"Our trip at this hotel was amazing! The service is excellent and worth the price. The resort fee of $15/room is a deal for the umbrella, chairs and towels you get. The only negative is that the food at the resort is very expensive, howerver, there is a grocery store across the street so cheap food options are available. I loved this hotel and woulde definitely go back."

"Stayed May5th-6th. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and upgraded our room upon learning we were newly married. The room was great and the view was phenomenal. A few hours into our stay we found champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries - what a pleasant surprise! The only downsize was that there was a leak and our floor was flooded. The next morning we realized it was the fridge. That's really nobody's fault, though. It happens sometimes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and I look forward to staying there again!"

"My hubby and I just wrapped up a week in Miami. Staff are outstanding. Not a place to relax, though. Be prepared to have your senses assaulted for a good 10 to 12 hrs a day with very loud house music coming from the pool bar and beach dining area. The constant bass and drum noise was inescapable even in our room on the 16th floor! We felt sorry for small children and the more mature crowd. It was an interesting study in the nouveau riche and pseudo rich. Ladies, here's a heads up. If you want to fit in, be sure and pad your wardrobe with Frederick's of Hollywood clearance items. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Frig was dirty. Classless guests and very loud environment, but employees very friendly and efficient. The lobby always reeked of some very sweet scent. Happy travels!"

"We made reservation for Deluxe Room with Ocean View long in advance. When we arrived, I talked to the front desk clerk to make sure we are getting the room with the ocean view. But when we came up to our room, we were very dissappointed. In our window we could see a little bit of the ocean and a lot of the street. It was pretty much street view, not ocean. We went back to recetion and asked for another room. We were offered upgrade and asked to pay $60 per night in addition. Of course we refused to do so. Then they gave us the key for a real ocean view room on the 28th floor. It was nice. I just don't understand why they did not give us that room to begin with, but made us go back and forth. It was not nice first impression. Another weired things happened with housekeeping. One day we came to our room from the pool and could not find one pair of sleepers. Still not sure what happened to them. Had to call twice to replace them. One morning I went to the shower and realzed that there is no shampoo; instead there were 3 bottles of shower gel. Next day happened the same thing. I called customer service twice. He said he will send shampoo upstairs. I told him, that I need it now, that I'm actually in the shower waiting. He said No problem. But I had to call again in 30 minutes, spoke to another clerk, who finally sent me shampoo. The same person promissed to send me sleepers to the room and never did. These small things are very irritating. You don't expect that it could happen here."

"Love the hotel. There rooms were very roomy, the staff was top notch and the amenties were amazing. We love the pool,. beach and pool side restaurant/bar. This was a very upscale resort with a very friendly and down to earth atmosphere. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Our only complaint was the $15 per day fee for Internet Access."
