I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They checked me in early since I came in on an early flight, and were generally very helpful! Get a suite on the 3rd floor; the rooms are bright and airy with lots of windows to let in sunshine. The only drawback is the full glass wall between the shower and the bedroom if you are not a romantic couple staying there; you are on full display while you shower. The 3rd floor lounge/spa area is nice for hanging out to relax and catch some sun, or j... Read more

We had 2 rooms in this hotel and stayed almost a week. We are in love this place! Renovated recently, feels absolutely new, great tasteful design in vintage and retro sense (Vintro). Nice staff, very good service. Great food for breakfast and dinner, drinks all day long (free). And free bikes!!!! Convenient location, 2 small blocks from the beach and not far from shopping mall. We all are very pleased and satisfied! Thank you, Vintro! Athans family

Great stay... Love the staff, room and restaurant. It was close enough to all the action and far enough that when we were ready to call it a night it was peaceful. The rooftop was one of the best parts of the hotel.

During our stay we had multiple problems with the staff. First the housekeepers woke us up every morning while they were outside in the hall. You could hear everything that was going on in the hall in your room. Second the housekeepers broke the towel rack off of the wall and maintenance came at 8 PM to fix it. Additionally there was a discrepancy with the bill which took talking to the staff three separate times to resolve.

Very strong odour of cleaners in all rooms. If you are sensitive to strong odours or chemicals then you should avoid this hotel. Rooms were clean and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Amenities are limited, i.e. small pool.

This is an excellent choice for a quick getaway. The location of the hotel is in walking distance of everything, yet tucked away so you avoid the masses of South Beach visitors. Beautiful, modern decor, helpful staff and clean rooms.

This is a Hilton hotel but does not live up to Hilton standards. The website photos are very misleading and taken at deceptive angles which do not reflect reality. There were several things which bothered us. On the 1st evening after a long flight we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. This was a big mistake. The food was nice but there were so many hidden expenses that we literally could not believe our eyes when we received the bill. Items were brought to the table which were not ordered... Read more

We loved our stay at the Vintro Hotel South Beach, from the moment we drove up we were treated very well, from the Valet to the Front Desk Staff! We attended the Manager's Reception and met Daylin, the front desk manager and bartender, she was so nice to talk to and it made us feel special that she remembered our names and spoke to us every time she saw us! This is a warm and inviting hotel and when we return to South Beach we will definitely stay there again!

This is a great boutique hotel in the south beach area. The rooms are small, but so freakin cute and well organized. Our room had a glass wall dividing the bedroom from the large shower...very sexy. The top floor has an adorable terrace with lounge chairs, ping pong table, hammocks, and a plunge pool. Breakfast was ok...nothing to get excited about. We were only a few blocks away from the main strip. We really enjoyed ourselves!

This was an awesome boutique style hotel. We basically handed the car to the valet and walked everywhere. They do offer a breakfast buffet but it was not included in our room price. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again. The hotel has a rooftop plunge pool with gorgeous seating areas. It was absolutely perfect for our time in South Beach.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The hotel was clean and cozy. The staff was amazing and attentive. The rooms had very clean lines , mostly white decor . The location was pretty quiet since its not on Collins Ave. The pool is a little bigger than a jacuzzi. The walk to the beach isn't horrible. Overall a good stay at an affordable price. My cons are that the hotel has a location SIX blocks away that you can get chair and umbrella rentals from. THIS IS WAY TOO FAR to walk in MIAMI HEAT.... Read more

Great hotel. Great location. Great staff. Great rates. There isn't a thing I didn't like about this hotel. It's located just outside the Art Deco district, close to the Holocaust monument. The shops at Lincoln Road are within walking distance. To the beach is a five/maybe ten minute walk.

This is a great hotel, however it is on the pricey end. Very modern and unique and trendy rooms. The rooftop is great and the pool is very small not your typically hotel size pool. Customer service was average at this place unlike other Hilton's i have stayed at. The bar is very nice and the drinks are amazing. Loved the hotel and the service! Staff were spectacular. All staff seemed to do whatever it took to please the customer. The decor and overall theme is definitely adult, from the enormous nude mosaic above the bar to the peek-a-boo showers in the king size rooms, the adult theme shines through. We were a party of six people, in three rooms, and one of the ladies with us was clearly bothered by the large nude mosaic. Rooms were modern and clean, though a bit on the small side. I'm have ... The rooms were very clean and modern (the rooms we had had a glass wall between the bed and the bathroom, so you could see your partner when they were showering).Staff were very friendly. This is a nice hotel. One of many boutique hotels in the Miami beach area. We stayed for two nights and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is a street back from the hustle and bustle which gives it a quieter feel but is on a minute or two walk to the main area of Miami beach with restaurants and bars.
