I have stayed at Naples Grande with my family for years and through a few ownership changes. It has gone up and down regarding the quality of both service and the property. I just went for business and can say with certainty that this property is at the top of their game again. Great service, food, amenities and location make this a must for either business or pleasure. The boardwalk to Clam Pass beach is fantastic. The zero-entry pool with a water slide for the kids and the entire pool are... Read more

Hosting a conference on property in July. The area is beautiful and easily accessible. Beach access is a quarter mile walk or you can take the County provided shuttle service from the back of the hotel to the beach area. Pools are busy but beautiful. Service is impeccable. A little on the expensive side for the average family.

We stayed at the Naples a Grande for 11 nights before driving down to Key West. The hotel more than met our expectations. The rooms are huge with possibly the worlds tallest beds, the bathroom was very nicely appointed, both were cleaned each day and coffee etc replenished, so no reason to give these anything other than 5*. Yes, it is expensive, but that's Naples. With our package deal via Virgin Holidays we had free self parking, a drinks voucher for two each night. We were on room only basis ... Read more

The hotel is beautiful with lovely views from the private balcony. The serene beach is just a short walk or tram ride away. The pools are beautifully kept. The hotel staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

We wanted to get away but still be close to home - had a wonderful time at Naples Grand - very friendly staff. The beach staff was very attentive. Get to the pool early though to get a chair. :) Loved the view from our room.

Prepaid stay had additional resort charges with no explanation. Everything was supposed to be included. I went two times, I went in May and in June. The first time, they did not charge a resort fee. The second time, they did.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!! First class in every way. Staff was wonderful. Room was amazing. Restaurants were top of the line. Little pricy but worth it. Pools were fun. Something for everyone, adults and children alike. Definitely will return.

I booked three nights for a business convention 3 months ahead (through Trip Advisor/Amora) got a great rate of $141 for King Deluxe. Got a voucher for check in and it worked smoothly. Lobby bar area was impressive definitely 4 star quality. Room was more like 3.5 star...spacious and nicely decorated but some furniture was showing wear. Bathroom was clean and well stocked (robes in closet for guests to use) but small for size of the room. Room service was slow on Sunday am due to lack of weeke... Read more

It's a nice hotel, staff very helpful ....room adequate ...end of a fabulous holiday so just wanted to chill at pool and beach......good deal with Virgin as did not have to pay resort charge. Food served at the pool was delicious and staff helpful..... George! People feeding the allagators in the lagoon around the pool area...not good and not challenged by watching staff. Snake around the pool area too......It's Florida so no surprise. Would recommend and probably stay again if got same deal.

No umbrellas around adult pool, how do u sit in 90 degree sun and order food or drinks ?. its also not good for u health wise. In main pool area very few umbrellas people are fighting for the ones they do have, the hotel needs to have these basic things for the comfort of there guest,Would not recommend hotel in summer months . The staff was very nice especially BLAINE AS A FOOD AND DRINK SERVER thanks for taking good care of us on that part

We have just finished a 10 day stay at this hotel which we enjoyed very much. First we were upgraded to a room with a twin balcony but only used the one balcony so that has not swayed the review. Rooms whew large balcony was great Although we can see that the walk to the beach might be too much for some we used to go at 7:00am and found it a pleasant stroll seeing fish and birds as well as racoons There were a lot of events on the Saturday but we were still able to find a seat in the bar area We...
