I stayed here over the weekend at the end of a work convention. Is a remodeled version of the Sonesta. Overall, rooms are ok and everything works very well for an airport hotel. I found it a little bit impersonal and could take more advantage of the Miami flavor. The looks from the window are beautiful

We were going to Havana with a tour company that booked us into the Pullman. I had low expectations as airport hotels are generally serviceable, at best. The Pullman is exceptional. It has a very European feel, not surprising as it is owned by a French company. The lobby is very large with lots of areas to sit or congregate and the furniture is art deco inspired, all very pleasing to the eye. There is a regular shuttle service from the airport (though you might have to wait 20-30 minutes for it... Read more

The Pullman staff are fantastic. Super helpful, courteous, and friendly. The building and grounds are newly remodeled and well taken care of. Workout room has everything a fitness fan might need. Shuttle runs to the airport every half hour, punctually. Lobby contains a Starbucks kiosk. The restaurant is on the pricy side, but it is Miami, after all, where everything is expensive, with the exception of the Cuban coffee kiosk inside the Publix grocery store just around the corner.

We stayed here as the first stop on the way to Havana, Cuba. It was convenient, clean and service was great. Shuttle bus from airport was easy. The staff was accommodating in that we stayed an extra night on our own and stayed in the same room. They also recommended a tour of Miami, which was great for us as we had never been there. It included Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Little Havana (fun!), South Beach and an open air shopping mall. This hotel has a nice bar area where you can get small pla... Read more

This is a good hotel. Nothing stood out like you would expect at a 4 star hotel, but there was nothing too bad about the stay. The only issue was that the check-in speed was extremely slow. We arrived around midnight and just wanted to go to bed after 16 hours of travelling. We had to wait 8 minutes while the staff in the back showed each other photos (we could hear them talking). If you are looking for a great experience, there are likely better options. If you want something warm, safe, clean,... Read more

The lobby is nice and looks like an interesting restaurant/bar. Was only there for the night and did not eat there. Parking was free, which was nice as I expected to pay $10. Would have preferred more than 2 pillows and there were not enough towels. Left something in the room. 4 days of voicemails left with housekeeping went unreturned. We really enjoyed our overnight stay at the Pullman after a long international flight. It is conveniently close to the airport (5 minutes with the shuttle bus) and located within nice surroundings. The staff at reception and in the bar were very friendly and our room was excellent, including a Nespresso machine for a good cup of coffee. The terrace and pool area offer pleasant views across the lake and provides a good place to wind down. There is a small shop in the lobby area selling fresh bak... Read more

I really enjoyed my stay here. Ample parking, free shuttle to the airport, free shuttle to the hotel from the airport (after I returned my rental), complimentary bottled spring water, super comfortable bed, beautiful room with a chaise lounge by the window for me to relax on. Nice pool, could just a hot tub near it. Lovely looking restaurant though I didn't eat there. Reasonably priced room service, didn't order though. Great to see an Accor property in the US, its rare and certainly nice to pick up some points in the good old US of A! The hotel itself is being refitted and it was a little restrictive through the lobby while we were there, but when its finished it will be more fitting of the pullman brand. The service was top notch, the bedrooms okay, although a little tired, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast wasn't even remotely cheap, but it was very tasty and very good value. Very convenient overnight before cruising out of Port of Miami. Free airport shuttle, $15 Uber or $27 taxi to port. 8 min walk to Publix and strip mall. Quiet with view of Blue Lagoon and runways. La Riviera restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner and breakfast. Rooms could use minor updating and TLC.

Overall the appearance of this hotel is very good. It's trendy and modern. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The location near the airport was great and there was zero noise. The only negative that I have is when we checked in we were told that we had to pay an additional $18 for parking. They then asked if we parked our own car or did the valet. During our stay we were in and out multiple times and nobody offered to park my car, upon check out the valet did go and get it but that's not... Read more

Seems eerily quiet for a Fri night. Lower lobby bar definitely not a destination - or even a stopping point en route to somewhere else, it seems. To be fair there is some refurbishment going on but it is a soulless place. Retro styling simply does not work to create any ambience whatsoever. Cavernous space serves only to amplify some already overly loud guests :-( Barman attentive but with a bar less than 10 feet wide, it's up close and personal to say the least. It's been the fourth time I stayed in this hotel just 10 minutes away from the Miami airport. Really like it. It's been renamed and construction work was going on but fortunately with little impact. Pool is nice for a swim, gym is fairly spacious although the towels were missing this time (probably due to the works), breakfast buffet has good quality and variety (enjoyed the fruit selection) and the dinner menu is small but has interesting options. Good for a one night stay. Very close to the airport and free airport shuttle. Very nice breakfast (not included) Don't think I will stay here again.

We stayed at the Pullman Miami Airport for one night before we boarded our ship for a 7 day cruise and it was perfect. Yes, they are renovating but once they finish it's going to be beautiful. We enjoyed the outside sitting area and Starbucks downstairs. Customer service was great and we loved our corner room with view and due to the renovations in progress we didn't have to pay for parking.
