dirty, refrigerator draws did not slide properly, microwave door was cracked, bring plenty of Pam Cooking Spray if you plan to cook (aweful cookware), and the oven door opened as if it would drop off if you did not hold onto it. Was in Florida last year and stayed at a competing resort. Even though it was more modern and exceptionally clean in all aspects, it was also more expensive. Also, I did not care for the setup or staff there. The hotel's setup and staff have my vote hands down. I would most definitely return."

"My family and I arrived at the resort and checked-in in a short amount of time. In making the reservation, we didn't realize there would be a $65 cleaning fee. A $200 hold was also put on our credit card. After getting over the initial shock of that, we arrived and entered into the condo. Overall, the condo looked very nice. It did have some age to it. There was a T.V. in the master bedroom and the living room. That made for compromise so everyone could see what they wanted to see on T.V. The linen on the bed didn't seem that fresh. It was clean. It seem the owner was making as little investment as possible. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. I actually could have liked using the shower if the water pressure had been high enough. I made due but my wife used the other bathroom to shower. The furniture was somewhat worn but otherwise the condo was in decent shape. The bed was okay but not plush. Overall, for the price we paid the accomodations were okay but had the price been higher, I wouldn't have stayed there. For what we wanted to do in getting away for the weekend, the resort served its purpose."

"Large spread out complex. Might need to walk alot. 3 stories of rooms. Ours was on 3rd floor (lots of stairs). Great size rooms (we had 3 br). Close to parks, 10 min to Animal Kingdom, 20 to Magic Kingdom. 30 minutes to airport. Many eating and gift shops nearby. Great value compared to disney resorts. I did not see any cab services at the resort so you should rent a car if you plan on going anywhere. Small alligators in ponds. The dock was closed during our stay but would have been great for fishing. We were locked out of our bathroom and staff came within minutes to open the door. Screened in patios. 2 of the pools have restaurant/bar service. One was shut down the entire time we were there but we used the other pool with sand area anyway. Drinks were expensive but there was no pool side service so most brought in food/drinks. Overall great experience!"

"We went to the lobby, and it was quite old and worn. We were sent to our room, and it was in terrible condition. There were large red stains on the carpet and chair cushions. The edge of the carpet was black, and there was a lot of carpet! Dirt and dust hung from the louvered doors.There were hair balls in the bathroom which was quite disturbing. We simply couldn't stay.To be honest, we have no clue about the ammenities, since we did not stay. They refunded our 'CLEANING' fee.This was just a 'BAD' experience. They gave us directions to beaches and other attractions, they had them printed out at the desk and handed them out when asked. When we first arrived the condo was a little stuffy but just opened the sliding doors while we put our stuff away and it was fine. "We checked in around 10 PM after a very tiring long drive. I was charged $200 as deposit and $93 for resort fees. I had no idea of this charge before. When asked, the front desk said that this is the charge that everybody need to pay. It was a displeasure to know that I had to pay $93 as resot amenities fees which i never used. The rooms were a bit messy and stinky. On the very first morning I woke up, I was surprised to see some red patches on both my hands only to realize there had been some bed-bugs. "The pros: The best thing about the Resort is the size of the units. Everything is full size and my family enjoyed having a private room for everyone. The 3 BR has two full baths, a good sized living room, full sized kitchen. Small screened sitting area off the living room and the master bedroom. Kitchen has all of the basics, including cookware, ceramic dinner ware, glasses, wine glasses and plastic dishes and glasses for 8. We got a special 50% off the normal price rate such that even when I factored in the cleaning fee, the resort fee, and daily theme park parking, it was about $100/night. The on-site restaurant was quite adequate for a don't-feel-like-going-out-or-cooking meal; in fact, our pizzas were quite good. Check in was easy. Pools were in good shape. Grocery stores, SuperTarget, other shopping and restaurants are nearby. There's a nice playground and splash area for children. The cons: You'll be driving 25-30 minutes to any of the main attractions and in peak season I'm guessing that drive could be longer. There are a lot of traffic lights on US192. There are several pools on the property, but only one open after dark (at least while we were there) and even in the first week of March, the pool and the hot tubs were quite busy. Hot tubs were full every time we looked; the resort apparently caters to sports teams and there were a number of college baseball teams there during our stay. The unit we had was on the worn and tired side--kitchen cabinets are delaminating, the master bedroom carpet needs replacing, furnishings feel old,TVs are old and small (the latter was unimportant to us, but might be more important to others). The unit was pretty clean overall, but our floors were in need of some serious work. Fortunately, there was a vacuum in the unit. If you're looking for luxury and convenient location relative to Disney and Universal, this wouldn't be the best place. If you're looking for a lot of space for the money, room to spread out, and want to save some money on meals, this resort can be just the thing."

