"This was my 3rd trip to Miami, all of which have been at airport hotels...usually just to overnight on the way to my final destination the following day. However, this trip was with my daughter and her friend for a girls' shopping weekend.

The location of the hotel was not convenient to anything, unless you rented a car. There was a hotel shuttle, which was advertised as a free airport shuttle. We waited an hour to be picked up at the airport. I think that for future guests, it would be helpful to note on the website that they need to phone for the van to come and get them, rather than have to wait an hour.

Also, when the sofa bed was pulled out, we had to make the bed ourselves. One of the sheets had blood stains on it....which the staff did respond to immediately.

I cannot leave out a comment about the breakfast choices....as I am fussy about my food. The bagels were very nice, and everything was laid out well. My suggestion is to eliminate the hot food, the eggs and 'sausage rounds' were the worst I have ever had in my life. And, don't ask me about the coffee! I was expecting wonderful coffee in Miami, home to so many Latinos, so what a disappointment I got....watered down American style coffee.

Overall, for a budget style hotel, the place was clean.

The staff made up for everything else..........wonderful, accommodating, pleasant....every one of them. My hats off to all of them!!!

Next trip to Miami will absolutely NOT be at any airport hotel, though. I have stayed at airport hotels around the world and Miami has by far, the worst.

"My husband, son and I were forced to overnight in Miami due to poor connections by the airline. So I wanted the best place at the best price. I found the hotel and found that for less than $100 I would get transport, breakfast and a nice room for 3.
We got the shuttle no problem at Miami airport. The front desk gave us a room on the ground floor really close to the lobby, since we had luggage and a stroller this was really appreciated. The room was just as the pictures looked, a comfy King bed, a sitting area, kitchenette, and bath. We asked for a crib and we got one for our toddler.
The free breakfast was't gourmet but just what we needed before heading to the airport. The shuttle took us back on time. We had no issues. If I had to overnight again, I would look here first."

"This was a decent hotel. I had no problems. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful when I needed them. I wish the pool was indoors but it's not a big deal."
