I will rate my stay a 5/5. The hotel had services rating of 5 star hotel but the price was 4 star. A great place to stay when for vacation or business."

"I recently stayed at the Sofitel on April 22,2012, and it w as great. When we checked in the staff were very very friendly, even remembering who I wasthe next day. The doorman pointed me in the right direction as far as shopping and entertainment. The Dolphin Mall isnt that far away, and eating options are everywhere. OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! THE BED!!!!!!!!! HEAVEN. My fiance and i fell alseep on the bed after only 5 minutes. No matter what we wanted to do when we got in, we ended up alseep The rooms are very comfortable, and I am very very picky. I would definitely stay again."

"We went on vacation to Orlando and we also wanted to spend a few days in Miami, a friend recommended us this hotel. The Hotel is near the Miami international airport and well located near other Miami key locations. The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly and efficient. The infrastructure is well kept and nicely equipped, with a gym, nice pool and business center. Our room was in the 11th floor with a very nice view, the beds are very comfortable and the sheets very fine. The bath was well equipped with everything that can be possible needed and I am very demanding with towels. The hotel has a French environment that we really enjoyed. The hotel is luxurious with a great value for the money. We will definitively come back to this hotel in our next visit to Miami. Highly recommended."

"They mixed all the rooms up because they decided to shampoo the carpet hours before check in and the carpet was still wet, so after saying they had no more available rooms, another associate came up and changed it, we received a different room which the entire hall had a horrific odor, and only one elevator worked at a time, out of three"
