I have stayed at Naples Grande with my family for years and through a few ownership changes. It has gone up and down regarding the quality of both service and the property. I just went for business and can say with certainty that this property is at the top of their game again. Great service, food, amenities and location make this a must for either business or pleasure. The boardwalk to Clam Pass beach is fantastic. The zero-entry pool with a water slide for the kids and the entire pool are... Read more

Hosting a conference on property in July. The area is beautiful and easily accessible. Beach access is a quarter mile walk or you can take the County provided shuttle service from the back of the hotel to the beach area. Pools are busy but beautiful. Service is impeccable. A little on the expensive side for the average family.

We stayed at the Naples a Grande for 11 nights before driving down to Key West. The hotel more than met our expectations. The rooms are huge with possibly the worlds tallest beds, the bathroom was very nicely appointed, both were cleaned each day and coffee etc replenished, so no reason to give these anything other than 5*. Yes, it is expensive, but that's Naples. With our package deal via Virgin Holidays we had free self parking, a drinks voucher for two each night. We were on room only basis ... Read more

The hotel is beautiful with lovely views from the private balcony. The serene beach is just a short walk or tram ride away. The pools are beautifully kept. The hotel staff was always pleasant and accommodating.

We wanted to get away but still be close to home - had a wonderful time at Naples Grand - very friendly staff. The beach staff was very attentive. Get to the pool early though to get a chair. :) Loved the view from our room.

Prepaid stay had additional resort charges with no explanation. Everything was supposed to be included. I went two times, I went in May and in June. The first time, they did not charge a resort fee. The second time, they did.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!! First class in every way. Staff was wonderful. Room was amazing. Restaurants were top of the line. Little pricy but worth it. Pools were fun. Something for everyone, adults and children alike. Definitely will return.

I booked three nights for a business convention 3 months ahead (through Trip Advisor/Amora) got a great rate of $141 for King Deluxe. Got a voucher for check in and it worked smoothly. Lobby bar area was impressive definitely 4 star quality. Room was more like 3.5 star...spacious and nicely decorated but some furniture was showing wear. Bathroom was clean and well stocked (robes in closet for guests to use) but small for size of the room. Room service was slow on Sunday am due to lack of weeke... Read more

It's a nice hotel, staff very helpful ....room adequate ...end of a fabulous holiday so just wanted to chill at pool and beach......good deal with Virgin as did not have to pay resort charge. Food served at the pool was delicious and staff helpful..... George! People feeding the allagators in the lagoon around the pool area...not good and not challenged by watching staff. Snake around the pool area too......It's Florida so no surprise. Would recommend and probably stay again if got same deal.

No umbrellas around adult pool, how do u sit in 90 degree sun and order food or drinks ?. its also not good for u health wise. In main pool area very few umbrellas people are fighting for the ones they do have, the hotel needs to have these basic things for the comfort of there guest,Would not recommend hotel in summer months . The staff was very nice especially BLAINE AS A FOOD AND DRINK SERVER thanks for taking good care of us on that part

We have just finished a 10 day stay at this hotel which we enjoyed very much. First we were upgraded to a room with a twin balcony but only used the one balcony so that has not swayed the review. Rooms whew large balcony was great Although we can see that the walk to the beach might be too much for some we used to go at 7:00am and found it a pleasant stroll seeing fish and birds as well as racoons There were a lot of events on the Saturday but we were still able to find a seat in the bar area We... We have stayed at this hotel on and off now for the past 19 years. There were a few changes around the hotel and not for the better, such as NO umbrellas around the adult pool. This in such a health aware age flies in the face of every health warning relating to sun exposure and skin health. This decision to remove the sun protection was apparently taken at an executive level and based on the 'cosmetic look' of the pool area. There were a few other bumps along the way during our stay. Spent all of vacation at the pool & Rock is amazing! He was so kind, sweet & helpful during our stay. He made us feel at home. If you do visit, go to the adult pool and ask for him as your server. He learned all of our names on the first day and our room number. Also, the bar/ restaurant at the pool has really good salads and appetizers