"Spent a week here , Feb 26th - March 4. We loved the quiet atmosphere away from the Orlando hub bub. Staff were very efficient and there seemed to be more than enough working the front desk all the time . Grounds are well kept and our condo was very clean . Closed door to washer and dryer came off the track , first thing and we called the office and a maintenance man there to fix in less than 10 min . We did know about the $65.00 cleaning fee at the end and also $5.95 resort fee extra .They do hold a $200.00 security fee when you book in , but if nothing damaged it is refunded at the end of your stay . Which is fair , I think . Thanks again for a Great holiday and can't wait to go back . "

"Room was nice and way too big because of the free upgrade but had the smallest porch area I've ever seen. Beware of 99$ cleaning fee and 200$ security deposit they charge at check in on top of what u pay for the room. Pools were great and the resort very friendly atmosphere even though my girlfriend and I are younger and most of the crowd was either retired or families we met a lot of fun people to interact with. Could use some upkeep has free pool tables and darts but all of the pool sticks and darts are broken. Bartender out at the lake pool was awesome make him sing some karaoke he kills it. Overall it was a great deal at the 69$ a night deal and we had a blast but I would only return if I could get another deal like that. The 169-199$ usual rate seems way to expensive for this resort."

There is no bus service to the Disney Parks a courtesy service which is provided by many other hotels in the area which meant a daily $14.00 Disney parking fee. "The staff were excellent. Accommodations were clean and well maintained. A shuttle to the theme parks would have helped. The elements on the stove worked very erratically. The largest element heated up quickly but the heat was hard to regulate. The other smaller elements took a long time to heat up. A cheap non-stick frying pan would have been helpful as the frying pan in the room stuck like crazy and had to be soaked and scrubbed after every use. The knives were extremely cheap and dull. A slightly better chef's knife and a cheap hand sharpener would have been helpful to keep the knife's edge. The resort was beautiful but far away from everything. Hopefully in the future public transportation will expand to service this area. It would have been nice to have a bath in both washrooms."

"Nice pools, white sand on the little beach. Lake behind it where some were fishing, but don't think they are actually catching anything. We came for a quick 2 night stay on our way further south in Florida. Got take out from the little restaurant on the property, pretty good stromboli, big enough for two. Although disappointed because I had ordered a calzone (the difference is in the cheese) Got a three bedroom condo, even though it was just the two of us, so more room than we needed. Basically clean, stocked kitchen. Very hot when we got in, as though the air had just been turned on prior to our arrival. Fridge also took forever to cool down. Bedding(sheets and mattress) definitely could use an update. When we arrived we realized we were on the third floor, with no elevator. Don't mind the exercise, except when carrying a bunch of luggage. Called front desk to ask about being moved to a lower level, and was told they had no other availability,even for a smaller unit. Funny, in our section there was maybe 2 other cars the whole time, didn't look full to me. Biggest disappointment was at check-in when we were told we owed an additional $85 for the one-time cleaning fee and 2 nights resort fees. Girls at the reservation desk must get this all the time, since they tag-teamed us about why they charge this and it is in the fine print. It is what it is. No, I guess I didn't read the FINE print. Had it been in the price up front, I would have gone elsewhere and paid way less than the $125 a night it ended up costing us. If we were a family with a few kids, staying 7 nights or more, it would have been a much better deal, since you pay the same one-time cleaning fee as someone staying 2 nights. I dropped the keys off when we checked out, way earlier than expected check out time, the guy at the service desk couldn't even say have a nice day, hope you enjoyed your stay. Nothing."

"I felt first of all, that the cleaning fee should be included up front, instead of hidden in the fine print. $85 for 2 days was a bit steep. Next, our unit had stains on all he carpets, a four inch hole in the arm of the sofa, many chips, dents, and scratches in the furniture. The grounds were pretty, but difficult for a handicapped person to get to the individual pools. There were no activities for the kids. It was a drive from Orlando and it's kind of out in the middle of nowhere. Staff was friendly, place was clean, I've been to better places."

