This hotel was amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in Naples. My husband and I spent our first anniversary at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club. Knowing it was our anniversary, the hotel sent us up a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries shortly after we checked in. We were completely blown away by the gesture. We stayed on the top floor of the Watkins building and had an amazing view of the ocean. You definitely get what you pay for at the Naple... Read more

Everything about the Beach Club was excellent! The location on the beach is amazing, the rooms are great, and loved being outside at the bar during sunset. It is close and convenient to everything in Naples, including the shopping on 5th Avenue. It's a little pricey, but worth every penny!

We stayed one night here as a gift. The actual place itself is very nice--we loved the beach and the pool area. We also ate a burger at the beach bar and it was fantastic. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. That being said, everything was very pricey, considering that you are already paying a substantial amount just for the stay. Almost $50 to rent two chairs and an umbrella for the beach? And $7-9 for a CAN of beer....those are NFL stadium prices. The room we had was nice, but th... Read more

Tack on these fees to your room rate. $10 per day per beach chair. $15 for a beach umbrella. $9,95 for Wi-Fee -- oops, WiFi. On two days of our stay, our room was not cleaned by 2 pm. On one occasion, we phoned the front desk. The maid still did not come by 2pm. Suggestions; Bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. Or buy cheap ones at Walmart or Public and ditch them at the end of your stay. Or get up early and take free chairs at the pool but face them toward the beach -- save $35. ... Read more

This hotel is beautifully situated on the beach and the rooms are spacious and nice. The setting is beautiful, however, that's where it ends. This hotel is overpriced and they nickel and dime you for everything. Prices are inflated so plan on spending $50-$75 for breakfast and lunch which is pretty subpar to begin with. There is no questioning the amenities and staff of this hotel. All are very professional and service driven. HOWEVER.... Management needs to rethink some of its policies. If I want to bring my family to this property so we may all enjoy ourselves, the last thing I'm thinking is management has policies in place to control the a/c in our room remotely. Service, from the valet, bartenders, restaurant, front desk was excellent. We could not ask for anything more. The beach is wide and clean. People around us on the beach were very polite. The room was nice. We had enough room to get around & the wet bar & small fridge were nice. Food was good. We learned that entrees could be shared because portions are large. Those that gave terrible reviews must have stayed at a different hotel. We were impressed as soon as we pulled up to the valet.

I was a little apprehensive about my visit having read other reviews. On arrival l questioned the charge for Wifi and it was waived. The room was in the Watkins Complex which is located close to both pools. It had a fridge and coffee maker. The room was spotless and was cleaned daily and l must say the staff were brilliant...very impressed by the hygiene etc. The adult pool is where we spent most of our time and it was very good indeed and only a few steps away from the beach. I didn't hire any ... Read more

Older place but has been updated. I did not like the fact that they had to valet park your car. There is as no self park option. So parking was "free" but you were always tipping the valet anytime you went somewhere

We planned our wedding with Marybeth Espisito and we can't say enough about her. She was patient, kind and my family simply loved her. I know a couple of your other planners as we are also in the wedding business. I must say you have a great team in place. Sometimes and very rarely often, you come across a person that makes a strong impact on your day. I was able to have this experience in your spa. We have an 11 month old daughter that was being cared for by my Aunt who was also our officiant.... Read more

Back again, first time in the summer. Great music festival at the hotel. The bikes for rent are a great way to get around and The Seminole store has great food. The Naples Pier is a highlight and The Old Naples Beach Surf Shop is my favorite store. Went out to Everglades City for a boat ride in Everglades. Manty Manatees this time of year.

We stayed at this resort from 10/2-10/6 2016. Although my husband was there for business I joined him. Lovely hotel, nice spa and small gym. Our room although small was nice and clean. My only complaint is that this is the second time I stayed here and something of mine was missing. First time I was out by pool & my new sandals were taken (only after I complained were they found) & this time my new gym shorts were missing from my room.

