I definitely will recommend this hotel,at this hotel i got value for money. Free shuttle service from airport to hotel, this was quite efficient. on arrival at the front desk we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were in immaculate condition and quite spacious with free Wifi now that's a plus. Breakfast, i can't forget breakfast, clean environment , items were well laid out and of course it was super delicious.Definitely will recommend and will stay there again.Keep up the great ... Stayed one night prior to our cruise and was very disappointed with the room. My mom found blood on the sheets of the first room she was given and the second room was simply dingy. There was a horrible smell in my room and gave the impression that it was dirty. There was free breakfast in the morning and I cannot complain about the quality of FREE food! The service of the front desk was much better than the room. They were pleasant and very helpful.

I recently was in the area for work, who provided the accommodations, and they put us up at this hotel. I was there for 2 weeks, returned home for two weeks, and then returned to this hotel for an additional two weeks. It was like coming home. I cannot say enough about the facility, the staff, or anything else. So nice to walk in and be greeted like a long lost friend! The rooms are very clean and comfortable, very functional for a long term stay or just a short one. I wish I could list all t... Read more

The location was great for us going to a Marlins game..but the lime green upholstery on the bedroom chairs, and common areas -such as lobby and bar and breakfast room--furniture was dirty, torn, and smelly. There were leather chairs in the lobby that had ripped and torn material. We registered for 3 in a room but it wasn't set up for 3, and it took several calls to the front desk to arrange for bedding and towels , with the manager denying knowing we had registered for 3 people

Room is comfortable, especially the mattress. Only problem is the $16 charge to park the car. We were visiting the hospital and the hotel ran a shuttle. Therefore we left the car at the hotel, took the shuttle and this avoided a parking charge at the hospital.

I have been here twice over the past year. For the rate paid its pretty good, I just hate that they charge $16 a night for parking. I was able to leave my car at the hotel while I went on a cruise but the parking ended up costing me too much to do so. I do like the free breakfast in the morning an depending on where your room is you get a great view of Miami. The rooms are nice and big, and the staff is always friendly.

SpringHill Suites is not a bad choice for a short-term stay in Miami. The actual facility is modern despite a few misgivings and Wi-Fi is thankfully FREE. The restaurant downstairs will cover basic needs only - but honestly is worth skipping for some of the restaurants around the corner. Just watch out for all the homeless people who will beg for money on the streets near this hotel. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated and not bad with orange juice, apple juice, bagels, scrambled eggs, sau... Read more

For some reason or other the hotel is shy of putting big display name board. Most nearby residents too don't know the hotel.Name board is there in one corner outside near road. The hotel is near to health city and not down town.use of metro rail is convenient if you don't have a vehicle.we really had a problem locating the hotel from culner station as even the rail guard did not know the hotel and he used the google but misguided ending up in long walk at 10pm.The area looks deserted even at 9.30p... Well maintained hotel. Rooms very comfortable and clean--good breakfast--secure parking even though there was an extra charge. Even used laundry facilities--in locked room that needed room key to enter--good idea--better security--close to downtown--only negative--near a pretty bad neighborhood

This hotel is a in a great location, albeit tucked away and a little hard to find. It's great for anyone wanting to go to Marlins Park or for the University of Miami Medical Campus. It is also very close to downtown and the airport. The free breakfast was great and the room was spacious and a good design. The front desk was friendly and quick. There were two issues I feel like the property could easily fix and make it a great hotel. First, it seemed like every other person who tried to acc... Read more

We had a great stay at SpringHill Suites in Miami. The front desk receptionist that we dealt with was AMAZING. We had a red eye flight the night before so got into Miami early in the morning and didn't have a reservation until that night and she allowed us into our room before the noted check in time for some much needed rest. I can't thank her enough, that completely changed the start of our vacation to a positive one. The hotel itself is beautiful. The room we stayed in was very big and c... Read more

The hotel is fairly nice and modern, but there is no choice for parking other than the attached garage for which they charge $16 per night. The king suite was large enough to be comfortable. It is located right next to the interstate and the traffic noise was pretty loud in our room.

