Check-In Location: On Site - 515 Tops'l Beach Blvd, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Front desk open 7 a.m to 11 p.m daily. After hours check in use on-site lock box.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

Beginning Monday, January 9 at 8:00 am, the main entrance to and exit from Tops’l will be closed for 4-6 weeks. All incoming and outgoing traffic will be routed through the parking lot of the Ocean Club, just east of the Tops’l main entrance.

"I have stayed at The Summit at Tops'l on many occasions. The unit itself was furnished very nice and was very clean. . I knew that the Studio/1 bedroom units there were a 3 bedroom divided off with a door - like an adjoining hotel room. I did not realize that you could hear every word of every conversation like you were in the room with the people next door."

"Our stay was very nice. Love the spacious 2 bdrm / 2ba at the summit. Only disappointed at the fact that my view was not what I expected, would have like to be closer to the beach. The cleaning fee of $135 was not so bad only if I was not expected to clean at departure. What was the point of the cleaning fee? I would recommend this resort to an older couple. Seem more fit for a elderly group. Everything closed early! My husband & I went to a resort one light up that had a lot to do on site for us alone and kids. Don't think I will return."

"We stayed at the Summit in a studio unit and were rather disappointed with our experience. The room was nice enough, but there was only a door separating us from the condo next door. As a result, we could hear nearly everything that was going on next door (conversations, TV, children screaming, etc.). Although the resort is really nice and conveniently located, the room set-up is not conducive for relaxation, especially if you have loud neighbors. If you stay in a studio unit (meant for no more than 2 people) at the Summit, you will most likely hear most of what your neighbors are doing. Also, as mentioned in previous reviews, beware of the cleaning fee collected upon check-in; ours was $70."

"We were disappointed for several reasons with my stay. First, upon check-in we were charged a cleaning fee of $100 which is crazy because no one cleans the room during your stay. They explained that the fee is charged becausse someone has to clean the room after you check out...well duh doesn't that same rule apply to any and every hotel or motel that we stay in! Second, my husband called room service for towels after we returned from the beach, covered in sand and sweat, and after having to repeatedly call them back we finally recieved the towels two hours later. While the room was clean we did not get the room that was promised. We were supposed to have a kitchen but only had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We were on our honeymoon and wanted to spend time in the room more but were unable to because there was no stove to cook. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!!!!!"

"The resort is very nice. Miramar Beach is an excellent place for a beach vacation. It is out of the way of the Destin crowd but close enough for a quick drive. The traffic was very heavy at times so if you plan to go to Destin daily I would recommend staying closer to Destin but the resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and they have tram service to drive you through the resort. We stayed in the Tennis Villas which are not located on the beach but our condo had its own car port for parking, spacious living area, and the tram took us to the beach anytime, we never had to wait on them."

"Not only was the topsl misleading when I made my reservations it was a major ordeal to change them. We didn't realize we weren't on the beach until we booked and it showed us at a tennis room....I had to change my reservation ( the picture showed the beach not tennis courts) then it cost me 200 more to stay at the tides on the beach ....only a 35 discount for it being misleading. Then we get there only to find out we have to pay another 111.22 cleaning fee and we can't use our debit card. We don't have credit cards ....don't believe in them. If my mother wouldn't have been with us and let us put it on her credit card would we have gotten our room? The rooms were clean but beds and pillows were hard. Then I left a shirt when we checked out and I called them back and they so graciously mailed it to me for 31.00.....wow. I know it was my fault but the 5 star I stayed at last time sent my childs pillow to me no charge to me. Not sure I will go back too many issues and expensive for what we got. Really think I should have got my room for the original price since that's what is advertised on website.

"first of all it's not right on the beach as the picture would suggest. secondly, it's not in destin. you have to get in your car and drive to destin. thre is no maid service, no ice machines,etc. they give one set of linens, of course no way to wash them.they do have on site restaurants and bars, but you can't use your debit card or cash, you have to use a credit card. overall, the room was big and it was nice, and it was clean. i feel i was misled by the website. i would not recommend this property to anyone. in my opinion, Tops'l is BOTTOMS'L"