Came back to this wonderful resort after Memorial Day Weekend. The second time around was even "better" than the first. There are no words to describe the friendliness, welcoming attitude and professionalism of each of the staff members here. In the pool we have "Rock" our pool attendant for the whole weekend. What a delight to deal with him and the service was amazing. We also have "Veronica" pool manager who was there to help and make your day more enjoyable in any possible way. Including... Read more

We spent 4th of July weekend here, had a great time. The beach was nice and the adult pool was a lifesaver. The regular pool was insanity with all the kids. Rock the bartender by the adult pool was absolutely amazing!! We were craving a fun frozen drink and he was so nice telling us all the flavors and then suggested 2 in particular being the best deal because they came with rum floaters. He was super attentive and our drinks were never empty. Rock is a rockstar!!

Let me begin by saying I grew up spending my summers in Marco Island / Naples as my parents had a house on Marco. My boyfriend and I opted for a quick weekend getaway for the 4th to Naples this time around as we typically travel during this summer holiday. My low marks for the hotel had little to do with the staff, grounds, or amenities (all of which were lovely). My major concern was the over the top festivities around the pool area. Upon check-in we wanted a QUIET spot to relax and unwind. The... Read more

At first our experience we just okay. We were traveling with 2 kids and it was only a two hour car drive away from the East Side Florida. The check in process was a little long but to be fair we did upgrade our room when we got there which caused a little delay. The resort views of the ocean and the pool area were everything you would come to expect as a beach resort. Both my Kids ages 2 and 5 were excited about the water slide and walk in pool area (my crazy kids probably did the water slide ov... Read more

We had excellent service, when we arrived late at night, from the front desk to the Bellmen, and then great food and service at the bar, shortly thereafter. The lobby was beautiful. The grounds looked like a botanical garden. The pools were amazing. Again, David at the front desk, all of the concierge staff, and all of the Bell Hops, were A++++.incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional.

Excellent stay at the Naples Grande Beach Resort. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond. I would like to personally thank Amber, Lolita, Elisa and Erin for making sure the room was beautifully decorated in rose petals and had chocolate cover strawberries and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. One of the biggest issues that I have found with the Naples Grande Resort is that they charge for "extras" that most other hotels do not. While they have free Wi-Fi their free wi-fi, it is no more than 2 gigabytes which is enough to do basic emails. However, if you need something more labor-intensive or you happen to be here on business it is an $18 fee to get high speed internet. Furthermore, if you need to print something out you must give a credit card and pay for that privilege. Parking is ... Read more

Attended this resort and enjoyed the adult pool. The rooms are nice and each comes with a balcony. Ask for a high floor for best views of Naples and the Gulf. Staff was friendly and the long walk to the beach (or by golf cart) is worth it to get a drink. The beach is narrow - suggest you hop over to nearby Loudermilk Beach Park if you have time for a "beach day". Food and drinks are quite expensive (especially room service) and quality is above average but not outstanding. The place looks a ... Read more

My girlfriends and I stayed at the Naples Grande for a long weekend. When we arrived the valets weren't paying attention and we had to get out of the car to get one. We decided to drop our luggage and self park because we were going right back out and didn't want to wait again. There are two small parking garages under the resort. They are constantly full, they're kind of creepy and you can only access them by stairs. We spent lots of time driving around the garages looking for a parking spot, a... Read more

Stayed for two nights two rooms as travelling with our sons. The room we were allocated was very large a corner room lovely with a sea view. The only gripe we had was the fact that it wasn't double glazed and we could hear traffic very early in the morning even though it was a very small road at the side of the hotel. Entering the expansive glass, chrome and marblesque lobby of The Naples Grand Hotel, I thought, "Oh, great, another big, loud tacky franchise." Once in our room, however, I was very pleasantly surprised by the tastefully appointed decor. The color scheme consisted of subtle and soothing hues of blue and cream; and the furniture was well maintained, comfortable, and contemporary in style. The bathroom was also tastefully appointed with some luxurious features including both a tub and a shower... Read more

We had previously stayed at this resort just after it changed from the Waldorf Astoria. They did a great job with the room renovations. Bathroom with shower and jacuzzi was nice.