"The condo we stay in was beautiful. we were told we had been upgraded from a two bedroom to a three bedroom condo. when we arrived we were told they were upgrading us to a two bedroom deluxe I said no it was suppose to be a three bedroom. and they said it was based on availability.... So we took the two bedroom and we really enjoyed it. (we really didn't need the three bedroom as most of the week there was my husband and I and one child). My mother came for part of the week and ended up sharing the room with my son. The Master bedroom had a king bed and master bath has a shower and separate soaker tub. the other bedroom had two twin beds and another bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. and the screened in patio was large and we used it daily. The pools were very nice. not much of a kids club (really is just a playground) My son loved the fishing dock but it was a good 15 min walk from our unit. there is a parking are if you want to drive. we went to the bar for a drink during happy hr ( buy one get one free) but price still seemed to be high. $ 7.50 for 2 beers and a soda for the child free pool which my husband and son played during a passing shower. I didn't eat at the restuarant prices seemed high. plenty of places a short drive away. overall was a very nice stay and would deffinately would sty again."

TV's in every bedroom and the living room. There are 4 pools, basketball and tennis courts. This place was as cheap as any other motel we stayed at on the way there and was 3 times the size. It felt like you were coming home every night. If we are back in the area again, will definitely stay again."

When we first walked into the 3 bedroom villa, which was an upgrade from the 2 bedroom villa, we were in awe. It didn't seem like a rental, but a place where someone lived in. It came fully equipped with everything, cooking utensils, cups, plates, glasses, even wine glasses, cooking bowls, vacuum cleaner, and everything you can think of that you would have a home. Every bedroom were equipped with Flat Panels TVs which were mounted on the walls. For once, my sons didn't have to fight over the TV because they all had their own. It had a huge dining room and glass dining room table which would accommodate a dinner party if you wanted to have one there. It was very nice and comfortable. The premises were clean, the carpet was brand new in our unit as well as the beds. I would definitely go back to this place to stay. The only drawback was that it was a ride away from the amusement parks, and very far from Legoland, which was our main reason for going to Orlando. Otherwise than that, if you don't mind driving a good 30 minutes to the parks, I'd say this place is the best place you can stay. LOVED IT! Didn't want to leave."

"LOVED...LOVED....LOVED.... Enjoyed everything not a single compalint. The condo was a good size with lots of room. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to Disney and we had no traffic problem from here. The kids loved it so much they wanted to move there. I cannot say enough about this place on how pleased we were with our time here and the great price we paid. If you are wanting to travel to Disney and would like to save some money on your stay but not give in to a cheap motel believe me this is the place for you. It was way above my expectations and a very nice and safe neighborhood. We will stay here every time we go to Orlando area. My only issue now is finding a place that nice again for this years vacation."

"Facilities are very nice though the unit we had did not have all the ammenities listed in our reservation. Pools are positioned for easy access from many buildings and are kept very clean, they have bathrooms. These are self-contained units, you have to supply such things as TP and salt-n-pepper yourself. We were on the second floor and could hear very well all the third floor activity. WiFi service is available but unreliable unless you go to the clubhouse. The HUGE problem with this resort is the level of service provided by the staff at the clubhouse. My husband sent flowers and they were not delivered for 24 hours after he called twice asking if they were. He finally told me to go get them. I spoke to both a customer service person and the manager about why they weren't delivered and was first told they didn't have the proper name, they did right on the card, and then that they didn't know which room I was in, they did since they had written it on a post-it and put it on the vase. My husband called to suggest they do something to make up for their mistake and they chose to do nothing. If you can live with NO SERVICE at all this is worth the money but if you like people to understand and deliver customer service you should NOT stay at this resort -- there are plenty of others willing to go the extra mile."

"just returned from 5 nights at fort lauderdale and 9 nights at this resort. this is when the holiday began. choice of pools, very clean and the whole complex had something for everyone. The gym for my two 22 year olds. beach and pool for my two 18 year olds and the lakes for myself and husband with an abundance of wildlife. what more could we want."

"We stayed in one of your 3/b - 3/bath, everything was very nice except for the towels were a little on the dingy side and there were no soap in the kitchen or sponges. One of the queen beds were very uncomfortable and my mother-in-law had to sleep on the couch. Other than that we enjoyed the pool everyday with the kids!"

