We needed a place to stay overnight in Naples and were recommended Park Shore Resort in Naples. It proved to be a good recommendation. We arrived late and left early, and it was easy to check in and as easily as we went. The room was very good and everything worked. We will gladly return.

We arrived here this afternoon and feel very dissapointed by the room we' ve been given. It's old, the TV is from the nineties! The remote is not working and it o ley has 13 channels! No electric kettle (last year we had One). The Front Desk's lady, Wendy, said the hotel has no more One Bedroom suites so they cannot give us another room. We stay here last year and everything was great. The hotel's web doesn't show pictures of the old rooms! We made this reservation on August 2015 so there is n... Read more

My first time in the USA. We've had a fabulous time weather has been perfect, we came just at the right time before the rain showers start. The condo is really comfortable even though we were out most of the time. Plenty of room for 4 of us and a bathroom each. Naples is pricey so be prepared for that especially if you stay near the beach. There are plenty of good but cheaper places to eat without thinking that you have only downtown to rely on. Mel diner and First watch for breakfast are a mus... Read more

Arrived quite late and were very tired but very pleased to see the room. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Was pleased to see a trash can for recycling. The pool area was very nice and the gym also. Enjoyed a nice meal at the restaurant.

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a road trip and really only wanted a base, but found we had a great room with everything we could need. Very comfortable room with lounge, full kitchen, bathroom and ensuite, all clean and well equipped. The location was good too, just off a main road just a few miles out of Naples itself and close to the Everglades, which we were there for. The launderette was handy and close and the grounds very pretty. Would certainly visit again and even recommended the place t... Read more

We stayed here during our may visit to florida . Due to our early flight we reached the hotel early , the gentlewomen at the desk (forgot her name ..starts with "B" ) accomodated us to start our stay couple of hours early as we had a toddler and it was 90 F outside..sweet . Rooms are too big ..( we got a 2 bedroom suite..i guess most of them are double bedroooms) , kept very clean . its nearby to bonita springs and all the gr8 beaches . they dont offer break fast but thats ok there is a publix a... We had a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen which was perfect for our stay. The grounds and pool were lovely. We rented a couple of movies from the front desk, and the front desk people were patient, pleasant, and helpful. The resort isn't fancy/ super luxurious, but it was a great spot for us. I would have liked more shade available at the pool--it was incredibly hot and sunny--more umbrellas would have been ideal.

Spur of the moment weekend trip. With a family of five, The Park Shore Resort was great value. We would definitely come back. It was close to the beaches and to downtown Naples. The customer service was very friendly and any issues were addressed quickly.

The room was perfectly fine. They put in a handicap toilet seat, but they do need handicap showers. Also needs handicap transport over the bridge, so the elderly and/or handicap people can see the entire property.

Despite the great reviews, our stay was disappointing. Upon checking in the receptionist, who was not very friendly to say the mildest, already stated that wifi was not available. Parking was creepy at night as no security and no street light. Maybe we just were at the wrong place and time. To compensate the bad short stay (1 night), we had a blasting great dinner at Jimmy P's.

Due to a late flight arrival, my wife and I arrived at Park Shore Resort after 1 am. There was a staff member waiting for me once I walked into the lobby. NOTE: I called the Lobby earlier in the day informing the staff that we would arrive late. The overall experience of the resort was nice. The resort area is well maintained, especially the pool area. We were disappointed that our WiFi was not available to our room until the last couple of days (they had to order a device for the WiFi to ... Read more

Even though the compound is in a suburban area, which does not look very resort like, once you get in, it is a small heaven. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need. The receptionist was absolutely fantastic, helping us around and just great for an evening chat. All facilities are well kept, the pool, the barbecue new retardant and everyone was extremely helpful. Being in a residential area, made it great that you could just walk out and go shopping in the local public supe... Read more

Two-bedroom (sleeps 6), clean, quiet, well appointed, comfortable suite. We are here in the off season so the crowds are not present and the streets are not so busy. We are conveniently located to the sites of Naples and beaches. Easy access to Hwy 41 and Hwy 75 makes our day trips a breeze.

Although we have stayed plenty of times at this resort during the past 29 yrs, we were disappointed this time. We went 2 celebrate our 29th aniversary and were told 2 expect something special, not even a chocolate was left in the room. Guest bathtub has huge rust spot, carpet stained in several areas, utilities in the kitchen scarce, had 2 request a sheet for oven. The screened door squeaked more than a mouse as did the guest room doors. The quality has really changed and not 4 the better. What ... Read more

Our second visit to this resort. Park Shore Resort is a real oasis in the hustle and bustle of Naples. Just off the Tamiami but lovely and quiet and set in beautiful gardens with a huge lake and boardwalks. Loved watching the turtles in the lake, the ducks and the koi carp. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of loungers and some shade. Rooms are a little old fashioned, but clean and well maintained, with full kitchen, including dishwasher. We spent a really enjoyable week there and would return a... Read more

We had read the reviews and still wanted to give it a try. The room was dated and not what we had expected. The bathroom had a strong smell of some cleaning chemical and finally went away. At night the property is a little dark as not so lit.

An oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the beautiful Naples. Close to all the essential amenities and just off the Tamiami trail this place is ideally located and beautifully presented. Highly recommended.

We revisited Park Shore after not being there for a few years . We loved it the first time and even more this time. The grounds have been meticulously kept, our suite was beautifully furnished and very clean. We had an opportunity to talk to the general manager at the pool and hear about the future plans to further improve the property. Also the restaurant has been reopened. Last time we were there it was closed. So lots of positive things happening. We will be back!

My family of 5 had just stayed for 3 days in a hotel at Disney World and were feeling a bit cramped. We traveled to Naples to visit friends and I found Park Shore Resort. It was wonderful. We rented a 2 bedroom condo with kitchen and living room. The price was awesome but the condo was better. More space than I expected. Very comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the showers. Kitchen was perfect for making and eating breakfasts and lunches. Being so close to the beach we did not spend time a... Read more

Traveling with a teenager can be a challenge. The Park Shore Resort gave our teen-aged daughter her own space giving my husband and me peace! The grounds are beautiful & impeccably maintained. Large pool and hot tub area, grills for guests, laundry facilities, tennis courts and a restaurant! We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a kitchen and screened in balcony. The resort is close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The price for all this was a tremendous value.

The resort is a very peaceful place in a very nice area. Rooms are big, not super modern but who cares...Well equipped kitchen. Pool area and the boardwalk area are also very nice. The bbq area reminds me of the setting in shows like the Bachelor...We went to two different beaches nearby, the Clam Pass area is very near and the Vanderbilt beach area a little further afield. Both were gorgeus.

We came to Naples primarily to work at a Golf event. This was the third year that we made this trip and this time, we decided to stay for a longer period of time. We decided to come to Park Shore Resort when we rented a two-bedroom condo. From the outside, this resort appears to be like a standard complex but it is much more. The views from inside the condos are totally relaxing as they look out on a lagoon. The pool is well maintained as are the gas grills which are fully used by those stayi... Read more