We were meeting friends to watch the Marlins play the Pirates and needed a place close to the stadium. This was the closest we could find. The area was a little different and not sure I would have walked to the stadium (we took a hotel arranged taxi to 2 games for cheap). The hotel was nice and typical other Springhill suites we have stayed at. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and hotel and room were clean. They did offer free parking on the side of the hotel but given the area I'm not sur... Read more

I chose this hotel to be near the airport at a reasonable price. Well the hidden parking charge was a disappointment right off. The staff is friendly but cannot make up for breakfast starting late, oatmeal not hot at opening, no complimentary coffee most of the day, no small weights in the exercise room, boarding pass printer not working etc. My room was clean and spacious and everything in it worked. The parking garage is tight and a bit scary at night. Near the hospitals which is most of their... Read more

My family and I stayed at this hotel in July 2016 on vacation. We checked-in early due to the time our flight reached. They took a while to get a free room for us. The breakfast is great. It consists of fruit, waffles, eggs, breads, muffins, patties, cereal and milk and yogurt if desired. Breakfast is from 6:30am to 9:30am. There are no malls close by. They offer free shuttles to the airport, bayside and the medical center. Shuttles move on time and are prompt. If you want transport from the air... Read more

Parking garage is easy to get in and out of. Walk into the lobby, which is a nice feature. The hotel is not in the greatest area, but is 20 minutes from the airport and almost cross the street from the hospital.

A nice clean and comfortable hotel with easy access to the airport and the University Medical Center. The rooms were...roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The room's included refrigerator and microwave were appreciated as was the nice desk/work area with plenty of plugs for electronics. Breakfast was included daily and there was a nice food bar/cafe with an assortment of dishes that came in handy because there's not a lot of nearby eateries. Also, the sta... Read more

I gave this hotel a 2 only because of the way my stay ended. Everything else leading up to my departure was satisfactory. I stayed in this hotel because it's the closest and only hotel in proximity to UMH and surrounding hospitals. My room was fine, beds were clean and comfortable, a/c cold and bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water. The sofa bed was the only thing that wasn't quite up to standards. Lots of stains all over the sofa and when I pulled out the sofa bed for my son to use part... Read more

We stayed here for a night before our sons early surgical procedure at Bascom Palmer. The staff was great at check in- the room was very nice and clean. Modern decor and Paul Mitchell products in bathroom. The ONLY downfall was that you have no choice but to park in their parking lot and though noted throughout hotel that there was a charge, it was not on the bill that was left under the door. I felt that was deceiving. Especially since we are able to be reimbursed for the stay. I had to ask f... Read more

The room was fine. Much bigger than I expected. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was free. Staff was very nice. Parking is twenty dollars, which was obnoxious when I was staying here for free (using rewards points) to try to save money. I had requested a crbi for my room, which when we got in at 11 pm, was not there, so I had to wait 15 minutes with my very unhappy and tired 8 month old for them to bring it up. When they brought it up, the put the mattress down, which to my dismay had urine stains al... Read more

I was here conducting a conference. I stayed 5 days. The area the hotel is located is a little shady therefore I didn't leave the hotel in the evenings. There was a great variety of food that was available at the cafe in the lobby. You could order by phone and pick it up. I ate in my rooms 3 nights and it was all delicious. I ordered food two nights from delivery places the hotel advertises but I wouldn't recommend them. The food at the cafe was much tastier and cheaper. The breakfast bar was al... Read more

This would be a five star rating except for two minor shortcomings. Our stay was just one night for a short business meeting in the University hospital complex. The location is extremely convenient and the hotel runs a regular free shuttle to the major buildings. The hotel is busy but orderly. It is bright and the carpet and paint seems to be quite fresh. The room was well insulated from the street and adjacent room sounds. The Bed was reasonably comfortable. The room had a sofa, desk and ... Read more

So, this hotel is located close to Miami Medical Center, which is not your typical Miami scene. It's in a residential and office area. You will probably see chickens and hear roosters in people's backyards. I along with some friends stayed there before going on a cruise, which was also a business/working trip. It is about 1-2 blocks away from the hospital and some basic places to eat like Subway. It's close to the cruise port, to which the hotel provides a shuttle. They also provide a shuttle to... Love the amenities, especially the free shuttle. The beds were heavenly- I wanted to take a pillow home, but resisted the urge to steal. It was the perfect place to recover from an outpatient procedure if you're too far from home to feel like driving. I think the $20 a day parking fee is a bit much but at least it felt a little safer than parking on the street. All in all it was a great visit & if I must return I will likely stay here again.

It has a shuttle which will take you to the port or airport. It has a pool. There's a restaurant on premise. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very pleasing in our initial look. Breakfast was pretty decent. Those were the pluses. The room had a view of a shack across the street. (Not the fault of the hotel, but you should be aware of what's going to be near you). Not much within walking distance of the hotel. We did walk past a guy that was either dead or homeless... We took the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel very easy to find and convenient. The next morning before our cruise we had complementary breakfast which had a wide variety of foods. Our shuttle driver to the port Rosa was amazing and they also helped us with the transfers back to the airport which worked out perfect because we did not have that planned. I would recommend...
