"Let me start off by saying when we got there, there was no sign saying Venezia Hotel so we spent 20 minutes looking for the hotel, then when we checked in, our room that we booked was unavailble so they actually downgraded us to a 2 bed 1 bathroom room, we book a room with 3 beds so lets just say it was a rough night. the room itself was horrible, the bathroom looked like a 40 dollar project that went wrong. As soon as they gave me a real key as a room key, i knew it was going to be crappy, what hotels still do that? the first night was horrible since they downgraded us, breakfast was literally a joke. Around noon they switched us over to the 3 bedroom, it a bit roomier but the it was still not worth the 556 i payed for the hotel. the tv was crappy, in the first room they booked us, there was no tv. and the room looked like it needed alot of work. overall the experience was dreadful, the only good part was i guess the workers knew how crappy it was they were very nice and polite. my friends complained to me that all the housecleaners and staff they spoke too didnt know english only spanish.

Bookers be warned, this hotels location is not even great, dont let the '1 block from the beach slogan fool you. even thou its the only true statement, the hotel is a nightmare.'

"This is definitely the worst Hotel we seen.. First impressions was, are we on the right adress.. Hotel seems poor from outside.. When we came inside, we where like wow, this is not how it looked like on the pictures.. When we entered the room, its was old,worn out, dirty, carpet was so wet, that we didnt take our shoes off..
Hotel says Art deco yeah right.. Wifi was not working..
Continental breakfast, man Im laughing.. They put up a table in the Lobby, u have to go outside eating it.. The chairs out there, has seen better days..
We booked for 2 nights, left next morning, the woman in counterdesk, wasent surprised, when we told her, Hotel was so bad... "