Hurricane Matthew was upon us, well a day away. We had to evacuate our east coast town, Jupiter. My dear childhood friend made the reservation and we took our service dog, golden retriever. We each had our own room, on the second floor , one facing the ocean .. The other facing golf course. Both were impeccably clean , spacious and comfortable. The staff was truly so accommodating, most of all understanding of our need for a temporary "home". The restaurant was excellent . The little cafe off ... Read more

I've stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels in Florida. I've NEVER seen a cockroach in any of my hotel rooms. I stayed at Naples Beach Hotel for 4 days and saw cockroaches in my room EVERY DAY of my stay. I showed these pics to Henry Saw the front desk manager & he behaved as though it wasn't a big deal. He said, "This is Florida. It's to be expected." I explained that I know what "palmetto" bugs look like and these are NOT palmetto bugs. He shrugged and asked me if I wanted my room to be sprayed wi... Read more

A little know fact is that the Naples Beach Club has a Sunday night Sunset party each week fro 6-9. They offer a food and drink menu while having a live band free of charge. Though it is a hotel, the party and other concerts are open to the public and FREE of charge. You can walk, bike, or drive there. Valet park or find parking close by. Even better go to the beach earlier and just stay. There is no dress code. You will see people dressed up or dressed down. Because it is right on the beach, ev... Read more

We spent a little over a week at the Naples Beach Hotel and Golf Club Resort. We had a suite at the Watkins tower and a room. Both the suite and the room had gorgeous views of the gulf. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The restaurants are all nice, it would be great to have more salads options at the beach restaurant, they only have two and after a few days it gets old. The service is good, it could be improved. Overall, the property is fantastic, location is great and we had a great t... Read more

I have been coming to this hotel all my life and have now started bringing my husband. We have stayed here several times as a couple and actually got engaged during one of our stays as well as married here on another. Obviously we loved the hotel. Our experience here this past week however has us rethinking where we stay in Naples going forward. The room that we were in was so well below our expectations that it is hard to believe that it is the same place I have been coming to and loved for so ... Read more

My family have spent several holidays at this hotel, and fully expect to return again next year. In this last visit (October 2016) we (myself, wife, daughter, son-in-law and two grand-children 3 & 5) stayed in the Watkins building, in adjoining ground floor rooms. These had direct access via a veranda onto a large lawn, next to the swimming pool complex, beyond which was the beach. Beyond the pool, is the beach that stretches for miles, along which dolphins can often be seen, along with pelic... Read more

We couldn't have been happier with how the Hotel and staff accommodated us. Many from the wedding party stayed and the hotel and everyone had great rooms. We were obviously spread throughout the property but everyone was happy. We stayed on in the Cabana building and walked right out our patio to the wedding and the beach. Our stay was incredible! Will definitely stay again. Really enjoyed the pool/beach bar and music at nights. Great facility for a beachside wedding.

Stayed here for two nights . Overpriced. A list of faults with this place . Pool and hot tub filthy not cleaned . $20 dollars each for breakfast nothing special with ants crawling over food staff not interested . Woken up in the morning at 7am but drilling in the next room . Complained but no one interested. There's better places to spend $800 for two nights .

What was meant to be a special evening for my husbands birthday turned out to be a big letdown. The atmosphere was great so we initially were happy. That changed quickly once our waiter was involved. The service was so bad it bordered on ridiculous. We ordered our main seafood courses and mine was served lukewarm, at best. When I was asked if everything was ok, I told the waiter. We stayed at Naples Beach Hotel for 4 nights. Got a room in first floor at the Patio building (they have 6 buildings) with a small terrasse. The room is nice, good bed and the best of all, close to the beach and pool. Hotel has a nice restaurant and a pool bar. If you like to play golf, they have their own golf course. A bit expensive, USD179 pr person. All in all a nice experience.

The Naples Beach Hotel is nice enough, but most certainly doesn't warrant its almost 400 dollar per night price tag. Considering the high cost of staying here, I would have expected more things to be included. Instead, the hotel nickel and dimes you on everything from beach chairs to wifi. The good: - Complimentary valet parking that is very quick and efficient, even when the hotel is sold out. - Right on the beach. - Two pools, one for adults only. - Convenience store/Caf├ę in the lobby tha...
