"For the money and the location, it can't be beat! Right across the ocean and within walking distance of many decent restaurants. If you want something that is luxury, this isn't it, but for a reasonable cost and great location, a wonderful place. Also good with children, but remember it can get loud. Prepare to use some white noise to block out the sound - people are up late and early as well."

"We recently stayed at Gulfview Condominiums and we were very satisfied with our stay there. Check in was at Leeward Key Condominiums office and it went really fast and smooth. The lady at the office was super nice. Once we arrived at our room, it was clean and everything I expected. We had a nice view of the ocean from our room. The only thing was that we had a third floor room and we had to climb stairs every day which really wasn't an issue. It would be nice if they could include an elevator in the future. There was easy access to the private beach area. It is just a very short walk across the road. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay at this condo. We would most likely return for another visit there."

"We were at Gulfview II from 7/14-7/20. The condo, although, not as clean as it could be, was very cozy and worked out very well for us. There were two of us. Close to everything and love it. Will definitely be going back next year. The only thing that I question is a cleanng fee of 81.95 when you check in. What is this due to? Isn't part of Gulfview's job is to supply a clean condo? If we messed it up in excess of the norm, then I can understand the fee for extra cleaning to be applied to our card afte we leave. I can assure you, however, that the place was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. I find the cleaning fee to be silly at check in."