"I had just finished a ministry conference in Orlando. I was in need of some well deserved R & R. I booked four days at this resort believing this was going to be just what I needed. What a great place; away from the crowd, but still close enough if I wanted to mix in. The unit was unbelieveable; spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The screened balconies really added to the comfort of the unit. I can't wait to return for a longer, more fun filled stay. The unquestionable value made me wish I'd found this place before. Too bad there are no outdoor grills; this place would be perfect."

after we had booked then they said all these fee. nuthing to do for young kids
3-12..was way out from everything. I am handicap and we said before we got there but they had no handicap rooms, and to get the size we wanted I had to walk up 6 set of stairs. no tv in thrid bedroom so they fought over the living room tv."

"What a delightful condo! It was a little out of the way for some of the attractions, but worth the drive. 30 minutes from the Orlando airport. This is a gated community with quiet surroundings, well is well kept inside and out. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
We will definitely go back again."

"When I did my booking I inquired on how many levels the building had,and requested a first level location, well when we got there found out that we were on the third floor. This was an inconvenient since we were traveling with two four year old children and my son had a recent knee injury.
Found our pillows to have some hair which led me to believe that the sheets had not been changed, luckily I like to travel with my own sheets ."

"Our entire stay was amazing! the Villas are beautiful the property and everything is simply wonderful! We wil ldefinitely be visiting again. All the staff were wonderful with beautiful attitudes. Whenever you would see them anywhere around the resort they were waving and saying hello like they had met you personally. I loved it so much that we extended from 7 days to 9 days. Thanks for making our R&R amazing. This was just what my husband needed before returning to Afghanistan."

"We got in later then we expected, but Ricky the night manager made it easy. It was very foggy and we missed our exit due to poor visability. Ricky stayed on the phone and talked me throught the directions. He then sent the night security out to the main road to guide us in and then that same gentleman took us around to our building. Our villa was clean and the view was awsome. I had a wonderful facial at the spa and will visit a again. My famiy and I are already planning next year's stay."

"I was amazed at the value here for the price. I would have stayed at a low end hotel chain for more.
Resturant, pool, and most of all the 3 bdrm. condo style room was fantastic!
My entire 5 nights was about the same price as 2 nights at Disney.
Food at the resturant was great and the staff was super nice.
Staying here next time when I bring my whole family to Disney. BTW, Disney was less then 10 miles away."

"The FREE wireless interent did not work. The carpets had spots all over it. I guess its an ok place but when they hit you with a 100.00 dollars extra cleaning fee and pool usage fees I mean really I could have stayed in a nicer place for what it cost me a night there."

"Easy to find, External appearance was very good. Front gate security was very effecient. Check-in was prompt and courteous. We were upgraded to a 3 Bdrm unit for our 3-night stay, which was very nice and allowed us to have 2 of our teenage grandchildren stay with us. Our family from Washington State were also staying there in a 3 bdrm unit for 5 days.
Our unit (202 in bldg. 6) smelled musty and was very dark and apparently had not been used or rented for sometime. We noticed a 'For Sale' info sheet on the counter. When sitting on the couches and moving the pillows around, again we noticed a strong musty odor. Twice we found live bugs on the carpet but after finding one in our bed, I took it to the front desk. The lady behind the desk did not want anything to do with it and asked me to throw it in the trash, instead of saving it to show your pest control people. Our bedroom and covers had a strong smell of urine even though the sheets appeared clean. The mattress was of very poor quality and we noticed plastic had been placed under it which indicated there may have been a bed-wetting situation at one time. When we got ready to leave on Sunday morning we had a flat battery, but when I called the front desk to see if we could borrow some jumper cables we were told they were not permitted to help with personal auto problems. No suggestions or other infomation very given. Fortunately I found an employee driving by and asked him about getting help and he immediately responded with a positive suggestion, He called a friend who came with his PU and gave me a jump-start. It turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience.
Overall we did not enjoy our lodging, and besides the lousy experience fishing in the polluted lake where no-one were catching any fish, us or the rest of the fishermen, during the four days of trying, we did enjoy the pool. We would probably not return to this facility especially to that unit."

"Reading some reviews about bad furniture!!!!! what the heck!! its not a museum, after all, my first floor villa was immaculate, but if I were to crawl around each room, I probably could find a few scratches on any furniture, but I did not go to stay in any room when Disney and Universal were open, or would have stayed home-lol.

