My husband and I were in Naples for an art installation at the Botanical Gardens. At the completion of the install, we invited about 13 collectors and family to come experience it. We needed a hotel that would impress but also be comfortable for our downtime. This hotel does not need to be on the beach since the restaurant-lounge and pool area is so inviting with a great view right on a bay. Check in was simple and easy and Carol always answered our questions when we ran to the front desk. The r... Read more

We had the Gulf Signature Suite which had a view of the Gulf off in the distance. If you are approx.20-40 years old and this is your first suite you will really like it. It's very modern and with its large balcony could be a party room. It had a mini-ref and micro but no wet bar. It has a connecting room which our friends used. The Activity Pool was large and warm with a water slide. Unfortunately, the elevator to the pool level was broken 4+ days so that meant many stairs that made it painf... Read more

It's an nice property. Very commercial. Not as clean as I would have liked. Very expensive and you are isolated - no walking to anything nearby. The beach is a long way from the hotel. It was poor weather while we were there so we could only watch from the windows. Very expensive food and beverage and no options to go elsewhere without a car.

My uncle was telling me about Clam Pass for long time so me and my family decided to come to see it in person. It is amazing pass to backwaters and sooo much wildlife everywhere! To see it we took four paddleboards and had so much fun. Matt took such a great care of us, explained where and how to go to the bay. Matt even told us tide times for us to go and come back with current. Felt like he really care. No doubt we are coming back!

I stayed for a week -- partly for a business conference and then for some R&R. THE GOOD: You cannot beat the location and the setting of this resort. Gorgeous views of the gulf. Lovely 3/4 mile walk to the beach along a paved boardwalk. Or wait for the frequent golf carts to take you.The pools are beautiful. Pretty rooms in white and blue with lovely view of the gulf and a well-furnished balcony. The rooms have a small fridge and Keurig coffee makers. An in-room safe is provided. Large bathroom... The hotel is updated and modern. All the staff is very friendly. I spent all of my time by the pool and loved it! I was finishing a week in a condo with girlfriends and wasn't ready to go back to the MI cold! So, I reserved a two night stay. It was a smart decision!!!

Overall good. Location was the best thing, 0.6 mile walk to the beach on a well maintained boardwalk. They also have golf cart that takes you too and fro from the beach. The hotel is a little dated, not as clean as you would expect for paying $350+. The pool is good and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and kind, the beach service as others have commented was very good. Rooms are large but dated decor and accessories. Food and alcohol is expensive ( $5 for small bottle of water ... Read more

Beautiful grounds and nice pools. It is not directly on the beach but there are trams and I personally enjoyed the 15 min walk each way. We enjoyed the food but it was pricey. Close to Waterside Shops. Great stores with lots of cute inventory and fun things to see. I thought the room was in dire need for an update. It was big and spacious but had issues. For $350 a night it should be current and everything working perfectly.
