Travis/Rebecca from New York, New York had this to say:
"Our stay was great. The only staff member that took care of us was the bar/pool manager. He made sure our stay was perfect. Not only to our stay but to others as well. If you ever decide to go to Sole On the Ocean, be sure to hang out at the pool and bar. Sebastian will be there to make sure you will have a great time in Miami."

"Great Hotel! It has a very nice beach in the backyard. It is like 10-15 minutes by car to South Beach night clubs and crowd, but it is a good place to rest. Excellent room facilities."

Francisco Martinez from Dallas, Texas had this to say:
"Me and my partner stayed here for a full week and had a great experience, we went with low expectations due to the reviews here, but we were pleasantly surprised with almost everything. The people at the front desk were really friendly, they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite which had a 48 inch flat screen TV, modern furniture, kitchenware, washer/dryer, partial ocean view which was really nice. The bed was GREAT, really soft, nothing like white linens while at the beach. We had a car, which had to be parked by the valet personnel, which was not bad on the price. Also, there are lots of stores around so you can eat and shop, a Starbucks shop within a block, and lots of restaurants around. We will comeback next year for sure. One negative thing I remember, I did request to have one of the light bulbs changed on the bathroom cabinet the first day we arrived and was never done. It`s not there fully as a hotel, but they are doing a great job while in the process. Try it, you won`t regret it!"

Vinnie from Toledo, Ohio had this to say:
"Sole on the Ocean is a great deal for the price advertised on Bookit.com . I am writing this review because I myself did not see ANY information on the internet about this place. I am currently in the hotel lobby now writing this review. I feel like I have an obligation to tell everyone what this hotel is like. This is an amazing 4 star hotel. It is a fabulous location on the wonderful Collins avenue. There are shops everywhere you turn. And a wonderful beach right in the back. It was not crowded at all when I came here to this hotel. The staff here was ok, not the best. The bar attendant in the back was a tan looking guy both days, who seemed like he forgets things. I asked for the Wi-fi password and he told me to wait at the bar for him, and did not show up for a whole 45 minutes. I just left and went back upstairs. This place does not have wi-fi around the building. I am in the lobby using their desk near the door. To park here there is only the valet parking option. The valets are probably the most friendly people. The lobby is wonderful, beautiful glass stairs right when you walk in, and 3 elevators and 24-25 floors. I stayed on the 15th floor. I could not be happier. It was a magnificent condo type room. A little over 700 square feet. It had an amazing king size bed that was probably temporpedic. The TV was a flat screen LCD. VERY clean, new, and modern looking rooms. There were 2 balcony ledges with slide doors. 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. The rainfall shower head was my favorite! It also has a all in 1 washer and dryer in the bathroom, that didn`t seem to work too well. I didn`t try to use it too much. The kitchen was beautiful, and clean. There was 1 stewing pot in the cabinets but no utensils. There seems to be minor construction around the hotel, and perhaps this is why it is so cheap. But there was none going on anywhere where I stayed and nothing was heard. I just saw that the 4th and 5th floor was being redone. Every wall seems to be freshly painted, and ready to go. Everyone here seems to be foreign, and rich people with nice rides, have walked right past me since this review. I love this hotel and do not want to switch. The pool was a little rectangle, but really warm. The beach is warm too! And the 3 bed huts next to the pool are amazing. I fell asleep right there! Some service was bad, but overall this was a great stay for a phenomenal price. If you are worried about using Bookit.com for this deal. DO NOT worry. I worried so much on the way there because I read some reviews online about the website, because I could not find this hotel condo on expedia or priceline. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for the deal. It is very spacious clean and better than the cheaper $50 hotels down the street. It is quiet and would be amazing for a anniversary. I hope this deal stays, I would love to come again! This seemed to be one of the better hotels on Collins avenue that I have driven by. The value for this is great. The staff was mediocre, the cleanliness was amazing, except the floor carpets where still kind of dirty from the paint and construction slightly, and no one vacuumed it. The quality of the building was great and everything was modern. The experience was wonderful, but I feel like it COULD have been better. It was still a great stay!"

"Great rooms, very modern. The Hotel is in their opening stages. It will be up and running with full amenities in about 3 months, I'll definitely be back. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly and outgoing. This Hotel promises to be one of the best Luxury Boutique Four star Hotels in South Florida."

Kim Bolden from East Point, GA had this to say:
"Our stay was pleasant. It was great to have the view of the Ocean right outside my window. The beds were comfortable and furniture stylish and functional. It is more of condo living than hotel room. A great for a hotel on the ocean in Miami. The staff was also very friendly. The valet service was a bit ineffective though with one person usually manning the station and most times unavailable when needed. Miami is a very diverse city and one that one should definitely experience sometime in there life. A true cultural fusion."

Tina Green from Gladstone, Missouri had this to say:
"This hotel is a very luxurious condo association that is trying to become a hotel. The rooms are awesome, the rain head showers wonderful. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in, the views were tremendous. They try very hard, but they are not quite there yet. There are no amenities, no ice machines, no coffee makers, no hangers; no trash cans in the room, no telephones in the room to call the front desk. The manager did come up when the toilet would not work and compensate us some beach chairs for our trouble. This is pretty standard in Miami, but it cost 30$ for 2 beach chairs and 2 towels to use out by the ocean. Sebastian, the pool bar manager, was absolutely fabulous; you can tell he really cares about his job. We were ready to change hotels when Sebastian took over and provided extraordinary customer service. He listened to my complaints, explained how they were learning and made me believe in him and the hotel. It was beautiful, but before booking I would call the hotel and see if they have corrected the new business bugs. "

Charles Evers from Goodyear, AZ had this to say:
"Really nice new property, however, has a lot of shortcomings for a hotel. There is a lack of coffee. The shower is very hot. Kleenex, trash can, cups, drinks, lamps, soap holder, wash cloth come only one per room. There is not a lot of maid service. There is no light above mirror in the bathroom. Bed is a back breaker. No extra toilet paper. No front desk help. Parking is only by valet at $15/day. Chairs/lounges are not available on beach except Wednesday thru Sunday. It is just not equipped for a hotel yet. I had booked two rooms also and both had the shortcomings. Charles Evers"

AJ from Chicago, IL had this to say:
"Me and my husband stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and all we can say is: `amazing`. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the location was perfect. It is far enough from the crowds of South Beach to get some sleep, but close enough to enjoy the nightlife. We will be returning for the Labor Day holiday."
