This is a new hotel , has a different layout from the other Homewood suites I've stayed, personally I like the new layout better , at least on the basic suites. It's located very close to Brickell but not on Brickell it's 2 blocks away, parking is $25+tax, but all the hotels in the Brickell/Downtown area are in that range. We didn't have any issues during our stay, and beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful brand new hotel. Excellent staff - especially Robert! Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! Hotel staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I will definitely be back! Location was convenient just off of Hwy 95. Robert was very helpful at the front desk and also during dinner, making sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed.

Everything was great,The Breakfast, to the suite, to the layout of the hotel; it was all awesome. The only thing that was of concerning was valet upon check in (which was your only option for parking and the cost) our attendant did not speak English. That still didn't take away from the goodness of the hotel.

This hotel was walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants. In very close proximity to the grocery store, which was helpful since it includes a full kitchen. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was very beautiful and welcoming. The pool is covered, and the water was pretty cold. I would prefer an open pool, so guests are able to sunbathe and enjoy the sun while in the pool.

We stayed here for one night (pre cruise), and were very pleased with the room size and amenities. It is located close to grocery stores and the kitchen and dining area is very handy for family travel. Above and beyond everything I wanted to send a very special thank you to the front desk staff especially Dayanna who was probably the most helpful hotel employee we have ever encountered. She was very genuine and outgoing. Their pool was not quite ready (very new hotel), but they had availability... Read more

I made this reservation some time ago and not being familiar with the Miami area, I thought this was in a downtown Miami area but I was a little disappointed that a lot of the areas I wanted to visit were only accessible by car. Hotel itself was wonderful. Room was excellent and the staff was exceptional. My wife and I were not happy with our room view which was a parking garage next to the hotel but I guess I didn't pay for a good view. Also, $25.00 parking fees were a little excessive in m... My two sons and I stood at Homewood Suites Brickell for 3 weeks in May 2016 while my husband was here in Miami for Business. It was literally our "Home away from Home". The rooms were beautiful! We had separated the 2 queen bed suites and couldn't believe how spacious it was! The Suite has it's own kitchenette with a full size refrigerator! Across the two queen beds is a sofa bed where you can sleep two more persons! At the 7th floor level, we had a great view of Downtown Miami. We woke up ... Read more

I did digital check-in and my room was ready for early arrival. The young man at front desk remembered my call to ask for early arrival and greeted me as if he had known me for years. The staff was pleasant and directed me Shops of Mary Brickell. Reception was nice, I don't eat red meat but salads were good. The staff at breakfast and reception were attentive and kind. I enjoyed my stay. Hotel is hidden but within 15 mins of walking to shops.

New property yet to raise to the standard of Hilton brand and parking charges are enormous. Staff needs to be cooperative and become more friendly. Staff needs to be friendly in guiding the customers about the local commuting options, provide helpful information to go around the city.

This is a new property. Give it a few years to get settled in. They are dealing with hot water problems, shower faucet problems, and valet-only staffing problems. Amenities are fine, but be aware hotel side facing city/Miami Bay is first looking at train tracks.

We came to this hotel looking for a place to stay a few days before our cruise embarked. I love Homewood Suites for my family and thought that it was a great location near the port. Valet was pricey- $25 a day. Check-in was very easy and staff was friendly. The room wasn't what I thought it would be- seemed very small and the bedroom did not have a door. If you need a top hotel in Miami without beach, you can rely that Homewood Suites will fulfil you'r requirements. For business just perfect. Situated in downtown with short drive to the main roads without traffic jam. Valet parking in the basement for reasonable price to be in Miami. Walking distance to retail shop.

My husband and I had a very nice stay at the Homewood Suites Downtown Miami/Brickell. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good, valet was convenient and fast, elevators were fast, staff was friendly. The only recommendation I would make is if you are sensitive to sounds, ask to stay on the side of the hotel without train tracks outside (North side I think?). While this did not bother us in the least, I bet some folks wouldn't like it.

Although this is a hotel, you feel like you are in a brand new apartment complex built for young executives. It is in a quite side street away from the traffic of Brickell Avenue but still a 10 minute walk to the center of the action. If you have to be in Brickell for work, this is a good option. It has easy access to the Metrorail, Walgreens, Publix and all sorts of other services as well as restaurants. They serve a basic but good breakfast and a more basic pre-dinner snack which includes ... Read more

Never heard of Homewood Suites but since it was Hilton i gave it shot and was definitely satisfied. It was a nice hotel, clean, and had nice complimentary services. It's only 20min from South Beach and there's plenty to do in Downtown Brickell.

Excellent hotel just off Brickell! This hotel is a gem tucked back just off Brickell. The staff were very helpful and took extra steps to make my stay perfect! I had a spacious room on the 8th floor. Everything was very clean and new. The design was comfortable with contemporary accents that made the room feel sunny and bright. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet which can be spotty in a downtown location. The pool area is small but very nice. The square shape felt spa li... Read more

The location was in the middle of a residential street which made it a little bit more intimate. But there were shops, markets, restaurants only steps away which made it so convenient. South beach and the airport was only 15 minute uber drive. Very nice staff and super clean rooms that came with a kitchen! Only downfall was their bathtub sized pool.

Incredible place, excellent amenities, spacious suite two queen beds plus queen sofa bed, fits five people easily, we stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing, felt like a second home, the suite is so spacious we had a lot of space to walk around, had a separate full kitchen with all the utensils. My view was not a pretty site, it was the site of a parking garage. The best thing about the stay is that I wasn't other charged $25 per night for parking. Other than that my stay overall was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

First off, let's start with the fact that all the employees I've came in contact with were amazing, especially Melanie. She assisted me with directions in the area and was very helpful when I needed something for the room. Once again, the entire staff were the same way. The room was immaculate! Especially when housekeeping came to tidy up the room. I didn't have to second guess the cleanliness of the room/hotel as a whole. The room I had was a 2 queen bedroom. Really nice hotel, the room was clean and with a perfect size, very confortable ??? the breakfast it's fine. The hotel's location is perfect to go everywhere, you can go by walk to Brickell and downtown and has a supermarket very close. The only bad point is that you have an extra charge if you use the car parking. 100 % recommendable

This was my second trip to Miami and I always use my Hilton Honors to book accommodations. I needed to stay in the downtown Brickell area and Homewood Suites was a good price and convenient. The service and staff are top notch. You are welcomed from the moment you step on the property. The hotel is clean with nice decor. The staff are attentive and helpful. Booked here for only one night following a cruise and we wished we had been able to stay longer. It really is a lovely property. We arrived very early just wishing to store our luggage prior to check in time. This wasn't a problem and the very helpful receptionist on duty invited us to have breakfast which was still ongoing. Nice touch ! The surrounding area appears to have been re-generated and we felt safe to walk around at any time of the day. The metro station is only ten minutes walk includ... Read more

I went to Miami for a business trip and I selected the hotel as it was very close to where my meeting was held. The hotel was ultra clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also wonderful. However, if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room in the back. Otherwise, you would hear the train about every 15 min.
