"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One block from the beach and the strip. Very cute room and the bed was very comfortable. Only minor complaint is that the shower glass door in only a partial closure so the floor gets wet. I would definately go back there."

"This is the WORST hotel EVER. You can hear the loud annoying music from the room all night. It was so bad that around 2 in the morning we had to leave the hotel. After paying so much to stay in a hotel, this was horrible. The worse that you can ever imagine. And not to mention the nasty bathrooms. Horrible Horrible. HIGHLY unrecommended if you are looking for relaxation and privacy."

"The room was clean, great location, staff was VERY RUDE!! The only friendly staff member was our housekeeper. The food was horrible.... how anyone destroys a salad is beyond me but they did it!! The chicken in my salad was like jerky and had I made my way downstairs where the ice machine was and saw the kitchen to begin I would have never eaten anything in that place. It was the only meal i ordered and didnt even eat it... I wouldnt have served it to my dog, I would have been embaraased to have even set it in front of someone. Happy hour was a joke. If you avoid the front desk staff, happy hour and the food its not so bad. My room was clean and there were much better places to spend my money on dining and drinks,,, like the 7-11 just around the corner!! There are some really good places to eat near by and you are walking distance to everything. I wouldnt spend a dime on anything at this place but your room period. If you are traveling with children or you are a reserved person DO NOT STAY HERE!! Your children will be exposed to things you couldnt find on the internet. This place is really geared towards a young crowd."

"The room was great but the bathroom wasnt that great. The toilet was too close to the bathtub, and the bathtub was missing the shower door. After every shower, the whole bathroom gets wet."

"My Aug 2011 visit will make this the 3rd time I have stayed at the Whitelaw Hotel. Perfect location, One block from Wet Willies and the News Cafe.
Great lounge staff and music all day. The King suite was great as always.
Will be back soon. "
