The trip was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The service and food was great. Minutes from Disney world pens. Would definitely return when visiting Orlando again. Maria the front desk supervisor was a great help. Thank you everyone at the Caribe Royale!

My family and I have been to this magnificent resort multiple times. We were initially impressed by the beauty of the architecture and the resort's modern look. Between the exquisite fountains and elegance found in the decor, one could say that the Caribe Royale is truly a sight to see! There are many amenities avaliable for guests, including diverse restaurants and a gorgeous pool, with a slide that our family loves! The rooms are very comfortable and provide a convenient separate living area... Read more

We stayed here for four nights. Each of the nights brought the same issues. NOISE! The noise from the adjoining rooms was so loud. I almost called the front desk to complain but I was afraid they would either try to move our room or ask more questions. As the noise happened between 12-3 am I was in no mood to move rooms or explain further. We just dealt with it. We were only in the room for naps and to sleep at night. The pool area was nice. The grotto area smelled of rotten eggs. The smoking ... Read more

We were part of a national conference at the "Carib"e and found it very comfortable quiet and clean. The folks who ran the place were very friendly and responsive to all our (many) requests. The rooms are tidy and clean and well maintained with suite type refrigerators and the basics for staying in. (not the usual case in Orlando hotels we have had in the past) The water activities are wonderful and all operating even though we had no time to use them. The conference rooms were perfect si... Recently stayed at the Caribe Royale two bedroom suite in the Villas area of the complex. The appointments in the hotel are really average at best; outdated tile, outdated carpet, old hard and flat beds; low end appliances, etc... Definitely low budget accommodations. Location is good, near the Disney Springs and other local attractions with easy access to everything via car. Our stay was during a week of rain, thus we had to endure the the room for extended time.

We just love staying at this hotel when we visit all the way from Australia. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The rooms are great, clean and the staff are just wonderful on every occasion we have stayed. We have stayed as 2 adults and 3 children. I would like to "High 5" staff Victor Rodriguez and Curtis Antoine on their wonderful hospitality every time we have stayed and also Steven Brown who is also a wonderful man. I would recommend staying at this hotel anytime of the year. ... Read more

Stayed here while attending a conference. First class property. Room came with living room that had a pull out sofa. Desk area was very spacious. Refrigerator and microwave. Pool is quite large and they show outdoor movies in the evening, although they are basically for kids. It's still a good way to enjoy the evening.

Awesome services he made sure all was good very friendly, loves his job, very observant to all that was going on. Spoke to everyone and had a huge smile all the time. Should be in a customer service job, where he is with more people all the time

Great if you don't mind a 1 hour wait to check in with skeleton staff. Absolutely ridiculous. Parking lot very overcrowded. If you arrive after 10pm forget about having a regular parking space. There is a reasons the prices for this hotel are low.

So I checked in yesterday for a 9 day stay, my son is here for a basketball tournament. I along with another parent in our group had a problem with reservations, I booked for 1 July and they had me scheduled for 2 July. No problem, after several calls back reservations corrected problem. When I arrived, the front desk staff was extremely rude. I asked for a poolside room (staying 9 days) and figured they would accommodate. However, clerk was rude and informed me she would add a note and someone ... Read more

I went to a conference there and brought my kids, 24 & 14. The Cafe was really handy to grab something to eat. They had a good selection of sandwiches, drinks, and snacks. The pool was nice but is on the small side for the number of rooms & guests. The gym was nice and clean. It's staffed so you're never there alone. Property was pretty and well maintained. Now the room - not great. Not great from the bed to the bathroom to the sitting room - tired. I don't think I would recommend this property.

