Forget about the rooms with partial ocean views (mine at least was over a roof with AC unit, so not terrific, to say the least), forget about the food in the hotel restaurants, which I found mediocre, but by all means, go there for the chairs and the umbrellas on the beach! There's even a kids' club (atrociously expensive if you ask me, but well organized and very well set up). So if you are a loving, kind, wonderful parent in search of a break, drop the little thing at the club and run to the... Read more

The Ritz Naples is a beautiful hotel. That's for sure. However- If you plan to visit family in Naples during any kind of Holiday (like Easter) we highly suggest you stay far away from the Ritz in Naples. It's a total circus. They allow hundreds of people to use the beach. Who are all these people? Friends of friends of families staying at the hotel. It's totally obnoxious. We had 2 little kids - 4 and 1yrs old and we were cramped on a tiny little square of sand amongst so many rude people who we... Read more

The rooms are very nice and clean. Amazing room service, dining options, spa, and shopping. This resort has it all.

A beautiful hotel, great amenities, right on the beach. As per usual with the Ritz Carlton, service and staff were par excellence. Plenty of facilities within the complex, which is just as well, since anywhere else is a drive away.

This is an older property that has been remodeled. The decor is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable with the best bedding and pillows. The rooms have an outdoor balcony that looks at the golf. Ask for a higher floor and know that if you are situated in a corner you will look right onto your neighbors balcony. The employees are kind and helpful, as always. This property has a really great fitness area near the spa as well as fitness classes. Their beach is right out the back where ... Read more

The main reason the hotel does not get an excellent from me is, that the property and the pool are slightly outdated and there and then are some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues ... . The matresses in the room could be renewed since the ones in our room #1031 were completely worn out ... . In the evening we once ate at the Italian Restaurant Terrazza ... . From food joyces to service this is definetely far from a 5 star experience ...!! Other than that: Nicely situated ... excellent ... Read more

Just returned from a long weekend at the Ritz, simply amazing service. Room was clean and well maintained as were all public areas. Exceptional food and beverage operation as we visited almost all restaurants and were amazed at the food quality and attention to detail in service. Sunsets were incredible on the beach and from our balcony. A little over an hour from Fort Lauderdale, we'll definitely be back!

My first choice in hotels is Ritz Carlton. You just know that the room, service, food and facilities will be excellent. We stayed here for three days after a cruise. Friends of ours who had a flight in the evening joined us for a day at the pool and we all had a great time. The only insight that I would have, that you may wish to consider, is that 1) the pool was overly crowded with families (yes, we were part of the problem); 2) for the size of the hotel, the pool is on the smaller side; and,... Highly effective hotel. Front desk polished and professional. Rooms are not large but updated and immaculate. Beach is wonderful, soft sand. On weekends, a swim/jump platform is put out (I wish they would put it out daily--kids love it). Pool is large and most kid-friendly. On site dining is alarmingly expensive but it should be noted that the food is top-notch and we didn't have a single meal that wasn't superb. All in all, if you can absorb the price tag, this hotel will deliver a fantastic fa... Read more

As a gay couple, we don't always get a great reception at traditional resort destinations, but our experience this weekend at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples, Florida was no less than amazing. From the moment we arrived until the minute we left, the staff and guests were welcoming. I have stayed here many times for staycations and I live in Naples. I'm hoping someone at The Ritz reads this review and makes changes. Since 2012 I have been to the Ritz-Carlton once a year for a staycation. Your beach restaurant COULD be fabulous, but the food is awful. I have given Gumbo Limbo many tries and it's pathetic. You need a new chef. Nothing is worse that going to a nice beach restaurant and having bland food. I complain every year and still no changes. Then the spa...I have had se... Read more

Came here for a hosted buyers conference. Hotel is well run, welcoming and overall excellent. Only two negatives...beds were terrible, which is not a good thing for a hotel, and the old-fashioned bath with no separate shower is not suitable for a resort at this level. How can they let the beds be terrible? Big oversized topper made me feel I was sunk in sand. Woke up with a back ache every day. Food was excellent at the conference.
