"The room was much smaller then I expected, and it looked very old, and dated. The bathroom was so tiny, and the door wouldn't close because it was broken. The cleaning service was poor, for few days nobody even came at all to clean up, even after my request. Restaurant is overpriced for that food, and the overall prices are too high for the service. nearby food store is 4 blocks away. The only good thing was a pool, and walking distance to the beach. I wish I read more reviews before I made my reservation"

"This was my first trip to Miami and my first stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. It could use some TLC but it was fine. The staff were very kind and helpful. The beach side pool was very nice. The beach was wonderful. Although the hotel ran out of available parking, there was public parking nearby."

"This was the worst hotel experience I have every had. First I got to the hotel and valet parking was not available as advertised. Bought a glass of wine and a salad which would have been better from the 7-11 across the street. Better off if you stay at a budget hotel at least your expectation would be low."

"They were understaffed on our stay, the room was not made on our last day of our visit. they do not respect the tariffs set at the moment of booking, there was and additional charge to park the car and we had to park our car at another location because they were packed all the time. there is no real breakfast; they only have cereal, bananas and coffee. worst of all they did not give us the room promised on bookit.com when we got up there they said those room were taken and they cost a lot more!!!!!"