I came to Caribe Royale Hotel & Convention center to attend a conference and stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. I had also brought my daughter with me since she was out of school. Our stay was excellent, the food was great and the customer service was super. Very clean, well kept, spacious rooms. Will recommend to anyone either travelling alone on business or with families. They have a great outdoor pool & spa etc. Also they have free shuttle service to Disney springs and outlet shops, Disney pa... Read more

I enjoyed my stay at the Caribe Royale. The hotel was very clean and well run. My room was nice and quiet. I never heard noise from the other rooms. The service was excellent. I accidentally locked my keys in my car and Charles Ahgu at the bellhop desk was very helpful. He helped me get a locksmith to the hotel and coordinated everything since I had also locked my phone in my car along with my keys. Charles was so nice and patient. I really appreciate his help!

The hotel was very nice. The pool was large and had a nice waterfall. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I only give it 4 stars because they state they have a free shuttle to the theme parks but it's only to Disney and not Universal Studios which was where we were going so we had to catch an uber ride to the park and back. Although the hotel had a few places to catch a bite, there weren't any restaurants in walking distance so you are stuck having to eat at the hotel. The... Read more

This is a very poor hotel. The place is really poorly run and managed. The hotel is run down. Paint peeling on doors ect. Checked in and had no soap in the room. Tried calling for 30 minutes to get some soap as I wanted to take a shower. Tried the operator, manager on duty ect. Just rang. After 30 minutes I walked to the front desk to get the soap myself. We went to fold out the sofa bed for my son and when we removed the cushion it was filthy dirty. Full of dirt and crumbs. Was disgusting. We j... Read more

This is my second time staying here. I was in Tower 3 on the 4th floor, facing towards the pool area. The bed is really comfortable with lots of cushions and pillows. The mattress was medium to firm (I prepare medium to get a good night's sleep) but was more to a medium comfort. We could watch the sun setting in the west from this room and it had a view overlooking the pool area. A fresh, clean smell greeted us as soon as we entered the room. Room service was excellent. My family recently stayed for 5 nights at Caribe Royale. This resort is large, we'll run and beautiful. The pool was amazing, so big with lots of places to sit or lay out in the sun. The food was tasty and the 24 hour grab and go was very convenient. The workout area was very well equipped. Our suite was large and well taken care of. Very nice place to relax!

I taped at this property July 14-17, 2016. The property is well maintained and in close proximity to everything, from the airport to the major Orlando attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean and well furnished. I had an opportunity to dine at Tropicale Restaurant on the property for dinner. The menu is not extensive, however, the selections offered were tasty. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and accommodating and the front desk staff was warm and polite. I will definitely return ... Read more

We chose this hotel due to the close proximity to Disney, the pool area, and the affordability. All of which fulfilled our expectations. We arrived a few hours prior to our actual check in and were given our room immediately. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds and linens were nice quality and very comfortable. The pool area was great, but so crowded there were no lounge chairs available other than in the kiddie area. This actually worked out fine, because we were traveling with a two y... Read more

Everything about this resort is deluxe. The rooms, the pools, the grounds, the food, are all top notch. That being said, the prices were quite reasonable. The staff was pleasant. The convention space was awesome. I will definatly stay here again.

I take my family to Orlando several times a year, and we usually stay here. Its clean, beds are comfortable, restaurant on site, arcades for the kids, huge pool with water slide, 2 hot tubs, and even a kiddie pool. My stay has always been pleasant, and never had a problem.

It was a long time for check in with long lines but there multiple stations open and we were attended to in a satisfactory manner. The hotel facilities were great, the pool was big and the slide was a favorite. There was a shortage of poolside chairs around the main pool area (lots of people in here at the time) however there was an adjacent area with private cabanas and chairs that were close enough and with less noise. There was a kiddy pool and sauna as well. There was a wiffle ball game goin... Read more

I have very little positive to say about my stay at the Caribe Royale. I stayed for one week while attending a conference and from start to finish my experience was relatively negative. I would usually stay in more expensive hotels, so I do acknowledge my standards may be higher than others, and I can concede this hotel may be suitable for families looking for something cheap and cheerful located close to Disney. If you are looking for something that is even remotely close to being luxurious or ... Read more