Every detail of any additional charges to be paid for at resort were perfect. The people were perfect and what I did find to warn the staff in advance of any failure were gladly listened to for future inspection and/or repair (too meaningless at this time as it was not in any way a deterrant to not want to stay there again. Knob for washer gave cold water when set on hot-lmao). Kudos to all who were a part of our trip. Thank you again, ed."

"The furniture needs an upgrade. The TV in the master bedroom was hung above the closet at an angle which would not have been so bad but you couldn't tilt it down making the picture unviewable if you were laying in the bed. Alot of hidden expenses that I felt should have been shared with me the customer up front. Like a $200 deposit that I hope comes back off of my card. Tips figured in at the bar?? Not sure I like that at all - ended up tipping twice and the bartender seemed happy to double dip the tip jar. Didn't say anything about it till it was too late. If I come back I feel educated now."

"You will see a lot of high marks in my rating. However read on! This place was very pretty although a considerable distance from the theme parks. What was upsetting is that in tiny fine print on the second page of the great room price offer was upon check in they hit you up for an $85 cleaning fee! no kidding so buyer beware."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the facility and room were quite nice. I would say it was an excellent resort for the money, but that sounds like it isn't comparable to more expensive resorts and that would be false. The resort is very nice and so was the room we stayed in. We will be booking a stay here next year."

"Very little to complain about, really. It was our second time here, so knew what to expect. Staff was quick to assist and correct any concerns. Staff at the front desk were very helpful, and printed off our boarding passes etc. Electronics were outdated and old tube TV. Wi-Fi was hit or miss, very slow or not working at all.. Small things that could have made the stay better include having a frying pan that doesn't stick, running some CLR through the coffee makers or replacing them. A half pot took half an hour to brew. Bedding could be better quality sheets were a little old mattresses left me with an aching back. All in all a great experience, will be back if a warmer week is guaranteed. ;)"

"Our 3 bedroom upgrade was great. When we got in the apartment, we could not believe the condition of the furniture....... Horrible!!!

dining table, coffee table, chairs.....all had chunks taken out of them, gouged and looking like 'hobo city'. Couch had a hole in the top cushion........



The furniture needs to be upgraded.....it left a bad taste in our mouth. It was insulting that we would have to sit in that atmosphere..."

"Overall, this is a nice place to stay while visiting the Disney Parks. There were 4 adults and 2 children staying in a 3 bedroom unit. We requested a ground floor and got it. The grounds are beautiful. Swam in the main pool one day which was warmer than the pool by our unit. My 3 year old grandson loved the kiddie pool, but it was icy cold. Didn't try the restaurants, but carried out pizza, which was just okay. Our only complaints were that other than the master bed, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen needed more utensils and cooking equipment. very basic. Burners on the stove were crooked, which was hard to cook on them. The few requests and problems we had were handled professionally and quickly. Nice to have the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Would stay here again."

"This is a nice property, but has apparently suffered from cost cutting actions to make money. The rooms are nicely layed out, and comfortable. The electronics are outdated. The beds and bedding are comparable to Motel 6 quality. The restaurants were closed while I was there. Did not have hot water the second and third day I was there. Water was hard, and could not lather up in shower.

It's been leaned out, and it shows. I didn't pay much so it's a wash."

"Overall the experience was satisfactory. The fine print tells you about the cleaning fee so it was a little unexpected but they did not hide it. We got 3 bedroom unit which was oversized for us. Few minor problems were addressed quickly by the staff who were quite responsive to those requests. Major issue was WIFI not working in our unit (worked in club house)."

"The manager at the resort is wonderful. His staff on the other hand needs to be trained in customer service. They are not friendly and in some instances, acted as if I was bothering them. What you get in the room is what you get, ie. I asked for two additional pillows and was told that we could not have more than what was there.Once we got passed the need for any of the staff, it is a great place to stay (we were there 11 nights) and had a great time. The place suited my family well."

"We were not at all impressed with the staff or cleanliness of the hotel...the rooms carpeting was vey worn and had numerous stains all over.

Staff were not friendly, did not even want to make eye contact, let alone help.



I stayed in Sheraton vistana villages in Aug. and what a difference in overall expereince, the Sheraton was great expereince and due to this, we decided to come back in dec. but got Bahama Bay as sheraton was all booked...what a mistake



We will never come back to this dump again."
