We booked the Trianon from UK for two nights, room only, through Amoma at a very good rate. Located fairly central meant that 5th Ave was within easy walking distance, the beach a bit of a stretch, although we made it but gave up on the pier and took the car the next day! Great room, two double beds (Queen) but a little too small for two people so we used both! Bathroom with half size bath and a full size (double) shower so plenty of room. When we arrived the shower handle was very loose and th... Read more

The lobby and other public areas are beautifully decorated, as are the individual rooms. You feel like you are entering a private mansion. The hotel is located in the middle of a lovely neighborhood. You hardly realize it is a hotel. It's a perfect area for walking or bike riding and excellent restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are very spacious as is the bathroom. The shower is arranged so you can adjust the water temperature before you step under the shower head. Very quiet a... Read more

Good location, short walk to local restaurants, bars, shops and the harbour/beach. Nice big rooms with very comfy beds. Lovely pool and gardens. The hotel was very grand but well-maintained. Fridges provided in rooms. Good value for hotel for Naples. Would have been nice to have breakfast included, or better food options. Air con system was old-fashioned and a bit noisy. Staff were a little unfriendly at times, but not too bad.

Everything was awesome clean and well kept , from the grounds area to the room area. The staff was very curious and willing to help with everything. Our room was clean and spacious. The only thing was we were told there would be continental breakfast and apparently it was taking out of the hotel a year ago. The hotel is near a lot of shops and restaurants and it's near Tin city were you can do some nice boat tours. The beach is also within walking distance about 10min.

Excellent location - close to downtown and a short walk to the beach and Naples bay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and always cheerful - our special thanks to Peter and Danielle who went out of their way in providing guidance tips. If/when we visit Naples again, we would certainly stay at the Trianon again.

we totally loved the hotel. We were one of few who booked including breakfast, which seems to be out of fashion, but they granted us 15$ per person, to be charged to the hotel. Very nice lady taking care of us and our breakfast. The man who checked us in had the same taste in music as myself so it took a little longer than average. Room was very nice, large, all amenities we needed, plus the central location is excellent. Enough parking, no trouble there either. Hospitality was excellent.

Had the pleasure of spending two (2) absolutely wonderful weeks at the Trianon in Olde Naples, Florida. While they have no restaurant, rest assured one is not needed as you are but one short block walking distance to 5th Avenue and all the finest restaurants one could ever ask for. They do have a small bar and breakfast area. Rooms are large, very clean and they do have a very nice secluded pool. It is but a short 6 block walk to the beach and everything Naples has to offer. We stayed here for a week in June. The hotel is ideally located, within a couple minutes walking distance of 5th Avenue, and right beside the Tamiami trail if you're driving around Naples/wider area. The rooms are very spacious and clean, came with good facilities (fridge, tv, desk, etc). There's no where to eat at the hotel, but this isn't an issue as there's plenty of other places to eat out. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

Stayed three nights at the Trianon recently , it's a great hotel with ambiance certainly excelant value for money in what can be a quite expensive town, the rooms are nice well decorated a good size and very clean. The location is good easy to access 5th Avenue & Tin City, the only downside would be the breakfast offering which is way short of the standards set in the rest of the hotel, would certainly give it a miss but overall would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good quality ... This is a great hotel and we had a superb room for a late deal. The tiny problems: Check in, the older of the two clerks was rude - you need to make eye contact and talk to the guest and not do two things at once. In addition try not to talk over the guest. Check out, the clerk got our name wrong and when corrected did not offer an apology.
