"This home was very dirty and cramped. Everytime we walked into the kitchen we had to move kitchen chairs to get by. The ceiling fans had so much dust on them that we could have made blankets with the dust bunnies. The walls and ceilings were covered with cob webs. There were dirty socks hanging from the top of the closet doors. Baby items such as a moldy sippy cup and bib were under the bed. I pulled out the coach bed and it was full of ants because there was food inside the bed. I had to clean the entire house before we were comfortable staying there. We actually left five days early because we couldn't stand it any longer. The home was very uncomfortable and filthy. I will never rent from them again."

"Pros: Privacy of having your own space over a hotel room was fantastic, your own private pool, and lots more space for little ones to unwind was a great addition. Excellent for an extended stay vacation. Cons: Vacation Homes office and actual homes are not located together and this can dramatically impact your departure planning time when having to do an additional trip to return the key. We had a 4am start due to an additional 45 min transit time to the airport. The homes are privately owned so the personal touches make it very homely but general upkeep can be a little tired. The foliage at the front of our house was overgrown and the whole house needed a fresh coat of paint. My 11yr old (normally an extremely chilled out kid) got so spooked by his first impression I had to spend my first night of vacation sleeping with him! (By the way, he thought the haunted house at Magic Kingdom was pretty lame!) It was fantastic having our own pool but the floor looked dirty (a fresh coat of paint probably would have helped) and there is absolutely no privacy, all the homes back onto each other and you are only separated by mesh fencing."

"This has to be the worst place on earth to stay. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my money staying here. To start they don't care at all what time your flight gets in your not checking in til 4pm. I paid $35 per day to have the pool heated and it never got warmer then 60. When we got there the pool was a nasty alge mess. I called and a mainance man came and the pool motor was broken. So he changed it to a new one but we still swam in filth for 3 more days. Then the pool cleaning lady shows up on Sunday morning to clean it and informs me that we should have had it cleaned after the motor was changed. I don't have a pool so I didn't know it needed to be cleaned after the motor change. She said we were swimming in filth and she wouldn't use it. The house was old and a dump. The light in the pool was broken and the filter on the bottom of the pool was unscrewed and off. One of my children got their foot stuck in the filter. They didn't care in the least about my concerns. I did go to the office, which was 20 minutes away, to complain and the manager was suppose to call me and have the pool temp checked. Never did hear from him. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS TRASHY DUMP. I SURE WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOW WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE THIS WAS."

"We were a little nervous about trying a vacation home since we had never traveled this way before. We decided to try it because there were 11 children and adults going and we just couldn't afford enough hotel rooms to accomodate everyone. We were VERY happily surprised with the entire experience! We rented a 5 bedroom home with apool and it had more than enough room for all of us to spread out and be comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. We even got a welcome surprise when we opened the door to the garage and found a game room with a pool table and an air hockey table. Sometimes with children it can get a little stressful because you have to tell them to be quiet when walking in the halls of hotels and not to jump or make loud noises in order to be polite to the people on the other side of the walls. Our children were allowed to be children and run and have fun without worrying that they would make a 'neighbor' mad. Being able to go into the pool and have fun as a family after the long days at the Disney parks was awesome. It truely was like a home away from home, only better! We will stay here every time we visit Florida now."
