We booked the Trianon from UK for two nights, room only, through Amoma at a very good rate. Located fairly central meant that 5th Ave was within easy walking distance, the beach a bit of a stretch, although we made it but gave up on the pier and took the car the next day! Great room, two double beds (Queen) but a little too small for two people so we used both! Bathroom with half size bath and a full size (double) shower so plenty of room. When we arrived the shower handle was very loose and th... Read more

The lobby and other public areas are beautifully decorated, as are the individual rooms. You feel like you are entering a private mansion. The hotel is located in the middle of a lovely neighborhood. You hardly realize it is a hotel. It's a perfect area for walking or bike riding and excellent restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The rooms are very spacious as is the bathroom. The shower is arranged so you can adjust the water temperature before you step under the shower head. Very quiet a... Read more

We had a vey nice overnight stay, room with balcony was comfortable and clean. The staff (Hans) is friendly and helpful. It's very close too many restaurants. I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there before any other hotel in Naples.

Good location, short walk to local restaurants, bars, shops and the harbour/beach. Nice big rooms with very comfy beds. Lovely pool and gardens. The hotel was very grand but well-maintained. Fridges provided in rooms. Good value for hotel for Naples. Would have been nice to have breakfast included, or better food options. Air con system was old-fashioned and a bit noisy. Staff were a little unfriendly at times, but not too bad.

Everything was awesome clean and well kept , from the grounds area to the room area. The staff was very curious and willing to help with everything. Our room was clean and spacious. The only thing was we were told there would be continental breakfast and apparently it was taking out of the hotel a year ago. The hotel is near a lot of shops and restaurants and it's near Tin city were you can do some nice boat tours. The beach is also within walking distance about 10min.

This our second time staying here. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. They offer a small breakfast and snacks for a cost and also have a bar. This hotel is set in a beautiful setting.

Excellent location - close to downtown and a short walk to the beach and Naples bay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and always cheerful - our special thanks to Peter and Danielle who went out of their way in providing guidance tips. If/when we visit Naples again, we would certainly stay at the Trianon again.

Hotel - This was a really nice place. Very clean. The staff was extra friendly. Parking was no problem. The small pool was just right. Who cares if this is not a five star resort, it got five green dots from me.

we totally loved the hotel. We were one of few who booked including breakfast, which seems to be out of fashion, but they granted us 15$ per person, to be charged to the hotel. Very nice lady taking care of us and our breakfast. The man who checked us in had the same taste in music as myself so it took a little longer than average. Room was very nice, large, all amenities we needed, plus the central location is excellent. Enough parking, no trouble there either. Hospitality was excellent.

Had the pleasure of spending two (2) absolutely wonderful weeks at the Trianon in Olde Naples, Florida. While they have no restaurant, rest assured one is not needed as you are but one short block walking distance to 5th Avenue and all the finest restaurants one could ever ask for. They do have a small bar and breakfast area. Rooms are large, very clean and they do have a very nice secluded pool. It is but a short 6 block walk to the beach and everything Naples has to offer. The Hotel Staff were... Read more

Nice, elegant hotel near the beach and nice restaurants on 5 th Avenue. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The bed was a bit hard and the airco made a lot of noise. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpfull .

We stayed here for a week in June. The hotel is ideally located, within a couple minutes walking distance of 5th Avenue, and right beside the Tamiami trail if you're driving around Naples/wider area. The rooms are very spacious and clean, came with good facilities (fridge, tv, desk, etc). There's no where to eat at the hotel, but this isn't an issue as there's plenty of other places to eat out. Staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

