The Naples Courtyard Inn is a wonderful option for a stay in Naples. The entire staff was helpful, polite, friendly and extremely accommodating. Although not on the beach it is close by and the rates make the short drive a non-issue. Even though we arrived well ahead of check in we were welcomed onto the property, offered storage of our bags, use of the pool and were even loaned an umbrella for the beach! Now that's hospitality! The property is somewhat older but is well maintained. Our ro... Read more

If you're looking for something that is clean and has the basic necessities, this is a great option. The location is excellent with shopping, dining, and the beach a short drive away. Going down to the pool area for a complimentary breakfast is a great way to start the day. The breakfast is basic but you can get a cup of coffee and some cereal and toast or juice. I would stay here again.

Other than hearing the footsteps running outside the door, the springy mattress, and closed in stuffy smell of the room, it was okay for a SHORTstay. Staff was nice, room appeared clean, however the vents in the bathroom can use some attention! The place is very basic, not my choice but was booked under a group rate for a bowling tournament. Very assessible to Mall and shops! The pool area was nice and appealing, but an overall upgrade will would improve the image .

I understand that you cannot expect a 5-star service paying a little under $100 per night in a hotel, but still you definitely DO NOT DESERVE TO: 1.- Find a dead smashed rat in the parking lot in front of the main gate and still be there two hours later after arrival. 2.- Be welcomed to your room by two cockroaches in the sink 3.- Have to go to the reception desk to pickup towels for your room because there is only one employee to serve 80 rooms, check-ins, check-outs, phone, guest questions, et... No carpet floor! Means no unpleasant odors, no disgusting stains and it's not hard to clean - a big plus for me. The room was perfectly clean, including the bathroom and the showerhead. Flat TV, good neighborhood and friendly guests. Didn't have a microwave in the room, so they switched on the lights at the bar next to the pool where they also had a MW. Breakfast was fine. Very good experience, well worth 10 more bucks.

We booked our stay through a booking company.added $12 to get a downstairs even though ithe motel was only half full.fridge came on but did not get cold.the a/c came on but did not cool.the beds were on rollers and moved if you bumped them.if you accidentally sat on the end they would flip up and collapse off of the rollers.the breakfast was spartanistic at best...the grounds and pool were nicely done hence 2stars rather than 1,but seriously save $25 and stay up the street at the seashell it's c... There were roaches in the room and the AC didn't work all night. It's Florida and the temp outside was about 95 degrees. The room also had no phone. I only stayed for one night so that's why it was ok but I would have been mad if I had to pay for more than one night.

It is has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life!!! On the fourth day of my visit I noticed bubbles on my skin and did not pay too much attention to it, upon coming back home I realized the bubbles kept spreading and my skin itched badly. Visit to a dermatologist proved I had Scabies. I have emailed the hotel demanding my money back, as I had not been in contact with anyone, and slept on their bed for 3 nights before I got the symptoms (scabies mite is active at night)... I stayed here after checking out early from another hotel that was horrible. I got a good rate and loved it. Although this hotel is not the most updated it was clean, safe, tropical, loved it. The owner was very nice and all the people who worked there were great. The free breakfast is not huge but just what you need to start the day. Toast, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee under the tiki hut. Pool area is great. Would stay again!

Ok so without question I have to say that this is probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel, bar none. First off, I was in Naples for a few weeks on business. I arrived late and couldn't find a hotel that wasn't booked up until I decided to stop in Naples Courtyard Inn. When I walked in the door, I passed several people standing out front talking. One woman was clearly intoxicated as she was staggering around and being loud. Once in side, no one was at the front desk, so I stood t... Read more

This is an older motel that has been nicely remodeled. Tile floors and comfortable beds were welcoming. The AC unit was new, quiet, and worked well. Breakfast is served outside under a tiki-hut beside the pool. Landscaping around the pool creates a nice secluded area that helps you relax and forget the busy road in front of the motel. Overall a good bargain in the Naples area.

It was very simple, basic, the courtains didnt close very well, and the glass of the windows is so thin that if somebody is wispering outside you can hear it. All night raining, so all night noise. And I need to make a coment about the decoration on the room, really? they look like paintings but they are full yellw, same color as the wall. I wonder who thought of that, or if it was always that way. For sure it cought my atention.

Was evacuated due to hurricane Mathew. Had reservation . Arrived early called front desk man he was extremely rude and completely no compassion since I told him my home was evacuation area might be gone , and ,was just out of a surgery in pain. He was only kept complaining he was stressed not sorry nothing, and kept saying I could go somewhere else . Which town was sold out . He would not let me check in .Had my refidgrperator food in car in 90 degree heat so had to stay in car running for 8 ho... Read more

The staff at this family owned property was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately our room was very simple, somewhat shabby and in need of better housekeeping. The complimentary poolside breakfast consists of coffee, juice, bagels, toast and a few cereals.

We were in a pinch due to the hurricane. Room prices overpriced, i think we got gauged. old in window a/c units make too much noise. complimentary breakfast by the pool not very satisfying. pool area is used for outdoor storage that is unappealing.

When I checked into the hotel the girl at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming it really started my trip off to a great start she even went above and beyond to turn the lights on in my room and the air conditioning on before my arrival I thought that was so considerate! I travel a lot for work and I've stayed at many hotels but I have never had a front desk attendant do something so kind and welcoming! The staff was very friendly and helpful the rooms were clean and cozy it kind of has... Read more

I thought I had made a reservation at a Marriott Courtyard Inn, but I should have done my homework. This was 1/2 a mile from its namesake, but comparable only in the name similarity. This was a 60s motel. Dated. The pool was pretty as was the poolside bar area, but the rooms were old. Every time I got out of bed it slid away from the wall, with pillows falling behind in the gap. Once I sat on the foot of the bed, and the top end was in the air like a seesaw. I almost fell.

We loved staying here! The Naples Courtyard Inn is a hidden gem in Naples, it is rare I'll admit for us not to stay at a chain but this was definitely worth the shot! Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was enjoyable under the property's tiki hut. Would definitely stay again! Close to the mall, downtown and local beaches. Perfect for couples looking for a quiet place to relax and wind down. Prices more than fair and happy to book again, see you al... Read more

It's a nice motel right on US 41, which seems like a main street of Naples. Clean rooms, fairly quiet (at least the poolside rooms). Good wifi speed. Breakfast in the morning, which is bagels, cereal, instant oatmeal, that sort of thing. So it's not bad. I wish TripAdvisor would implement a 'better than average' category for places which aren't Very Good (to me, that means there's at least something exceptional about them), but also are better than humdrum. I think that's where this place ... Read more
