"Carpets were very dirty. The view was quite nice, but our neighbors kept taking our chairs from our balcony. It was uncomfortable knowing someone could walk right onto our balcony from the rooms on either side of us. There was a safe in the room which we felt we needed to use in that location. The elevators were worked on during one morning causing everyone to have to use the UNLIT stairway. We were lucky we had a flashlight with us. We were on the 10th floor and this was very inconvenient. The water was turned off one of the mornings we were there for maintenance. The pool was closed and WIFI only available if you went down to the lobby."

"The room carpet disgusting. Was dirty. Needed to wear shoes in bedroom. Towel handle broken in the bathroom. No safety box. No tv control. Since we arrived staff were complaining about the mess that they had with online reservations. VERY DISORGANIZED and LACK OF STAFF. Only one person at the front desk and when we were assuming that she was helping us to solve our problem I realized that she was doing other things. When I asked her she said that she had a lot of things to do before. I had to get very upset before she decided to help us. She even had to call the manager home because she did not know what to do with us. All this happened after a long roadtrip and a business day. NO WIFI IN ROOM..But NO PROBLEMS WERE SOLVED. DISAPOINTED:(("

"Place was old with the sign covered by trees. The pool is under renovation with use of facilities across the street. Guests should be told their is no pool before you book a room there. A car is required to get to South Beach because this disgusting hotel is located forty blocks away from any action. The staff barely speak English and have no sense of direction or helpful tips when asked a question. The carpets in the room were filthyand the room was never serviced til after 4:00 pm . I would never recommend this place to anyone."