Stayed three nights at the Trianon recently , it's a great hotel with ambiance certainly excelant value for money in what can be a quite expensive town, the rooms are nice well decorated a good size and very clean. The location is good easy to access 5th Avenue & Tin City, the only downside would be the breakfast offering which is way short of the standards set in the rest of the hotel, would certainly give it a miss but overall would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good quality ... Great change from staying in bland motels. Loved the coffee machine and the spacious room. Huge shower and large bath.Location is perfect. It's a short walk to 5th Avenue for coffee shops, bars and restaurants. About a 20 minute walk to the beach. Free parking. Nice pool, but needs a regular clean up around it. No cleaning done in the 4 nights we stayed. Liked lots about the hotel but would not stay there again if hot at night as the air conditioning is very noisy and we were not able to sleep th... This room was GIGANTIC and so was the bathroom. It was bigger than my 2 bathroom in my house. WE had a Keuring to make coffee in the morning and we had a Temperpedic bed and we slept fantastic. The staff was fantastic and helped us with whatever we wanted and we were able to get in before the 400 clock check in time. We were close to 5th avenue and 5 minutes to Tin City, This is the place we will be in the next time we are there

This is located adjacent to active Fifth Ave, and you can walk to dozens of restaurants, and upscale shops. Especially if you like Italian. Hotel recommends restaurants, and has a wine bar, with coffee and refreshments. It has a al a carte continental breakfast with prices per item. They have a lobby with TV and generally people are friendly and visiting with a glass of wine. It is not very old and there are good deals if you approach the website. Lots of shady parking, swiming pool and Nort... Read more

This is a great hotel and we had a superb room for a late deal. The tiny problems: Check in, the older of the two clerks was rude - you need to make eye contact and talk to the guest and not do two things at once. In addition try not to talk over the guest. Check out, the clerk got our name wrong and when corrected did not offer an apology. Second thing, housekeeping, when they knock in the morning and the guests are still in the room - they should immediately say they will come back later rath... Read more

This is an extremely good hotel for the price; much better than the highway hotels that cost the same or more. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the pool is fine. They have beach towels for checkout. We liked that it is located at block away from the restaurant row (5th St), so that it was peaceful at night. We wish they would change their cable provider since they did not have an adequate channel guide. We really appreciate that the staff called us to inform us that my wife... Read more

I have just spent 2 weeks at the trianon. I booked this hotel due to its location and competitive rates. I expected it to be fairly basic with limited facilities. It completely exceeded all my expectations. It was clean, modern, nice pool, big rooms, and easily competes and matches th bigger more expensive hotels. The location is also great, walking distance to 5th - restaurants and the beach. The hotel was really helpful nothing was too much trouble. They have a basic breakfast set up but i... Read more

We come from across the ocean, Europe, and are doing a tour of two weeks in Florida. We are changing hotels every 2 days to get a max out of our vacation. First time our kids visit the US and they love it. The hotel looks gorgeous and finely decorated. Room and bathroom is spacious. When we checked in the receptionist barely looked at us and we immediately did not feel welcome. We received no info whatsoever and also the older staff completely ignored us, very different from all the other hotel... Read more

Hotel is easy to find and just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shopping. Very quiet area. The room was very large and well-kept. One cautionary note, they aren't kidding about the 4pm check-in. When we arrived, the lobby was packed with people's suitcases waiting for their rooms.

This hotel is a gem tucked away among the trees. The staff were helpful and informative as we were new to the area. Our room was very large with a balcony that was a bonus. The bed was a dream!! The proximity to the beach can't be beat - 5 minutes by bicycle! It is also a short walk to 5th Avenue with all the shops, bars and restaurants. The rates were a surprise for the quality of the hotel. We had a wonderful time, were well taken care of, and will definitely be back!

We live in Florida, and wanted to vacation on the west coast. This hotel was in a great location, the rooms are nicely furnished The staff friendly sand helpful. The only negative side was the breakfast. It would be helpful to offer a free (or less costly) continental breakfast. If you want a early start the area does not have any restaurants open.

It is like coming home each time we check in! We have stayed many times over the past 15 years and although this was meant to be just a quick visit we ended up extending our stay by a couple of nights instead of heading to New York... we just find it such a relaxing place to be and this time the balcony that got the morning sun really added to our relaxation.
