It was a great location to get away, right on the beach. You can see beautiful sunsets from your beachfront room balcony or from the restaurants. Great beach yo walk. Very close to down town and hot spots.

This hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Naples. My husband and I spent our first anniversary at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. Knowing it was our anniversary, the hotel sent us up a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries shortly after we checked in. We were completely blown away by the gesture. We stayed on the top floor of the Watkins building and had an amazing view of the ocean. You definitely get what you pay for at the Naple... Read more

Everything about the Beach Club was excellent! The location on the beach is amazing, the rooms are great, and loved being outside at the bar during sunset. It is close and convenient to everything in Naples, including the shopping on 5th Avenue. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny!

This hotel needs to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. During my stay I had to call three times to clean my room properly still, the bathroom was always moldy. other then that, the location is excellent near to 5th Ave. downtown with excellence restaurants near by.

We stayed one night here as a gift. The actual place itself is very nice--we loved the beach and the pool area. We also ate a burger at the beach bar and it was fantastic. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. That being said, everything was very pricey, considering that you are already paying a substantial amount just for the stay. Almost $50 to rent two chairs and an umbrella for the beach? And $7-9 for a CAN of beer....those are NFL stadium prices. The room we had was nice, but th... Read more

Tack on these fees to your room rate. $10 per day per beach chair. $15 for a beach umbrella. $9,95 for Wi-Fee -- oops, WiFi. On two days of our stay, our room was not cleaned by 2 pm. On one occasion, we phoned the front desk. The maid still did not come by 2pm. Suggestions; Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. Or buy cheap ones at Walmart or Public and ditch them at the end of your stay. Or get up early and take free chairs at the pool but face them toward the beach -- save $35. ... Read more

This resort is great. A conglomerate of previous adjacent hotels and inns combined into the overall resort. Note that the golf course is under total renovation so check when it will be available. Kids and Adult pools, and full beach cabana services. Food and drinks available at the pools. The Sunset Beach Bar is the place to be each evening and has great service, especially Tania and Kendall. We have been here several times before and its like coming home! Set on beautiful white sandy beach, and if you are lucky then you sometimes see wild dolphins in the sea. Walking along the beach early in the morning builds up your appetite for one of their sumptuous breakfasts. The Spa and golf club are fabulous and we have spent many happy holidays here

Was placed in a handicapped rooms without any notice.. My waterfront view price looked over a pretty disgusting roof.. And app 100 yards from beach. This hotel is beautifully situated on the beach and the rooms are spacious and nice. The setting is beautiful, however, that's where it ends. This hotel is overpriced and they nickel and dime you for everything. Prices are inflated so plan on spending $50-$75 for breakfast and lunch which is pretty subpar to begin with. Renting a chair will run you $12.50. I live in a resort town and I am used to high prices but their prices were a huge turn off; so much I cut my trip short two days so as n... Read more

All of my sisters and their families have now made it a tradition every father's day weekend. We all stay in the Florida Wing which surrounds the center grassy area. It's our favorite part of the hotel. This hotel has been renovated twice since we've been going. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and very clean. My friends and I always loved to go here for lunch but on our last visit we were very disappointed. The prices for lunch went way up and the food choices on the menu weren't great. They use to have terrific salads that were outstanding and big portions for a reasonable price. Now a boring menu that's way over priced. I had the fish tacos and when the plate arrived it was sad looking. 2 tacos with maybe 2 tiny pieces of fish in each all for $18+. Big ripoff! My friend had the burger and it was j... Read more

So this one is a little over due but i had to write it. My wife and I stayed here in June for 3 nights for our anniversary; we figured it was perfect to go to Naples since its the opposite of Miami, no crazy nightclubs, no crazy nightlife, just beautiful and away from madness. Property was very nice and cozy, Celine at the front desk was very nice as well and after explaining Henry the Front desk supervisor it was our anniversary, he was nice enough and upgraded our room to the Watkins tower. Although I was stuck in meetings, the resort is nice, classic and has the best views I've seen on this coast. Next time I will enjoy all it has to offer instead of just the meeting rooms. The food provided for our meetings were top notch. Lots of selection. The little cafe had the most divine desserts - nice treat after a day of meetings. Conveniently located as well. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

There is no questioning the amenities and staff of this hotel. All are very professional and service driven. HOWEVER.... Management needs to rethink some of its policies. If I want to bring my family to this property so we may all enjoy ourselves, the last thing I'm thinking is management has policies in place to control the a/c in our room remotely. I called to complain and then went to speak to front desk. An hour later, I received a call from a woman asking me if it felt more comfortable... Read more

Service, from the valet, bartenders, restaurant, front desk was excellent. We could not ask for anything more. The beach is wide and clean. People around us on the beach were very polite. The room was nice. We had enough room to get around & the wet bar & small fridge were nice. Food was good. We learned that entrees could be shared because portions are large. Those that gave terrible reviews must have stayed at a different hotel. We were impressed as soon as we pulled up to the valet.

Gorgeous area. Hotel is drop dead gorgeous too and the staff are just wonderful but it is a very wealthy area and the guests seem to be quite rude and unfriendly. Locals not overly smiley either. Perhaps this is not one for ordinary people who are polite, friendly and kind but who don't play golf or belong to the country club.

The beach was perfect. Not too crowded. What was amazing is the pool water was cold! Don't know how they do that but felt amazing after sunning on the beach. They have an adult pool as well as family pool. Two bars right on the beach but they are not very crowded either. Very nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The beds were very comfortable.
