We only stayed here for one night because our flight was cancelled and we needed one extra night. This was affordable and we booked it. Roberto, who helped us check in was extremely helpful, offered us all the informations and tips in regards to our stay here. Happy hour from 7pm to 8pm meaning all you can drink, wonderful rooftop pool and nice bartender (anais if i am not mistaken). The manager was extremely helpful and nice, we enjoyed the hotel. Friendly staff, will definitely come back!

Everyone was friendly and very professional. It was a fun and beautiful experience. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and family and we will definitely come back. Love happy hour idea and fine dining areas. Wished we could have gotten a chance to use the pool area.

Upon arrival you find that parking is $40 extra. However is a few blocks away from congress centre parking garage. There was an small queue but front desk clerk Roberto was able to speed the process always with an smile on his face. If you're arriving late and you're offered an upgrade take it, it really worth it. Rooms left at that time are the noisiest. I was upgraded to the Dorset after paying a fee. Room has king size bed, tv, bathroom and WC separated, kind of fancy decoration and a well st... Read more

I'm giving this a 2 rating ONLY because my experience booking this hotel for a large group with a South Beach Hotels rep wonderful, and my first stay was ok. The Rep was super awesome and helpful as we were planning a large group stay for one night before a cruise and then 1 night after. The first night stay was also good. The hotel staff was friendly and the free happy hour was a good perk. The rooms weren't anything fancy, the hotel is a little old feeling, but it was fine. The pool is very sm... Read more

Noise level is crazy. Walking into the old rooms feels like you're walking into a prostitution house with rooms right off of the bar and dim lighting. Everywhere including the beds are wet and sticky. Granted this is Florida it's very humid but this was a whole other level. Vacuuming of the bar area at 530am waking us up definitely didn't help either. Upon trying to cancel the rest of our trip here we were told refunds are not available even despite how horrible our 1 night stay was. Just ended ... Read more
